I accidently made the the mistake and ordered from Kim flowers and just flowers, I paid 70 dollars and a 16.99 service charge. They didn't Evan send the order to flowers by June till after they were closed. Flowers by June called me the next day and explained what happened and made me a beautifull arrangement to make up for the order I cancelled with Kim's florist. I now understand they are a clearing house and they are not evan in alaska they are in california AND there website says there LOCAL! What a joke! I will only from now on order from flowers by June directly.

Don't order from this place! They will not deliver what is advertised! When you call to let them know they delivered the wrong order they will argue with you and not give you a refund !

I order flowers for my mother and not only was the bouquet beautiful, but the girl who took my order was also really nice and made sure to send me a picture of the arrangement before it was sent out! Great customers service! Definitely will order from them again!

I order flowers and thought that From You Flowers was located in town, and that my flowers will be delivered that day as I had requested. Two days later my flowers never got delivered, so I call Flowers by June and found out that From You Flowers wasn't even a local florist. From You Flowers is a total ripoff! Lucky there is Flowers By June that help me. They're very polite and helpful and made sure that the arrangement that I ordered was delivered that day! Thank you Flowers By June for helping me!

I found Flowers by June a few years ago - I love using local businesses whenever possible. Within the last year I have ordered four funeral arrangements and had the opportunity to see three of them. They were amazing, I can't even begin to tell you how beautiful they were. I also use them for holiday arrangements for my mother as well, and she is always complimentary on how beautiful the flowers are. Whenever I have contacted June about anything they are quick to respond and have always been pleasant and helpful. You will not be disappointed - give them a try!

I was disappointed in the service provided by Flowers By June. My coworkers ordered flowers to be delivered as I was recovering from a surgery, but the florist only delivers from 10 am-3 pm. The hours are poor since I was at appointments and couldn't be home. One appointment ended sooner than expected so I called at noon to see if they could still deliver in the afternoon, they couldn't. When I ended up picking up the flowers at the store, I mentioned that the time for delivery was short. The saleswoman was condescending and said that, "The hours work for us just fine." I have had much better service from Bagoy's Florist. I wouldn't recommend this store unless you plan to pick up and deliver the flowers yourself.

Horrible customer service! My husband ordered me an orchid to be delivered for over $80 , flowers by June sent a half dead lily (which I am allergic to) when he called to let her know she was horribly rude and Wouldn't offer a refund or any flowers in place of them! I'll make sure him, our friends or our employers NEVER use this place again !

I'm not in the habit of leaving negative feedback, but this honestly deserves it. This was by far the worst service ever and the least appealing, cheapest arrangement I have ever seen. A friend wanted to do something nice for us and made the mistake of ordering an arrangement through Teleflora. This was the place selected. The arrangement was in a cheap tiny mug used as a vase complete with Walmart sticker price on the bottom! So much floral foam was stuffed into this absurd little mug that it could hold almost no water. One of the main flowers was brown in the center and clearly not fresh. The day after delivery the other focal flower was dead as it had not been securely set in the foam. When I called about this I was given excuses about temporary holiday staff not knowing any better and so on. It got even weirder and the arrangement was adjusted rather than replaced and looked utterly horrendous. I took out the few decent flowers and put them in a tiny vase and put the mug in a donation box. I've never had such a completely hideous arrangement or such bizarre, outrageous customer service (from the owner whose name is not June). Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your floral arrangements.

I placed an order this morning around 8:00 am by phone. Describing one of the arrangements that Flowers by June had on their web page I had asked if I could substitute the types of lilies and change the roses. June was very pleasant to work with, she gladly made the changes explained the price difference and guranteed the flowers to be delivered today for my moms birthday. By noon my mom received her flowers. They are absolutely beautiful!!!! The roses smell amazing as well as the star gazers and I have not seen star gazers that big in years.. Thank you so much for such a gorgeous arrangement. Worth every dime to see the smile they put on my moms face..

My husband (who is deployed overseas) ordered an arrangement to be delivered to me at the hospital after I had surgery. I was able to leave the hospital before the arrangement had been delivered and the delivery driver called me and brought them all the way to my house across town on the same day. I was so happy, the flowers made my day! They were beautiful and so very fresh. I called to thank them for being so curtious and I am just so very pleased with this shop, I will always make sure to go threw them for flowers!! My boyfriend ordered a bouquet of a dozen stargazers. First, they were delivered to the wrong apartment. I had to wander over to said wrong apartment to get my flowers. The next day, they deliver to the right place, but want the old flowers back (saying it was my boyfriend's fault for giving them the wrong address, which I can see, but he did tell them which specific apartment). I gave them back begrudgingly and they gave me a new, less appealing arrangement. The colors are not defined white and pink like they should be. It looks like the colors bled together and they are all around just a soft pink (not what my boyfriend asked for). Not to mention that he ordered a dozen and both arrangements they delivered were half dozens. We will be using a different florist from now on.

