The drop yard is dirt/gravel and full of pot holes. The driver's lounge is bare-bones. It seems thrown together so Schneider can say they have a lounge. The only vending machine doesn't work. The showers seem trailer-parkish, plus the hot water heater was out. It feels like the regular employees of this operating center only come in when they have a new poster to hang up.

Good place to park if stopping over night. Dirt lot so expect swaying ride through yard but secure place to sleep.

I give 4 stars because the shop guys are nice and they finally fixed the swimming pool size pot holes! It would have been a 5 star experience if that restaurant was still next door! That was some of the best food iv had on the road. Beat the hell out of Denny's.

Very nice staff from the minute you walk in the door. Orientation is very thorough, calm, pleasant and happy atmosphere. Great big THANK YOU to Kay, Ray, Ricardo, Del, all our awesome DBL's and support staff. Let's roll! Look forward to long tenure...........

Someone commented if you have a problem at Schneider, it's your fault. I guess it's my fault that I want to pull road worthy trailers. More than 75% of the loaded trailers need maintenance and/or tires to be legal, yet they were signed off as "No Defects" by the driver who dropped it as an empty.

We had a small window of time available to have our furniture delivered. I called this company FIVE TIMES over five days to schedule and NEVER received a return phone call. Because of their lack of responsiveness they were unable to make the delivery during our time frame. Unacceptable, especially for a customer service related company!

The parking isn't great, but it's better than the Flying J down the road. The shop is hands down the best company shop I've used. The restaurant next door is a plus. Love this place

The people at this operating center deserve 10 stars but the trailer yard deserves a zero. The guys in the maintenance shop are very nice and courteous. also the DBL that was working by himself on January 8, 2017 was very helpful. I'm a rookie and all the guys there were very nice when I needed assistance to get a trailer out of a tight hole in snowy conditions. Come on Schneider fix up their parking lot!!

Great Experience. The folks at Schneider very pleasant and easy to work with. Probably the best employment experience that I have ever had. Salt Lake and Dallas definitely. If one is having a bad experience at Schneider, it's the individual's problem not the organization. I guarantee it.
