Whitley was a gift on my wedding day and the days leading up to the big event. She handled everything with a perfect attitude, she really wants your day to be perfect! Not only did she handle all the vendors and decoration set up, she kept everything running so smoothly and stress free! I would recommend Eastwood Events to anyone looking for a stress free wedding day!

Whitley was such a gem to find! She worked so hard to make sure our special day was perfect !! Leading up to the wedding, she was so great about making sure every little detail was worked out. She offered recommendations and advice when needed and worked amazingly with our other vendors. She is organized, knowledgeable, hard working, so sweet, efficient and has an amazing personality. She is easy to work with and truly cares about getting to know the people she is working with. The day went off without a hitch, in large part because of Whitley! As a bride who had planned every detail of our day for two years, I felt so confident and comfortable handing the reigns over to Whitley because I knew she was organized, prepared and spend a ton of time knowing each detail of our day. She was the first to arrive the morning of our day and from the room I was getting ready in, I could see her working hard all morning long. When I got to the venue, every single thing was set up perfectly. Like breathtakingly perfectly. On top of everything, she had a gift for me waiting in the bridal suite which I used many times that day! I remember getting to our sweetheart table for dinner and realizing two things- she had already filled our glasses with water (which was amazing because we were both thirsty) and there was a floral arrangement I didn't recognize behind our table. I was blown away the next day when I watched her Instagram story and realized that she had taken apart mini floral arrangements from our ceremony and stitched them together to make a large floral piece for an arch behind us... I mean seriously, if that doesn't sum up how amazing she is, I don't know what does. Clearly I could talk about her for hours, but to sum things up, she is kind, passionate about her business and AMAZING at what she does. My first wedding planning advice to anyone getting married is to hire Whitley. She is hands down the best money we spent for our wedding and I can't imagine how the day would have been without her.

Whitley was the best vendor I hired for my wedding. She made my wedding day stress free because I knew she cared about my wedding going smoothly just as much as I did. She is extremely organized, meticulous, and creative. She executed all the small details I wanted at my wedding, and even added a touch more, going above and beyond what was asked. She not only oversaw my ceremony and reception events and flow, she went above what was asked and added small details to my decor with left over floral and some small items I had laying around. The best part about working with Whitley was her personality. She is the kindest soul and does everything with a smile. If you are going to trust your wedding day with someone, Whitley is the person. I am so happy I got to work with her on my special day!

Whitley was amazing to have as our day of coordinater! Not only is she extremely professional she is very kind, organized and loves what she does and it shows! Everything leading up to our wedding with the venue setup, decor and table setup she was very helpful in creating the look we wanted to achieve and also She answered emails/phone calls promptly. On the wedding day we did not have to worry about anything her assistant and her had everything setup and ready to go and throughout the whole day/night everything ran on a timely manner and seamless! Great to work with and I highly recommend Whitley as your planner :)

Whitley did an amazing job as our wedding planner. Leading up to the big day she was extremely organized and helped keep us on track. She was always very quick to respond whenever we had questions. The venue we chose required us to set up everything and she worked very hard to help make our vision come to life. Whitley was great about being helpful and adding little details to help make everything work. She is extremely calm and sweet and a pleasure to work with. The day of the wedding I don't know how we would have gotten through without Whitley. She was knowledgeable with the venue (Lairmont Manor)/ vendors and was very organized with the timeline of the rehearsal/wedding day. Whitley was such a joy. I am so thankful to have brought her on to help with our big day. Best investment that I made for our wedding! As we all know, nothing goes according to plan for any event you put on, and having Whitley on site....I can assure you I felt like everything went flawlessly. I decided to DIY my entire wedding and used a photo room divider as our seating chart. We placed it outside and a gust of wind knocked it right over and completely broke the structure. I glanced to see Whitley with a smile on her face, grab all of the little pieces that had fallen on the ground and gracefully take it to a backroom where she had hot-glued the entire structure back together. It looked brand new! If that wasn't enough for you to say "I'm sold!" She also took the arch flower arrangement that I had put together and placed it at our head table which brought me to tears. She went out of her way to think of the little things to make this day so special. You can see in the way she works that this is truly her passion and she is so dang good at it. The list goes on and on. I could talk about how wonderful Whitley is for hours. From personality, creativity, professionalism, and design. She is a must for any PNW wedding. Thank you Whitley!
