My husband and I were originally supposed to get floor fireworks for our first dance from another vendor. We found out a few days before our wedding that the original vendor wasn't going to be able to pull through so I contacted Mystical Entertainment to see if there was any chance that they were available on such short notice. I let John know that my husband really wanted the fireworks and was very disappointed that the original vendor fell through and that I wanted to surprise him. He was happy to step in and help me out when another vendor let us down and was just as excited to surprise my husband as I was. John helped me pull off the surprise and made it our favorite part of the night!

I highly recommend Mystical Entertainment Group! Mike was the dj for our wedding ceremony and reception last week. Mike is a true professional and had a great way of mixing different types of music throughout the night and keeping the party going. He was so in-tune to who we are as a couple and listened to all of our ideas. We loved every moment of the day and loved how personal the whole ceremony and reception felt to us. We also appreciated how he checked in with us throughout the night to tell us what was coming, especially when we were going to be lifted up on chairs!

While we were given the opportunity to request several songs for our event in advance, the DJs did a nice job selecting additional songs during the dance that kept the students engaged and moving. At the beginning of the night, the team arrived right on time with all of their equipment in hand. Set-up and clean-up were done efficiently and neatly. We are planning to ask them to come back for our Homecoming Dance this fall!

If you're looking for a DJ you MUST use Mystical Entertainment. Every wedding that I have been to (2) and every wedding I know of that has used them (3) has been deemed one of the most fun weddings ever attended. We used Mystical Entertainment for our wedding on 10.6.17 and it was PHENOMENAL. We were dancing pretty much the entire night except for when we sat for dinner, and the cake cutting. The dance floor was packed the whole night (the hallmark of an awesome party). Our MC was ON IT from the beginning and was responsive to the crowed and kept asking my husband and I if we were OK or if we needed anything. He took the time to make sure all names were being pronounced correctly and that everything went smoothly and perfectly. He worked with our venue and you would have thought that they had been working together for years. It was seamless. Before the day we met with them and we went over every detail. They made sure that everything was perfect and that we didn't need to think about anything other than having the best time of our lives. If I had an email or an update they knew what it was and were always up to speed with changes. I can not stress enough how incredibly professional these guys are and how much fun they helped make our wedding. It was truly a special night.

Would recommend Mike and John! We used them for two separate events for our schoo and both the parent and the 8th grade student event events were well received ! For our student event, Mike did a great job as MC and in the end had paregts and students dancing together... the highlight for all there!! All in all if you want a company that actually cares about your especial event don't book with them. This is why...... We met with emcee Mike on 2/10/17. We were super excited to work with this company as we really appreciated Mike's energy and thought he would be great at getting everyone in the dance floor. Our mistake was to not have booked right on the spot as I requested a few extra videos of their musicians. Mike offered to send me more videos and told us he would give us 2 weeks priority to book with him. I still have not received videos from him. I emailed them and this woman Madeline responded and sent some videos. I then emailed Madeline to tell her exactly what I wanted and she told me Mike would send me a contract..... I'm still waiting for it..... I then called to speak to Mike and I was told he was in the "bathroom" and he will call me right back..... I'm still waiting for that phone call. After all the chasing I had to do, I'm happy I decided not to work with them and possibly saved myself from another headache.

We knew that a wedding DJ was one of the more important decisions going into the wedding, but little did we know that John and Mystical (through assistance from dance happy friends and family) would make the entire day. John and Mystical were the perfect the entire night. First, John took a photo on his phone that my wife and I still have as our respective backgrounds and is our favorite photo of the evening (maybe a side gig as wedding photographer should be in the works?). Second, John and his staff had a read of the music that aligned perfectly with our tastes and had everyone dancing the entire night. You may wonder, well that's what all DJ's do, no? That's what there supposed to do, but I can genuinely say that John and Mystical were different. They checked in with us at convenient points during the night to make sure everything was going according to plan. They announced scores to Syracuse v. Duke (a day of request) for all the Syracuse basketball fans. They played our requests and inserted their own so that the music was played in eras or themes keeping the energy constant from song to song. And most importantly, the last song - John asked right at the end what we wanted to hear because we left it open to a read of the night - and I responded I trust your judgment. A lot of pressure to say the least and they delivered unexpectedly with a song I wouldn't have thought of but fit with our alt-rock interests and led to the perfect end to the night. A spontaneous crowd circle sing-a-long developed into an first dance to close the wedding - except this time the dance ended not with the just the two of us, but with the entire wedding in a wedding size embrace while belting out the lyrics. Sounds cheesy, but it was the perfect moment for the end to the night - and it was John and Mystical that made it all happen. We both can't thank you enough.
