the worst experience so far in my life, this school is just a group of gangsters that all they want is your money, this school is a scam when i went there the first time i explain to them my situation and al the sacrifices that would have to do in order to go to school and get my Class A license, because i live about 1hr and 30min driving from the school, and the biginning all the do is triying to convince you to sing the paper work right in the momment, all they use nice word to make you think that everything is going to be fine and that they gonna help you!!l this "school is a scam, the instructors dont know what they are doing, the trucks are trash and malfunction , to many students for the amount of instructors and "trucks" that they have, if you can call those guys instructors, in the administration par they just play the game with you to make you think that everithing is good till they got you money for the goverment program wich is about us11k for a 6 moths "course" after that, no body give you answers for your conserns, no body pick up the phone, they send you to voice mail and never answer your msgs! dont you ever go to NETTTS SCHOOL they have 3 branches and from what i know they all the same scam

Currently attending NETTTS in Pawtucket RI. Started in October and I have loved every second of it. The best decision I have made by far. All the instructors are awesome and most defiantly help you out when you need it. That being said, your CDL isn't just simply handed to you. like anything else you need to put in the work and most importantly this has to be something that you truly want. Overall a great experience and I recommend the school to anyone who is willing to work hard, put in the hours, and put in the effort.

If you're seriously considering getting your CDL, don't go here. Most companies will actually pay to train you so not only will you have a job but you'll get your license essentially free of charge. This school however is a total joke. WAY too expensive and a complete sham.

This review is in behalf of hundreds of people. I have read all the bad reviews and I got into the conclusion that all they say is true Absolutely the true. I also read all the good reviews and I know for sure the owner paid to this students to write a goood review. A friend of mine got paid $100 for a YouTube video, another guy I know got pay money to video tape instructors to get them in trouble. This is how they operate . Modus operandi This people will do anything to catch new victims to make money out of them. Don't let good reviews fool you they're mostly fake. It only took me few weeks in school to figure it out. Here's what I saw and heard: I heard Billy Ricard (road instructor) saying something I couldn't believe he said this This black guys are so stupid he laughed and the darker they are the stupidest they get. Unbelievable this is not the 50's or 60's . He's A very charming and smiling guy but don't let him fool you. He's two face. He has mistreated a lots of student (BLACK and SPANISH) over the years but he's best friend with owner so don't even think about complaining he's untouchable. Buttonline I left Nettts and went to a trucking company that PAID ME to get my license and PAID me for training to obtain my CDL. It was a WIN WIN situation for me. I will recommend to all interested in getting CDL to go to a Trucking Company and get pay to get your CDL instead of getting ripped off buy this mobsters. Reviews and complains never lie. We are just a hundreds of people who got ripped off by Nettts. Don't be their next victim. You have been warned. Reviews don't lie is all true .

The Pawtucket,RI school is a joke (for class A training)! The instructors hang inside the trailer or drive around in golf carts all day long. The same two intructors over see all 30 students and 7 trucks (i feel bad for them because they do care about you). If you want your class B license? This will be the place to go as the instructor is good and is a good person as well. I came for my clas A and switched to my B instead. Jay that preps you for your permit is Fantastic! They need to multiply him and the class B instructor times ten. Where do you pay so much money and yet have actual students teaching other students when there are more than enough instructors there? This place, because there are no instrructors to be found. Bad idea to come here and i regret it with everything in my body. But at least I'm getting my B (instead the A i signed for) because the class B instructor is good. You have been warned. Come here for your class B. For a class A license go elsewhere. Spend your money wisely.

