I was so intimidated at even the idea of declaring bankruptcy. We had held on so long and it seemed overwhelming and endless. I called Avery Law just to ask some questions, also contacting other attorneys in the area who were either a month out or did not return my call. John met with me the next day and within the first few minutes, made me realize how common and freeing a bankruptcy can be. He helped reassure me, had everything organized and explained in simiple terms what would happen, what was expected and how we would move on. During our process, he was always on time, answered calls even after hours and he and his staff never made me feel bothersome. In talking to others in the same situation, the price Avery charged us was at least $1000 less than any other firm in the area. I was terrified of having to file bankruptcy, but I was under what felt like a mountain of medical debt. I had a consultation with Ryan, who completely eased my mind.
