I've only tried a few dishes. The grilled shrimp tacos are excellent and my kids love the nachos because the plate is huge. Service is excellent and you can buy a souvenir cup to bring back on future visits for $1 refills.

I have been to Fuzzys before about 2 years ago and thought the food and service was exceptional that Sunday morning when the place was packed. This time I was there on a Friday night about 8 and the place was not terribly busy. There were possibly 8 to 10 people ahead of us in three groups waiting to order. It took us over 15 minutes standing in line just to order. I received my food however, my date's food was not with it??. It took him standing there and staring at the cook through the window for it just to get made. Frankly, the food was nothing exceptional. And really, the place was dirty. The silverware was dirty and the floor was disgusting and sticky. Not just lightly sticky but foot-to-the-floor-stuck, sticky. Also the "music" was so loud and obnoxious one could hardly think and the staff was slow and indifferent. I won't be back.

First time going to Fuzzy's. Did not know what to expect. Wide selection of menu items. Chose the brisket taco and ground beef taco and chips and salsa. Tacos had good flavor, but were kind of tiny for $2.50. The chips and salsa we're good. Next time I will ask for no spice on the chips. They were a little overwhelming with spice. Wife and kids could not eat them. Fuzzy's would benefit from a salsa bar. The taco sauce on the table was ok, but not great. A green salsa would be a great addition. They appeared to have a wide selection of Margaritas. I did not try, but will on my next visit. All in all I will go back.

How can a person own this and not see the inefficiency & uncaring staff. So many people on shift and nobody to wait tables? Busy gabbing it up with each other. Nobody noticing the flies crawling into the hot sauce bottles caked with yesterday's sauces. Loud as hell. Stood for a couple minutes two $10 bills in view while 2 gabbed, a 3rd walked up none looking for a customer. Don't believe I witnessed a single taco being served. Asked the entire table if they at least had good tacos... everyone just looked & shrugged. One person finally said the shrimp tacos were ok. The number of drinks & food items that weren't served simply because no one is there to ask you if you would like anything is astounding. 2 stars because they didn't assault or offend or steal from me. (Removed 1 star because their response to my review was a pure brush-off excuse-fest, and now I am offended).

Long line but fast moving. And I like a restaurant that's crowded, for a number of reasons :-) The food is fresh with a different taste than the usual American-Mexican you find everywhere else. Downside, a bit noisy because of the large open seating area and exposed ceilings.

This use to be a place I would highly recommend, unfortunately it's gone down hill and fast! When we got there it wasn't busy we got right up to the cashier and ordered food. Then went to go get a drink the ice was out, told employees about this and they all stood around. Once they got the ice they filled it up and then left the top uncovered. While waiting i watched food be dropped on the floor and two employees walked right by it. At the same time waiting for my margarita, I watched the bartender talk. It took 25 - 30 min to get my drink by the time it came I was almost done eating. Then it wasn't even the right flavor. This isn't to bash just a heads up, get your staff in order.

Wow, where do I start? This place definitely gets 5 stars from me. My friends and I frequent this place quite often. The food is delicious and the drinks are by far the best drinks you’ll find in the Springs! My favorite is the Fuzzy AF, it’s the blue margarita with the red bull upside down in the glass. It’s delicious, and I order it more than anything else there. I honestly go for the drinks more than anything else. Favorite meal steak fajitas, it comes with two sides, I usually get refried beans and rice. Tacos are decent as well, I would highly suggest the crumbled beef tacos. They also have vegetarian options for those who do not eat meat. You go directly to the counter and order your food, if you ordered a drink you go to the very end of the counter and wait for them to hand it to you, if you ordered food you’ll be given a buzzer which has your number on it, it’ll go off once your meal is done, take the buzzer to the back of the restaurant, hand it off to a server and they’ll give you your tray of food. I think the only thing that could use improving is the guys who clean the tables, you’ll walk in the place is packed and there might be one good table available but it’s covered in plates, empty glasses and trash. Other than that it’s a great place to go have drinks with friends and also grab a bite to eat. Place is constantly busy, I’ve never been when they weren’t busy! Fast service, great drinks, good food and great prices!

This was our second time at Fuzzy's. The food was great, and quite a bit of it for the money. The chicken fajita bowl was spot on in flavor, and the brisket tacos were wonderful. When we were there, there were several people in line, but we moved through quickly. It's a great place to come with friends, have some good Mexican style food, maybe a few drinks, and not spend way too much!

Taco Tuesday is the best here! Really good tacos and their sopapilla bites are amazing. Very reasonably priced and good drink selections as well, for kids and adults. Has some TV's to catch sports and an outdoor patio area.