Hello to all that has decided to read my review. It has been brought to my attention that there are those out there that believe I have written a a review showing Nettts and the employees that work at Nettts in negative point of view. I am sorry that you feel this way and i would think that people i have worked with know me better than that. I can not make liars out of them with the exception of my review be anything else but honest. My name is Alan Wilson. I am a former employee at Nettts aswell as a former student. I will try to inform you of the best decision you can possibly make and cast some light on some of the reviews that arent so great. As both employee for 3 years 2016-2019 and student in 2003 my overall experience there was a pretty good one. Like most places Nettts has its flaws, ultimately the people who work with the students are overall really good people. Do the people who recruit and and the business office care about the money? Of course they do they are a business!!! Like any other business if they dont make money they wont remain in business. I would always hear from students about how they have a family to take care of, well at Nettts the family environment is still there and the powers that be there have a responsibility to there Nettts family, so yes money is what they are about they have to be. They also realize this and hire the people that want to pass on their knowledge to students, who deal with the student directly who care about the students well being. Is Nettts more expensive than other school? Maybe with their upfront costs. However, the other schools will cost you the same as nettts because it will take you several times to get the license. How much do you honestly really pay? Not much of anything because the staff has people to help find you work that offers tuition reimbursement. Another thing i have noticed is that student all learn at different paces. That means the time frame they lay out for you isn't alway right. There is a student that currently attends and has been attending for 4 years. No 1 has given up this person. I unfortunately no longer work there due to irreconcilable differences between myself and Mr. Richard. However he is not a bad boss and not bad for the students. I personally believe he EXTREMELY self centered and only cares about the light that he shines in. It is the fact that he has to look good which isnt a bad thing. That truley translates to your success is his success. If you are not successful then he is not. What ever his personal motives are, are irrelevant because you will always get the best out of him. His staff very good bunch of guys that for the most part are very competent. I have had issues with 1 or 2 instructors and they know who they are that may not be as good as others but they try. I really enjoyed the work and have missed it terribly but somethings that i just cant reconcile with. In closing i would recommend Nettts and have to this day recommenden Nettts for people who have been thinking about obtaining their license. I have had some great experiences and i know you will have them too. To Mr. Greenburg I thank you the opportunity Nettts has awarded me as a student and an employee. NETTTS IS THE HARVARD OF TRUCK DRIVING!!!

Ten thousand dollars for a class A license. More or less a diploma mill. Get em in and out as fast as possible to rake in the dough. Good deals for low income folks but if you have to pay full price you can do better.

Horrible. These people don't know much. Everyone is friendly, but once you hit financial aid is when then stupidity begins. Again these people are very nice but they are not very good at their job... Everyone's time is money right? Well these people don't recognize that. They want you to come back for 5 minutes to fix something. That quickly turns into an hour. That wouldn't bother me but having to do that 3 times did. On top of that they give me a call a week before school starts to feed me some crap. You know after I left my job and all that jazz to follow my false promise of hvac-r training.

This School is the worst! Do not go here! go elsewhere! No instructors and no help you learn more from other students. They're a hot mess very unorganized and unprofessional. Once that money comes in youre dead to them. I would not recommend this school to anybody!

Great Instructurs, see them all day with those new drivers year after year. You can tell the knuckle head drivers that dont get professional training. These students learn in the parking lot, & not let loose until there somewhat confident. I live near a Price Rite some of the drivers who deliver can back up trafic for a half hour or so..They need to go back to school & learn how to back up...Go Nettts..

When I read the cry babies review I know exactly who they are ! They are the ones who knew everything going in skipping classes and bucking the system all the way through to failure ! I went to NETTTS for my CDL License that's all they promised me graduated in Jan 2015 passed the first time out and never had any experience around Big Trucks.Was it easy for me hell no but you get out of it what you put into it.

I graduated from this school and obtained my license on schedule. (One and done) This school's main program is the 540 hour class A license course. The program is split 1/2 class 1/2 yard. The first two weeks is the general knowledge required to obtain a CLD permit, then two months of more general knowledge and skill building but in greater detail. The second half is yard in and out of trucks learning the menuvers required to pass the license test. This school suffers from many problems but follow directions and both a license/job will come easily.

Excellent staff, instructors extremely knowledgable (George knows FMCSR regs word for word and Reg Numbers off the top of his head!) They will go way out of their way to ensure you know exactly what you need to! Will recommend to anyone whos looking for a new career! Although it is a little pricey, the cost is nothing compared to the money you will make even in your first year of driving! WELL WORTH THE INVESTMENT! THANKS AGAIN NETTTS. youve improved my life 10 fold.

I would just like to say that even though I am the director of safety and traing at this sight i would highly recomend no 1 attend this school. This place has great opportunity to be the best however they choose not to be. Also i am a strong believer that women don't belong and should never apply. I wont hire them. Wish i could make some real.changes here however it is all about the bottom line. Your money is what we care about. There are a few good things here like during the week my staff is a little more astute and help but come the weekends forget it. Most of my instructors are idiots and should'nt even work here. Theyve got no training and will not get training. So if you feel like other students are teaching you thats because they are. The instructors i've hired over the years is just a body to fill a seat and have no clue on what they're are doing. I do hope things get better. But i somehow doubt it.

