Hello JK, MIKE called me on his way to my house. The wait for his arrival was short and really worth it. Mike came in and gave the manual on everything I need to know to set my new furnace and a/c . Mike showed me and explained what each button does. At my request, Mike set up a schedule for every 24 hours. Mike gets an A for super work. JK gets A+ for providing help after the 8+ hours Jon and team spent setting me up for the 21st century and beyond. Just a cheer I have to share...at a church gathering at Chris Thomas' home I shared my agony with Home Choice Warranty!!!!! Chris listened and the very next day I was linked up w ok with JK. Within 15 minutes they found the problem and made the fix along with improved adjustments to air distribution and were on their way.