Great atmosphere and lively experience. The employees were awesome to deal with, even though they made a mistake on the order. They courteously apologized and just fixed the mistake. I think that tacos were pretty good and would come back next time I come through Colorado Springs. The reason for the 4 start rating is the sides on the menu. I went in with a party of 8 and we all ordered different things. ALL of the sides suck, ESPECIALLY those barracho beans. Before you think I'm just complaining, I literally live 15 minutes from Mexico down here in El Paso Texas.

My food did not have the same presentation as at other Fuzzy's. The menu says it comes with tomato & jalapenos but mine did not. I asked for the fire roasted salsa on the side. I didn't get any at all. When I went back to ask for it I was given a side of salsa. Again not the same as other stores I've been to. I'm use to a dark red puree like sauce. This was salsa. Also, the potatoes were not the same. Nonetheless the food was still good and service friendly.

Fast, delicious, fun food! This was my first time and I had the mahi taco and a chicken fajita taco with sides. Great salsa on every table. Very impressed with the quality and fresh ingredients. Love the unsweetened mango iced tea! They have great alcoholic drinks. This would be a fun place to have drinks and tacos with good friends or for a quick bite for lunch. They have an outdoor patio too!

I wouldn't even give this location a single star piss pour management looks like a bunch of young teens an twenties working the whole place. It took over 20mins just to get to the counter an let alone only 1 person at the counter, the bartender seemed more interested in cleaning his bottles an taps instead helping out an horrible service took an additional 15 minutes to make w few orders of chips an dips an a quesadilla never coming back to this location

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. I ordered three tacos; one mahi mahi, one crispy shrimp and one grilled shrimp. They were very good. I liked each one for a different reason. The grilled shrimp was probably the most flavorful. Watching my friends drink the Fuzzys margarita or would call it a beerrita was very interesting. Tasted one... Not bad. I look forward to going back next time I'm in town.

So what if they have street tacos. They are not bad but I do better at home. It is not bad food but who wants average?

When Fuzzy's first opened I really enjoyed the food, drinks, and atmosphere. The past few times have not been as enjoyable. When we visited last week I managed to order food & drinks without an employee saying a single word to me, they just nodded at me. They didn't announce when my food was ready so I just had to go look at all the tickets to figure out which one was ours. They had music playing in the restaurant as well as another speaker blaring different music in the kitchen which made it very difficult to communicate with them.

Went to the Fuzzy Taco in Colorado Springs and the food was super delicious! We loved it so much, we decided to get it again but at this location. It was really terrible! I ordered a chicken salad and the lettuce was dripping wet and lots of brown pieces of lettuce. Then it had chicken thrown on top. Nothing else was put in my salad! The chips were pretty stale too. What a shame.

Well, it beats Taco Bell. Food is mediocre at best I give the food a 3-star. The atmosphere is LOUD! The young hispanic girl that took our order acted like she hated her job, sullen face, no smile, not friendly at all. 1 star for service. I wouldn't recommend this place. Wife had a brief conversation with the manager, now there's the problem! Unfriendly, no smile, and excuses. Too bad. Margarita was meh.

Overall I think the experience was so so. Parking situation wasn't so great, had to park in the dirt. There was a big line, took about ten or so minutes to order. Staff was nice and answered a bunch of my questions since I've never been to a fuzzys before. I had the beef fajita bowl. It was ok, not really amazing. Portion size was on the small side, so if you have a big adult sized appetite it may not be enough.

Hate to leave bad reviews, especially at a place that I enjoy usually. Went in in the 1800 hour and ordered and paid. The place had more open seats than empty which surprised me because it is usually busy. Waited almost a half hour which is unusually longlong a taco and nachos. I talked to an employee and was given a refund but had to go back to work without dinner and without enough time to go anywhere else. I like fuzzys but not sure how many more times I want to gamble being able to eat dinner for their food.

The food is okay but the scavenger hunt necessary to get that food is nuts. You will receive your instructions while placing your order. Have your dining partner find seats. Hug goodbye. Don't worry, you will see them in a few days. To find your tacos, look for a tray with six red baskets stacked on it (one taco per basket). Your drinks will appear on a counter somewhere in the establishment, but just grab the first drinks you see and run. This place might work if they get the service model fixed. Currently, there is no service. It's largely a free-for-all geared toward...I don't actually know what it's supposed to be.

Today I accidentally ordered a pickup for the Fuzzy’s on Dublin went I meant to order at this location. When we figured out why I was missing my order, they quickly called the other location, cancelled the order, and quickly remade my order at this location with no extra charge. The manager even gave me a drink! And to top it all off, the food was delicious. Thanks for the great customer service!

