Stopped by for lunch. Ordered whole belly clam platter. It was served quickly. There were steak fries with it, (big plus). I thought the portion size was a little small for the price- $30 for platter and a soda. The clams were outstanding!

This is always a great place to eat. The food is fresh, hot and very tasty and the service is top-notch. On my last visit I got one of the specials which was broiled salmon with teriyaki sauce and blackened swordfish. It came with a good sized Garden salad, choice of potato (I chose mashed) and butternut squash. I wash that all down with a Berkshire Brewing Company Cabin Fever which was also very tasty.

Food is just ok. Expected more from a restart specializing in seafood. Portions are a bit on the small side. Service is efficient and friendly. Noticed that they do "all you can eat" 3 nights out of the week, maybe that's their niche. Might give them another try on one of those evenings.

Quite possibly my favorite restaurant in North Adams. Wide selection of things on the menu ranging from seafood to prime rib to Italian. Although it's a seafood restaurant per se, I've never had a bad meal here as even the Italian food is good. It's pretty quiet too, even if it's crowded so conversation with others in your party is not difficult to hear. Just be sure to come hungry as the portions are quite large. Oh, and don't forget to try the cornbread!

I waited awhile for the waiter. The salad was awful. Lettuce was so old. Seafood casserole was mostly fish. A couple small scallops & shrimp. Those tasted good, I’ll give them that compliment. Crabmeat stuffing was “artificial” crab & pretty mushy. I should have gone with the fish & chips. Didn’t order dessert. I liked the atmosphere. This place could be great.

Most of the booth-seats were taped with duct tape and tables were sticky. The stuffing for the stuffed shrimp was basically bread crumbs with a ton of butter, very little (if any) crab meat. The fresh shrimp was good and fried shrimp was fresh. The atmosphere in a strip mall type place leaves a lot to be desired. Not a horrible place, but it could have been better.

The waitress we had was very good , the mix drinks need serious help we had to send our Pina colada and melon colada back because it was made with there house rum very bitter not good at all then the bartender was talking so loud that we sent our drinks back that I was embarrassed and had to say something to her . So far not to good with that aspect of our experience still waiting on our entres the s was good and the Thai spicy chicken was fine but needs a little more spice I think will write another review when we get our entrees. The food was fantastic cooked to perfection other then the bartender not being professional it was a very nice experience.

Our dining experience Sunday night was awful. Our waitress arrived with our drinks and dumped them all over us. My husband had to sit through dinner with soaked shorts. No attempt was made to compensate for such an awful inconvenience. The food was just ok. We will not return.

My husband and I went out for our Anniversary and decided on Boston Seafood. We got there at 8:30 (after seeing a movie) and were instantly rushed. Our server asked us what we wanted to drink before we even sat down and clearly wasn't listening (My husband asked for a beer and was brought a Coke) and literally gave us 3 minutes to look over the menu. My husband didn't even have a chance to put his dirty napkin on his plate before the server took his plate away. Start to finish our bill was dropped before 9:00 which is when they close, not even a half hour after we walked in. We will find a different place to celebrate in the future.

Stopped in there earlier today with my sister. We were brought to a table with menus we sat there for 30 minutes. Nobody came to greet us or offer us a beverage. No acknowledgement. So we got up and left. There are restaurants and businesses all over this country closing and this is a perfect example of why.

My family has been enjoying meals there for 3 years now. However last Saturday evening it wasn't the same. The service was a bit lacking and we felt rushed. The food was not up to it's usuall standards. For the the price you pay, I would expect the service and the food to be on point all the time!¡!! But we will still eat there again because we do enjoy the atmosphere & usually the food as well

Good food with varried secelection of American quizene at reasonable prices. Service is outstanding and drinks reasonably priced also. Plenty of parking at both front and back of building. Serve much more than seafood. Serve free cold shrimp on ice as appitezer with meal. Owner is Omar who stops by tables and visits customers. Very quiet and casual eating athmosphere. Will return again! Many locals eat there.

This is absolutely the longest review I have ever written! I have waited so long because I was hoping never to have to write a negative review. For about the late last 8 months I have had a different experience here then usual. I have waited and waited to write this review hoping the service would get better. Unfortunately we go about once a week and this just isn't happening I've been coming here since the 80's! The food and service WAS fantastic! Now there are 2 different dining experiences based on the chef and wait staff Our fish sometimes is dry and over cooked or opposite, Once my stuffing was literally like soup. If we mention our $20 fish is overdone and the waitresses brings a fresh new plate it usually takes about 15 or 20 minutes. Which makes everyone at the table feel awkward about eating while someone sits at the table hungry with no meal. So either some people courteously wait and their food gets cold or other people eat their dinner by themselves. Either way it's not the best experience. Not to mention the waitstaff seems to have an attitude. Should I suck it up and eat rubbery food? I wouldn't eat this at my house, why would I eat this at a restaurant? They have never once offered an apology, never mind a gesture such as a few dollars off the meal or even a free dessert. The manager has never come to the table and addressed it. Should we feel bad for wanting our food to be cooked right? The last time we ate there our bill was close to $100, which is expected. I would at least like to have my dirty plates picked up before dessert is served. With the old chef and wait staff, I would've given a 5 star review, for sure. Now when the food comes they literally hand it to the first person / customer at the booth, then that customer has to hand it to whomever is getting that dinner. Once the plate was so hot it hurt my mom's hand.The waitress said nothing! Usually servers at least place the food down, not hand it directly to us. Next they never clear our table. We go often and this has been happening for about the last 8 months. The food is great but when I get my dessert I don't want my fish and dirty place mat in front of me. I'm smelling all of the condiments, coleslaw, fish, sauce, lemons or whatever from the dinners, all with my sundae in front of me. If I want to this I would eat at Pedrins :) In every picture I've taken of there desserts,, there is always a dirty table surrounding the dessert. I haven't posted desert pictures for this reason. I really hoped they would get better because I love the food. I always feel like the waitresses have an attitude because our food is overcooked, rubbery, dry or something is just not perfect and we speak up . Should we not say anything then pay good money? Should we just never come back to this restaurant? I'm really hoping this review will help them open their eyes and step up their game. I would love the Boston fish market to be the way it used to be. Great service and quality food. That's not asking much. They are other restaurants in town charging a fraction of the price with amazing service.

The service was good as was my order which consisted of lobster salad, macaroni salad and cottage cheese. It was one of the specials of the day and I was looking for something low calories and not too pricy. We are visiting in the area and plan to go back for the free shrimp bar on Sunday with purchase of an entrée. I loved the lobster salad (not usually a lobster lover) and the macaroni salad was good. Everything was served at the right temperature--including my hot tea.

We always have a delicious lunch. The scallop roll and shrimp in a basket are favorites. The atmosphere is perfect for good conversation with big booths and excellent service. The homemade grapenut custard pudding and the mocha sundaes are irresistible. This restaurant never fails to be enjoyable!

It seems like everytime we go here the service is helpful and speedy for everyone but us. It takes them to walk by 6-7 times before we get drinks or refills even if we ask for it. I've seen other tables get food before us when we got there before them. Not to mention the fact our food was cold both time we have gone. The only redeeming qualities are the corn bread, and the fact the food is pretty good when it's hot.
