All the staff are great and personable. Very accommodating when you might be a touch late. Lobby and dental area extremely cozy. Best of all, I have a hard time getting numbed up, so the dentist won't pursue the work til he knows your good and numb. Ohh and it's like hanging out with friends whenever I go there, we laugh and joke around!

I recently moved to the area and needed routine dental work done. Scheduling my appointment as a new patient was easy and staff got me in within a couple of days of my call! Staff was extremely professional, helpful, easy going and very nice and welcoming! I scheduled a second appointment for a filling and was called two hours before my originally booked appointment to offer me a sooner appointment because of a cancelation! I highly recommend this place, you will not regret it!!

my last visit was not the best. I was numbed up at 4 pm and they never got back to for another 40 minutes later. This is the second time this has happened to me and will be the last time. I have been going here for over 6 yrs . Dr Johnston never treated me like this. If it happens again they will lose myself my wife and my other family members I will take my business somewhere else. Also Tanya is the best person there that treats me very well and makes sure I'm happy every time I have an appointment even if its not with her.

Oil City Dental Office was very accommodating to my emergency dental situation and did everything they could to help me. Dr. Bauer is an exceptional dentist who is understanding and did an Amazing job at the dental work he performed on me. All the staff there were so helpful and made me feel comfortable, as the dentist is not my favorite place to go to. I had to travel a distance to get to them, but I would do it again in a heartbeat. These guys were amazing and made me laugh with their sense of humor. Thank you oil city dental!!! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone!! They were awesome!!!

The crew at Oil City Dental are magnificient especially Tonya. I have some sensory issues that affect me, to include headaches and also difficulty in walking. Tonya went out of her way to make sure my experience went well by lowering the lights and radio as well as making sure when moving my chair to warn me and also tilt the chair slowly back. They are always pleasant and accommodating to my needs. I am truly thankful for their kindness and professionalism.

They have been amazing with me and my husband. I have been going to them for a month and my husband has been going to them for 3 months. I have bad anxiety with going to the dentist but this place has been nothing but amazing. I am able to go without being nervous because the staff has been amazing. I have taken my kids here for almost 8 years and like the hygienists but have had problems with the dentist's. The dentist that's there now has been friendly and great with my kids but took my 5 year old to get small cavity redone and ended up getting a swallon mouth. We thought he was sucking on inside of mouth because of Novocaine given to him, took him back to the dentist the next morning Dr said he chewed his cheek up no infection he will be fine. Next morning 102 temputre took him to urgent care and found out he has infection inside his mouth from hitting the gum line is most likely the cause the Dr at urgent care tells us. My son had to get an outrageous shot that made him throw up his side of his face is huge and now he's on steroids and antibiotics is in alot of pain and the Dr at urgent care recommend we get a knew dentist. This is just some of the things my son is going through he could of ended up in the hospital. This was a very dangerous situation, my kids will never get seen here again. The urgent care doctor called twice to check on my son and no-one from Oil city called once.

Going to a dentist is for some, a very stressful experience. As I am someone who is trepidatious about beginning care with a new dentist, I am writing this with the utmost respect and care. I have been blessed not to have a lot of issues with my teeth, but when I found out that I had my first cavity at the age of 42, I have to be honest, I was scared. The staff, every single one, is gentle, kind, understanding, and put me at ease at my first visit. The receptionist was exceptional. The dental hygienist was kind and gentle and listened to my fears and took a special care with the things that I was especially nervous about. I didn't feel rushed,or did I feel like I was just another cash flow. I really did feel that I was the most important person there. I know that I'm wasn't, but I was made to feel like I was. That spoke volumes to me. The dentist was very gentle, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable and at ease before any treatment was given. After seeing the care that I was given by Oil City Dental, my husband, who does not like going to the dentist, was so impressed that he made an appointment to come see them. As a family, we have switched to Oil City Dental. They are costs are competitive, very reasonable, and work with you. Dentists often are, in my experience, rigid on their charges and financial policies, however, we have found that Oil City works with you. They are also exceptional working with families about scheduling. For me, a key element for my health care providers is listening and caring for my emotional, mental, and physical concerns. I can't say enough about this office, and I recommend them highly to anybody who is looking for a change. Having somebody care about the whole YOU, not just your mouth, but the human being, YOU, give these guys a call. Take care of your teeth, your mouth, your gums, go see Oil City Dental, the kind people who care for me. I hardly ever do Google reviews but I felt that this was an absolute need for all of you out there in Casper or in neighboring regions who want to see somebody that really do care about you and your family, not just the bottom line, the cash or how much money they can get out of you. They want to care about your teeth, and really want to hear about how you and your family is doing. They've met me twice, and remembered me. That speaks volumes about how they care about me.
