The worst company to deal with. Takes your money and string you along.DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY.Office staff is discombobulated, they just say what they have to to get you off the phone, it's a company that's terrible mismanaged. owner really need to step it up and get office staff that are knowledgeable. The people that come out to work are the nicest people you can imagine.

Update, Mark Moriarty called me back and made all of this right. He was very apologetic and responsive to my needs and I look forward to doing business with him and his company. He's genuinely very concerned/attentive giving his customers a good experience. I'll update with a picture once the work is done.

I first got WAY over priced quote to install some light switches. Decided to give them a second chance for some generator work. I waited a week for the appointment, called before leaving work to confirm the appointment, only to find out that they scheduled it incorrectly for midnight. Rescheduled for later in the week. Called before hand and confirmed my appointment. Waited at my house then decided to call when no one showed up, and come to find out that they don't work on my type of generator anymore (even though I told them the type of generator when I called the first time) . They mixed up our house with a different client in their records. 2 weeks wasted. Never contacting them again.