Every time we come to this location the jalapeno bottle caps are always different or burnt, and the past few times we've gone the flour tacos have been extremely hard as if they have been sitting out. Please fix this we love fuzzy's and don't want to worry about weather our tacos are going to be hard or not... On another note most of the staff at this location don't seem to take much pride in working there. They mostly look and act as if they would rather be anywhere else but there.

This looked like a step up from Taco Bell but it was a staircase above them. They have a bar with great-looking drinks and and a neighborhood-bar vibe. The bar's also where you order your food and receive a pager. I was don't-talk-to-me hungry so I quickly chose the shredded chicken quesadilla. Perfect choice - it was crispy grilled and too much for me to finish. Excellent pico on the side. I would definitely return!

They could pay a letter better attention to keeping things clean. The bottom of the food tray had nasty food on the bottom of it. Of course, I stuck my hand right in it when they handed the tray to me. Tables could have been cleaned better. Food was good enough. They could also turn the music down a touch. We went on Friday night, around 9:30 PM. The place was pretty crowded, but we got seats very quickly. We also got our food in about 5 minutes of ordering, which was amazing considering how many people were there. Service was excellent. The food itself was pretty good, although a tad on the oily side. The servings may also be a bit small for some, including myself, but will probably be fine for most.

Great soft tacos! They build excellent three dollar tacos. Be warned, though: the fajita steak is a bit more salty than many might prefer. Overall a great dining experience. The staff was excellent and equally courteous. Would visit again.

I was here in the afternoon on 8/26 and unfortunately had the worst experience with service from the bartender, Sam. We waited 15 minutes to get her attention to pay the tab. A few excuse me's didn't take her attention away from have conversation with other co-workers, patrons and her phone. Stopped in for a large to go order of breakfast tacos. Seemed strange they don’t include salsa with the order, only hot sauce. Guy at the counter proceeded to explain to us the difference between hot sauce and salsa, like we were children. We’re used to Texas where the salsa is included in the order. We paid for the salsa, but wouldn’t next time. Store bought is just as good or better. Girl in the kitchen messed up the order, but apologized and included the four wrong tacos in the order...so that was a plus. Someone ate them.

Great food, low prices, friendly staff. Restaurant atmosphere is a little chaotic. The waiting area for orders is crowded with the main trash can, pick up, and drink fountain all next to each other. The line for ordering is across the restaurant from one of the main doors, which is a bit confusing. But, The burrito was absolutely amazing!!

Giving 3 stars because each time I go I get a different experience. The fuzzy dust on their chips is amazing and I love their shrimp tacos! However, anytime my husband or I order a burrito it has yet to be proper temperature/warm; it is always cold. So if they had their food temperatures properly done we would go more often. We have went back 5 or so more times to see if it was a fluke, but everytime has been that way.

This used to be 5 stars but, it kept getting worse until we will now no longer be going back to this restaurant. Last time we went, they were out of chicken, couldn't accept cash, no mango unsweet tea, no clean utensils, the fajitas salads were about half the size they used to be but same price. Some of the lettuce in salad was browning, and good luck finding a clean table in this place. We will not be back again.

Went last night before the Iowa Cubs game nd the staff had a hard time with sweetdeal coupons me and a friend had because a manager was nowhere to be found. Instead of telling us the situation they pushed us to the side and helped other people. Which is fair but details would have been appreciated. When the manager did come up he instead started completing drink orders instead of helping us. When i did finally order and get food the California heat tacos were missing almost all the ingredients execpt for shrimp, the sauce and little bit of cheese. We come here often, almost every weekend but this place has gone down hill service and food wise in the recent months.

Great place to get your taco fix! Huge place with so much seating, even has a huge patio!! The bar is great with lots of TVs to watch the game while enjoying your beer,cocktail or margaritas! The best an most attentive bartenders in the springs, are at the interquest location. Caleb and Mike are very good. But I must say, Cali and Sam (both females)- do a fantastic job of excellent service for both men and women. A lot of female bartenders overlook single women or direct their attention towards men thinking that is the best tip source. These two ladies take very good care of the entire demographic. Making sure women are not overlooked. It's a gift that many female bartenders do not have. I have always been treated with respect,and punctuality with my food and drink orders. That's what keeps people coming back. That's why this location is so successful. The entire team is fantastic. Everyone works together. The management always has things under control, and tightly run. Clean, organized,and everyone helps eachother.

