The Lovely Karen Kelly planned our wedding held in Red River, NM on 5/5/19. My husband and I live 7 hours away. You would think letting a stranger plan your wedding would be scary but Karen never once felt like a stranger. The first time I spoke with her she won my heart. She was so kind, calm, sweet and reassuring. This is her thing, she does her job so so well and she's cool as a cucumber. You can tell she truly loves what she does. She's such a great help and thinks of it all. Seriously its worry free with Karen around. My husband, 9 month old son and family were all smitten with her. She's precious, so very special and darling beyond words. Our wedding was perfect and she stayed with us all day long. True and genuine customer service. I cannot wait to go back to visit Red River but also to reconnect with our precious Karen and the small community of good folks. My husband accidentally left his 4 year sobriety chip necklace at the 4k penthouse we stayed at. Karen and Resort Realty went above and beyond to locate it and get back to us. Y'all people like Karen are seriously one in a million, they don't make them like her any more. ❤ My one regret is not getting a picture with her.