The flowers were beautiful and the chocolates sweet, but the wrong name was written on the card! I tried to send my friend flowers for her birthday, and there were two big issues: one was of course the name, that was huge and I'm glad the flowers still found her, but the other was that I had ordered a birthday bouquet, and the balloon that was delivered with the flowers was a heart-shaped "I Love You" balloon. Really funny and we had a good laugh at it, but that could be a pretty fatal mistake in another situation........

My mom ordered a plant arrangement to be sent to me and when I got it I sent her a picture to thank her. She sent me what it was SUPPOSED to look like and it was completely different. I like the one she sent WAY better. So I called to tell them, thinking maybe I got someone elses delivery but they said I didn't and that they were just swamped with orders over mothers day, and just had to put what they could in there and get it out. Well, thabks for nothing. I would have liked my order to take longer and get what was actually purchased, especially since I wasn't a mothers day arrangement.

The owner was amazing & so so sweet! My dad lives in PA & wanted to send me beautiful flowers, which they were!!! BUT apparently florists don't receive passes to get onto base (I live on JBER).. But you know, the pizza guys do lol anyways.. She kept in contact with me via phone & stayed late so I could pick my flowers up after work! She boxed them up so they were easy to buckle in! They were the most beautiful & greatest smelling fall flowers! & she totally passed on my dads message of him missing & loving me! Such a sweetheart, & so so happy with my flowers! Extremely easy to work with & love making things for military!

What an amazing bouquet June prepared for me! I called them up from out of town and told them my teenage daughter needed get well flowers I told them I wanted a green vase, lady bugs, and green flowers to be the main theme, but could use additional colors as accents. I also gave them a price limit. I could not believe my eyes when my daughter sent a picture of what her flowers looked like. It was beautiful! It had several ladybugs on it, gorgeous flowers arranged beautifully. And what they prepared for my price limit that I set was spectacular...I was expecting something much less. Thank you June!

TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR YOUR LOVED ONES ELSE WHERE !!! FIRST time using Flowers by June and I will never use them again. I ordered an arrangement for my mom to surprise her on Valentine's Day and the arrangement looks like one I could literally pick up at fred myers or carrs. My mom is sweet enough to like it - but it's not what she deserves. She deserves something breath taking. I ended up calling the owner and she argued with me for 10 minutes about how she orders her flowers frozen and didn't have any of the flowers Or the vase that was on the website (her OWN website). I was disappointed because I ordered early, but because I placed the order online not knowing the fine print said 'this or similar' she said she did what she could and did replacement flowers and a vase. Honestly - I wouldnt have mind if she had to improvise a little - but I do mind if they don't even look comparable. The flowers aren't the same, the fullness is not the same. The vase is not the same. Just a rip off and totally bummed out, the owner didn't even seem as concerned, she just kept arguing and then offered me 10 dollars for a $60 dollar arrangement. Shame on this place!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!! My husband is in the military and is currently serving overseas. We got the bad news that our trip is canceled due to him having to serve. My mom and dad ordered a BEAUTIFUL arrangement be sent to me; to help bridge the 3,600 miles between me and them and the 4,589 miles between my husband and myself. I am so thankful to have them in my life. Flowers by June also upgraded the glass vase in appreciation for the service my husband does. She cares so deeply about her work and it shows! So, thank you for making, what could have been, a lonely birthday a warm and touching one. The little things in life are what’s most important and you reminded me of that.

My daughter sent me flowers for my birthday. The flowers were to be delivered on Saturday but were not. I work on weekdays so they were not delivered on Monday either. On Tuesday I received them at my workplace. I sent my daughter a picture. She sent me a picture of what she ordered and paid for. She requested June correct the order. They returned on Wednesday with a replacement arrangement which was worse than the ones delivered on Tuesday. The advertised arrangement purchased had roses and tulips and was full and lush. The one delivered had three carnations, two sprigs of baby carnations and a wilted sprig of baby roses. Thanks June for turning something special into a disappointing experience - not sad for me but very sad for my daughter. Her money doesn't come easy with three boys to raise - shame on you guys. Hope she demands a refund! Oh, and the delivery guy did ask for the previous days "filler flower" arrangement back - which is fine but I couldn't help but think "poor next customer - recycled flowers :( " I order flowers on regular basis as part of my job and for my friends and family. Won't be Junes that I call - that is for sure. I notice from reading other posts here that Junes responds to the "nice" posts see if "June" posts a response to a dissatisfied customer :)

