Worst flower shop I have ever seen. My husband ordered me a bouquet of beautiful purple flowers with a nice purple ribbon through Flowers on Base. What I got was a measly bouquet of pink flowers with NO ribbon and mostly greenery. I called to complain and they did bring a new bouquet out, but was still not even close to what was ordered. It is pretty sad when I have absolutely NO experience arranging flowers, yet I took the bouquet apart, threw all the greenery away, added my own ribbon and finally have a beautiful arrangement of flowers. Absolutely DO NOT recommend this flower shop!!!

This place goes above and beyond! I live out of state and hate that I can't take flowers out to my dads grave all the time. Not only do they arrange beautiful flowers but they take time to snap a photo and send it to me. As a daughter missing her dad on his birthday...this comforted me more than they know. They will always have my business! ❤️❤️❤️

The rest of the year, they are a prompt and responsive flower shop, with a variety of fairly priced options and attentive employees. Valentine's day though? They are insulting, unorganized and overworked. My one week pre-ordered, day before bouquet was but ready. The flowers themselves were lovely at least.

False advertisement. On the web the shop is open on Sunday so we order giving us the confidence that the flowers will be delivered Sunday now they are saying they were closed??????????? Hours: Monday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm Tuesday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm Wednesday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm Thursday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm Friday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm Saturday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Sunday 12:00 – 5:00 pm

I ordered my wife’s flowers about 10 days before Valentine’s Day. I ordered her six pink and white Lillie’s. When I arrived at the store to pick up the flowers, instead of receiving six pink and white Lillie’s I received a hodge podge of Lillie’s When I mentioned to the sales person that I ordered just pink and white she responded that they had not opened yet so they did the best they could. However several of the Lillie’s in the arrangement I received were open and there were several different colored flowers in the arrangement that were not pink and white and I mentioned this to the sales person and she gave me no response. The one good thing is at least my wife like the arrangement.

I was green with envy when my co-worker got flowers from the base. I didn't know they delivered. The delivery guy was very nice and helpful, I hinted to my bf to send me some lol!

I ordered a specific bouquet on behalf of my brother for their anniversary surprise, and they delivered a totally different product. I could tell my sister-in-law was disappointed as she receives Red Roses with baby's breath every year from my brother and this place just broke the chain. We tried returning the product, and We get insulted with "whatever" from the manager who claims she "IS the boss", then finally called her real boss whom I discussed the issue with. I've travelled across the globe and this is the worst customer service, worst manager, and worst experience I have encountered. It's a shame they hire an unworthy, unqualified, and unprofessional manager/"boss" to run this site. I would suggest to replace or fire this so called "manager", you're not getting great reviews anyway, and I guarantee, she's not planning to make it better anyway.

My co worker and I were looking for a flower arrangement for someone in our department who had lost a family member. I picked one online, a sympathy basket, for $53. I decided to go directly to the shop to order the arrangement since I was in the area. When I show the lady the arrangement with the price on the picture she tells me that’s not accurate because they charge a separate charge for the basket to hold the flowers and basically it would be around $100 for what I saw online on their website. She assured me that I would be able to get an arrangement that looks very similar but she would put in a vase instead to make it look bigger like the picture for around $60. Once the arrangement was delivered it was so small I was embarrassed. It seemed like a bait and switch kind of situation. I would not order from them again.

It's very mediocre. The staff is very friendly but the arrangements are mostly greenery and small. I only continue to order because it is so convienent.

I went there last week to get flowers for my wife's anniversary, enjoyed all of the flowers but the unhelpful Asian lady that worked there wouldn't acknowledge me and was on her phone playing a game. When I got to checking out she huffed and put her phone down briefly and then continued to immediately get back on it. Overall the flowers were amazing but I am disappointed in the lack of customer service.
