I am Vet and they would not help resolved payments made to them. Reported them to VA and currently working with VA to correct problem. Would not return calls and Office manager was always unavailable to talk on the phone. Would not recommend this branch to anyone of fellow or fellows Vets.

The Good: - Awesome customer service, the people were very nice and helpful. This is the only reason I am giving them 3 stars. The bad: - New Horizons does not give you a paperback copy of the SEC+ book, they make you download a PDF version. I like a paperback copy so I can highlight important information. For the price of the course, you should get a hard copy of the book. Premier Knowledge Solutions gives their students hard copies of the books. - The course did not set me up for success on the test. I took the week long course and studied what the instructor told us to study for a week, and still failed the test. Hardly anything the instructor went over prepared me for the test.

Terrible classes, didn't teach what we specifically asked for and they promised they would. Asked for refund from a class not yet taken because we pointed out that they did not provide what we asked for and they have refused. Be very careful what you pay for here. The classes start with how to turn your computer on?!? Ridiculous. If you want Excel or Powerpoint training go somewhere else.
