I saw Dr. Lupa-Laskus, and I was so pleased with how thorough she was. There is a bit of disorganization in the front office, but it is so worth it! I am so happy to finally have found a good Dr, I would highly recommend Dr. Lupa- Laskus!

I walked out of my appointment after their office manager gave me a very hard time about not giving my social security number and not having my full medical history with me. Explained I couldn’t get into my doctors portal and I was trying to call them to get it. She told me that maybe I was not a good fit for them as a patient. And I needed to leave the building if I was making a call on my cell phone. She was very rude. So I spoke with my wife about it and we agreed that this was not the right doctors office for us. If she’s a reflection of their office I would not advise anyone to go there.

Horrible office policy that requires you give your social security number just to make an appointment. If you want your identity stolen feel free to use this office. The office manager is rude and archaic. If their office policies are so old fashioned just imagine the treatment. Please move into the 21st century with the rest of the medical profession. Making a doctor appointment is not applying for a job, loan, or government subsidy. You have no right to ask for my SS#!!!!

First off I want to say Dr. Gupta is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was hospitalized last August 2017. Sorry for my late post, but I have to say he definitely knows what hes doing. I was hospitalized in intensive care at Honor Health he was the only doctor that was able to wake me up out of my coma and get me to breathe again on my own. Following that, I was able to see him again at Arizona Pulmonary Specialists. He really cares about his patients and is excellent at what he does, we need a lot more doctors just like him who listens to his patients. I would recommend him to ANYONE...........Thanks Dr. Gupta I will forever be grateful for you! See you soon for my follow up appointment.

This office sucks .For that reason I decided to not even keep my appointment. Super rude staff .If that is their first means of communication then forget me driving out there .I asked what my co pay would be as its not on my card and I know this already. Lady rudly told me I would be billed then. I double checked she did not confirm. I'm not driving 50 min to get hit with big out of pocket exp, I like to be prepared. I would not recommend

Dr Sawalha treated me like a disease and not a person. She said X disease has X for treatment. She didn’t not look at my individual needs. She did not listen to me at all. I’ve never felt so disrespected at a drs office. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the rest of the staff was very nice.

Arizona Pulmonary Specialists, Ltd was a great experience during a stressful time. The front desk, check out desk, and nurse staff were all a pleasure to work with. From my understanding, this clinic is somewhat new to Endocrinology, perhaps only a few months as of this review. Dr. Sawalha, the endocrinologist at AZ Pulm, helped guide me through a medical condition that I recently developed. Dr. Sawalha is a focused, attentive, and caring doctor who was very sincere about my medical condition. I really felt she listened, analyzed, and responded to my questions and concerns. Despite the clinic name, Arizona Pulmonary Specialists, Ltd., I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience I received from the team at AZ Pulm. I felt that having a new Endocrinologist on staff at AZ Pulm was the best fit for me even though they are set up to be a pulmonology clinic. Looking back, it has been stressful seeing other medical providers during the past few months. Dr. Sawalha was by far the most reassuring doctor who helped me really understand what I was going through. For example, I needed to wear a new type of monitor device on my arm for a week. However, the staff had yet to receive training on how to use the device. Within a few days the staff was trained and I was able to complete the test. Some highlights of working with AZ Pulm and Dr. Sawalha: For one, they have a patient portal where you can log in and check all your medical information. One can also message the staff through the portal. Response times from the staff and Dr. is within a day or two. The portal also allows patients to request future appointments. I find that AZ Pulm has embraced the future of digital medical records combined with a patient portal to streamline their systems and processes. I did like that I met the same nurse staff on each visit and that I was able to build a relationship albeit brief as it was. The only grip I would have is the wait times in the clinic on the first visit. It pushed about 30 mins wait time. However, all the subsequent visits were excellent and I only spent a few minutes waiting before being taken back to the treatment room. The clinic is located on the second floor but there is an elevator nearby. Dr. Sawalha and her team were very inviting and if I ever require an endocrinologist again I will definitely go back to Arizona Pulmonary Specialists Ltd.

Dr Gupta is not worth ANY stars, but required. The front office staff is great, Dr Gupta does not value patients time. Been going for 2 years and he is always late, at least 45 minutes today, I arrived at 12:45 and checked out at 2:17 after spending 12 minutes with him. One of the assistants, said “yea, so, always have to wait at any Dr office”. Maybe wait, but not more that 15 minutes or so. Was told he only has 1 exam room today, so, he can’t Be in more than that at anyone time! I am going to ask for another provider going forward. Very discouraging when patients for other providers walk in, have a seat, called back, and leave while I am still waiting.

Have the worst experience in communication with this office! Always talking to the machine, never to a live person, waiting time for response 2-3 days or NEVER! Crazy for an office with so many doctors. But looks like no one in this office including doctors are eager to work, since you can get appointment only in 2 months ahead. After trying to get in touch with someone and finally have my appt. scheduled in 2 months, in two days I found NORMAL office, so I canceled my appointment here.

After moving to the valley a couple of years ago I’ve used the good doctor for pulmonary care and have experienced both exceptional communications and support. Doctor Gupta has a wonderful bedside manner and seems to really care about my overall health and well being. I’m glad he’s on my team.

All they want is to quick send you to a sleep study and to get you on one of those machines that forces air in to your body. That machine almost killed me when i was at the location on Broadway rd being fitted with different masks. Blowing air into our bodies is not healthy for us, this is all a scam to get money from the insurance companies. The lady that was fitting me with the mask was telling some big lies and needs to find a new profession. She told me after i had taken the mask off and was gasping for breath with tears running down my face because i could not suck in air, i had so much air being forced into my nose and mouth i could not suck in a breath. I was dizzy getting ready to pass out. She told me it's okay your brain will get used to it and if i don't take this machine home and wear it i was going to have a stroke and be paralised or died. I will not wear one EVER because of that experience and will ask to be sent to a new pulmonologist. There is just something wrong and phony about the whole thing!
