Jane did a truly beautiful job of making our daughter and son-in-law’s dream wedding a perfectly orchestrated, magical event! Given the complexity of their vision and the multiplicity of vendors and event sites involved, as well as the fact that both the bride (a Tucson native) and groom lived 2400 miles away, Jane’s success at making everything work – and of making everything work brilliantly– was no small feat. In fact, many friends and relatives commented that this was the most enjoyable, elegant, and beautifully choreographed wedding they had ever attended … down to the tiniest details. Much of this is due to Jane’s thoughtful and discerning suggestions about vendors, design questions, and the practicalities of things like fair pricing and “day of” timelines; to her extraordinarily good taste and artist’s eye for detail; to her willingness to listen carefully to our daughter and son-in-law and then help implement their vision rather than trying to impose her own preferences upon them; to her knack at building good relationships and working cordially and cooperatively with wedding planners at the church and reception site; and to her extraordinary patience, work ethic, and sense of decorum – both in our many interactions with her prior to the wedding, and in her remarkable ability to “be everywhere” and “do everything,” without being obtrusive or obviously stressed, on the day of our “grand event.” She truly is a “party ninja … in a little black dress” (or at least an elegant lady in a beautifully tailored outfit) who has “perfected the art of being everywhere and nowhere at once,” who takes care of “things you didn’t even know needed doing,” and who gets things done miraculously! I will also add that her fees are very, very fair and modestly priced. I recommend Jane Castle Events most highly – thank you, Jane!!!