Do business with this florist FLOWERS BY JUNE... You won't be sorry. I recently did an online search for a local Anchorage florist to have a delivery made only to learn that "Kims Florist" the one i selected in Anchorage is truly in Irvine California when it clearly states Anchorage. After 12 phone calls to Kims...and an eventual order online... after numerous phone calls to the what i thought was a florist shop...I did what the voicemail encouraged and put the order in online i still got no response or confirmation. Very frustrated with an almost $75 order i finally searched further online for a local non toll free number. No luck there either...no surprise their online blog was also empty so i thought to call on another local florist regarding "kims florist" shop legitimacy after getting unavailable help from the anchorage chamber. I then called on Flowers By June. Sure enough Kims Florist didn't exist....luckily for me...Jenna The Owner at Flowers by June helped solve my ALL DAY of no response problem. We found out in our phone conversation that the online company is in Irvine California and they sent her my order to fill. FLOWERS BY JUNE...They are wonderful and truly helpful and made my sisters bday special. There is much to be said about brick and morter storefronts and real people. Be careful with online misleadings!

HORRIBLE PLACE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! My boyfriend ordered two sets of flowers from their website for Valentines Day. We have ordered from other florists in town and have had great looking bouquets. These two they delivered did not at all look like the picture. I even went as far as sending the manager and owner pictures to show them how disappointing they were. On top of the very poor quality, they had the worst customer service possible. The excuse for this was they had temporary employees because of the busy holiday. I don't know why being rude would be acceptable at a time that would be busy for all flower shops. I wrote them a letter and they offered to send me a bouquet but I had to give them back a vase to exchange. A little cheap maybe??? I have lived in Anchorage for almost 30 years and have never dealt with a flower shop that was not afraid to lose a customer. They did not offer any credit back at all. If you want your significant other to say "WOW!" when they see the flowers you spent money on, DO NOT order from this shop.

The experience I had with this place is so hilariously horrible that I had to share it. If I could give 0 stars, I would. A close family member ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered to me for my birthday days in advance, and they were supposed to arrive before noon. Low and behold when 12pm passes by and I have yet to receive the item. The family member contacted them about this. They then proceeded to say that the gift would be delivered within the hour; before 1 pm. 2 hours proceed to pass by with no gift. I later discovered that this business is located only 3 minutes from my house (right down the street), and it was on a Wednesday (nothing happens on Wednesdays), so there is no excuse for this. They finally arrived at 2 pm and delivered only the flowers (which were nicely done, but weren't what was ordered, and didn't include the correct color bear with it; It came with a brown valentines bear instead of a white bear with a birthday party hat). The chocolates were forgotten, so my family member had to contact them again to at least get a refund for that part of the order as well. The company refused, the deliverer saying that I had received the chocolates - which is a LIE. The flowers came with a card (with a message from my family member), but less than half of the original message was written on the card. Not only that, it was a bent hand-written card with letters crossed out, as if it was put together in 2 seconds tops. Now, I have some nice flowers, no chocolates, and a poorly written card that says 'Love you cuz', with a the scratched out. This whole ordeal was awful, but the end result gave me at least a laugh. The best thing I gained from this experience is the knowledge to not EVER order from these people.

The flowers that were delivered were very fresh and nice, however they did not look like the flowers I had picked out. I was a little frustrated by this because, though the flowers were fresh, the ones i picked out were a lot prettier. There is also a box you can click when ordering that says ‘do not substitute’ and they were. The flowers i chose were purple and the ones I received were an off pink color. I understand that sometimes flowers you choose are no longer available but i wish i would have gotten a call mentioning this or that i would have been allowed to choose something different. I will order from this place again because they do offer beautiful arrangements and i was very grateful for how fresh and smelly the flowers were.

I live out of state and I ordered the daily special bouquet of flowers for my mother’s birthday to be delivered to her residence in Anchorage. Flowers by June was incredibly accommodating when my mother was not present at the home to accept the delivery driver. They worked with me on a plan to deliver the flowers to her neighbors home, that way she could get them when she returned and they wouldn’t be left outside. The customer service representative was very friendly and professional. They created the most beautiful bouquet for my mother’s special day. Flowers by June exceeded my expectations. Great customer service and beautiful flowers.