There were 5 people in our group. All but me got severed. My food was served 5 mins later. It was cold and not what I ordered. Asked for a refund. Found out when looking at my bank account later, they not did give me a refund, they charged me twice. The place is dirty as well. Never going back to this hole. Zero stars

We were regulars because we live in the area and our gym is there in that building. The last 4 or 5 times we have gone in my order has been wrong today was no different. The customer service used to be pretty good if my order was wrong they would fix it. The gentleman who took the order read it back to us correctly but rang it up wrong not a big deal it’s annoying because it happens every single time but still not a big deal. Well today they basically refused to fix it I know the girl meant well but told me the cooks are mad today so I had to reorder. I don’t care if the cooks are mad I didn’t order wrong I order the same thing basically every Sunday after the gym corn tortilla no cheese and either chorizo or bacon it never comes out right and I don’t know why. It’s not hard I don’t mind mistakes clearly because my order is never right but when I am told I can’t have what I order unless I reorder because the cooks are mad I’m not too thrilled.

The drinks are awesome but the food is only mediocre in my opinion. I like Fuzzy's for the drinks and the vast variety they offer but every time I eat here for a non-drinking event, I'm very disappointed in the food. That being said, the place does stay packed and it can be hard to find a table during happy hour so the popularity is there. What would make it better would be a little more detail put into the food to go along with that huge margarita.

Want a fun place with decent food and meh margaritas? This is the joint. If anyone tells you that this place has the best drinks ever, do not trust that person, back away slowly while avoiding eye contact . Fuzzy's has a eclectic vibe, and if you like the idea of ordering a whiskey shot and a beer in your margarita or having a huge selection of odd mixers then you may want to check it out.

Actually a cool place to hang out, catch a meal and share a drink with friends. My only draw back is there is a gym above the place. So you keep hearing ppl above you and it can be loud bangs or running sounds, we didnt enjoy that at all.

This place was delicious. The mahai taco had flavors that took you to an authentic south coast island. Their grilled veggie taco was succulent and left you begging for more. A brightly colored decor invites hungry patrons into a friendly and fast system of ordering. Several items on the menu temps return visits. Stocked spirits grant the thirsty customer a relaxing experience. Fuzzy's Taco Shop does not disappoint.

Love all the Fuzzy's restaurants but this one is my favorite because of the people that work there. It's a very busy place but 3 times while we were eating staff came by and bussed the tables. The food quality and drink prices are always great, and though there is a longish line, it moves quickly. Most of all, the manager, Albert, went out of his way to help my family with a serious situation in which his help was invaluable. Albert went above and beyond, and we will always be grateful.

I honestly tried to give this place a fair shot. Four times I tried this place out and each time I left unsatisfied. Honestly only good for BIG drinks and chips. The tacos need major improvement. The hot sauce at the tables is disgusting. The third ingredient was ketchup! I still have hope for this place. I do have to admit they are fast and quick to fix any mistakes on your orders. (3 weeks ago) I’m editing the post because I came back today and tried it again. The tempura shrimp taco was much better.Crispy but not over cooked and was plenty of it in the taco. Tried the shredded pork burrito and was very filling. I was recommended the mango daiquiri and it was very tasty. I was happy to get our food fast even though it was a Friday at lunchtime. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The drinks are big and it’s not overpriced food. Plenty of selection and seating. Thank you for improving the tacos. I say 3.5 stars up from 2!

The cashier was not very friendly or helpful. She acted like she was doing us a favor by us eating at Fuzzy's. It was my families first time there, and I guess she just assumed we had been there before. She took my money, and sent us on our way. When our order was ready, we weren't sure where to go get our food. The reason I gave 3 stars was because the food was good, and the girl at the pick up window was extremely nice.

I am not into trendy places and this seemed fairly trendy. Full bar is also the place where you order and pay for your food puts it in the realm of not exactly kid friendly for me. It wasn't particularly busy when I went, but it took about 20 minutes to bring us our order. It was for 3 adults and 2 children. A very simple order. Nothing complicated or "specialty". Quality was barely above Del Taco. Price was well above Del Taco. I don't drink and neither did anyone in my party. So it may be a very nice place if what you are wanting is a trendy bar that you can take the kids to. If you want a good place to eat that is reasonably priced, search elsewhere.

We love Fuzzy's for Taco Tuesday. They have several of their basic tacos for a discounted price, and if you bring your refill cup back you can have a meal of some of the best tacos in town for pretty cheap. My favorite, surprising to me, is the grilled veggie taco. I highly recommend them with the butt-burning habañero sauce. This last time we also got shredded chicken nachos, which were also fantastic.

Always a fantastic place to grab lunch! Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I had the basic taco plate, one chicken, one ground beef, rice and beans. Soda drinks come in a reusable plastic cup. Do yourself a favor and get the queso and chips too. The chips have a nice seasoning tossed in.

Tacos, Beeritas, and good company...oh my! Fuzzy's Taco Shop is a great place to bring out of town friends for a yummy dinner, or just hanging out on a Tuesday. Everything is reasonably priced, however it does it get very busy in the evenings, so be prepared. If you can brave the crowds, then you will be well-rewarded. Fuzzy's is certainly worth the expense!