Horrible school, Its actually a diploma mill. Good luck getting road time after you graduate. They teach you nothing once you get in the yard. You can get packets that tell you how to do the maneuvers step by step, and packets that teach you how to do the brake test, and pre trip. Don't count on the instructors to help you cause their just there to test you out of the maneuvers.

I will say that I’m currently taking the 5 month course. The beginning was Great! Dave is an excellent teacher when preparing you to get your permit. I passed the permit test with a perfect score on all three sections. When I moved on to the next module we got George as the instructor. He seems like a pretty nice guy in all honesty but please believe me when I tell you that you bettter bring a set of ear plugs for this guys lessons because the guy is so obnoxiously loud when he talks, there is no decibel difference between his voice and the trumpets on a freight train. He goes a lot faster than Dave which is really hard to retain. I’m putting my faith into him and hoping he carries us through with enough knowledge to pass the road test. However, I will definitely be updating you all with my results as to what I actually rate this place after I graduate. There is some questionable things that do go on in class and I will be happy to disclose that information if I don’t find the class adequate enough to pass my actual exam. As of now, very useful stuff you’ll be learning here and I recommend anyone take the class. Especially the way idiots drive on the road today. All the teachers are pretty thorough. My favorite is definitely Dave, you can’t miss him. He looks like an old school Hells Angel with a sweet prison style tattoo on the back of his Mr Clean bald head. Don’t let this fool you, the dude is a straight G and is cool as all hell. Respect him, and the rest of the staff and you should have no problems

As a former student at NETTTS and after 7 years OTR was happy to see an Instructor position posted on Craigslist. As well as having received numerous recruitment text msgs. After conversation with your director Bill in which I had been told "always hiring" suddenly there were no positions open. Very poor public relations, lack of professionalism and raised questions of discrimination toward female applicants.

5 REASONS WHY NOT TO GO TO NETTTS 1. They are prejudiced in deciding who gets quality road time, good luck Spanish and blacks, immigrants in general. 2. Instructors don't seem to know what they are doing. 3. Instructors are not helpful when asked specific questions, such as how exactly testing goes. They all have different opinions and it is confusing. 4. They rush you through the training to get rid of you as soon as possible. So they get their money and you don't get the proper training. 5. The place is a mess! Staff, road time schedule, paperwork, bathrooms, equipment are all a disaster. For all the money I paid, this place is a rip-off!

Read the negative reviews about this place. Ive been waiting a long time to leave this review and if i can turn at least one person away then im glad. Don't waste your time or money going here. Everyone is super friendly at first. They'll send a representative out to your house, talk you into signing up, say theyll get you financial aid. Then theyll say how great the 540 hour program is. I owe just about $11,000 to these people because i wasn't eligible for any aid and at the time was to stupid to look else where. I paid $11k to be stuck inside a classroom full of losesr(not everyone). Recovering addicts, criminals, people fresh off the boat that cant even speak English,ect. And the best part is they were all there for free though grants. After wasting a couple months in the classroom learning nothing. It was time to go in the yard. The instructors do not care. Everythings a joke. Half the time it was other students showing me how to do the maneuvers. Road time is determined by who can race to the school the fastest at 630am. They said it was 7am-12pm but if u want road time u better be there at 6am or Pablo will go out and youll be straight backing all day. I could go on and on about how ridiculous this place is. IT DOES NOT TAKE 6 MONTHS TO GET A LICENSE. This review is getting too long so ill wrap it up. Moral of the story is this place was a HUGE was of time and money. The trucking industry is awful these days anyway. But they will get you a crappy over the road job youll hate making peanuts with a mega carrier thatll take anyone. Shop around before you go here. Trust me. Every single person in my class regretted coming here.

When I called felt very uneasy. Customer service hung up on me just before I can say have a good day or thank u. Besides not only that he treated me I was some sort of little kid even when I said I was 20 years old!! Besides he lied when saying he cant send any info out via email or mail nor discuss how long the class is... yes I might have as speech differently but not a way to be rude to your customers. Why I give it four stars because they might be a good school. But customer service is Poor. (My experience )
