First time to go there, and I have to say, my experience was awesome. I am generally scared of going to the dentist but I haven't felt a thing while Dr Elosta was working. Clean, organized, professional, up-to-date office with friendly staff. Dr Elosta was so attentive when going over my dental plan. He takes all the time you need and explains things carefully. I had double crown work done the same day (and dreading it) but it was pain free and completely comfortable. I am happy to report our family has finally found our dentist. Don't look any further! Experience there was good overall. Very nice receptionists and dental staff. I had the deep gum cleaning, and the process went smoothly. Normally, when I go into a dentist, I'll be told what is happening step-by-step through the procedure. I wasn't really told what was going on, and it would have been nice to be told what is coming next, etc. I was also under the impression that I was going to get numbed up for the procedure, but that didn't happen either. The procedure wasn't terrible, but it was pretty uncomfortable at times. I kept waiting to get numbed up because I hadn't been told otherwise. The doctor even asked whether the dental assistant thought I should be numbed up, and she said she can just finish without the numbing. Some consult with me regarding that matter would have been appreciated because the procedure, like I said, was pretty uncomfortable at times. Otherwise, I had a good experience there and was given good instructions on my post-care treatments, and what foods to avoid, etc. This is a good dental practice, and Dr. Elosta is very welcoming, and really makes you at ease with being at the dentist. We all know the dentist isn't everyone's favorite place!

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. The hygienist I was supposed to see was running a bit late, but they brought me back right on time to get me started on x-rays with another hygienist who was available. Both hygienists I saw were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I would highly recommend Landsdowne based on my first visit! This is where you need to go! Very gentle service with a friendly staff. They used the CEREC 3D printer to make and install 2 crowns in about an hour and a half. Amazing! If you crack your tooth... don't wait. These guys can get you in and out in no time.

My son referred me to Dr. Wael Elosta with a glowing recommendation which I am now able to agree with. I am impressed with the professionalism of Lansdowne Family Dental. During my first visit my x-rays were emailed to my Florida dentist (we are seasonal residents) after a very thorough and gentle session with the hygienist. Then I met Dr. Wael who explained in a caring and understandable way various solutions for my aging dental work. Yesterday’s appointment was for crown and veneer prep work. I was shaking with nerves initially but Dr. Wael calmed me by explaining everything he was doing while making sure I was pain free. The temporaries look great. Today he called to ask how I was, reiterating that I could call him anytime if I felt anything needed to be adjusted.

Scheduling the appointment was simple. Insurance paperwork was very easy and straight forward. Hugo was my hygienist. He was very nice, gentle and knowledgeable. A real pro! Dr. Elosta was great as well! They run a state of the art practice and are able to handle pretty much anything right in their office. I had been coming to this office for many many years and I’ve had ALOT of work done, both necessary and cosmetic. I recently moved out of state this past summer and reluctantly had to find new dentist. Change and moving are so hard, especially during times like these being forced to trust someone new with your teeth or body. Dr. Wael is the BEST! He is kind, personable, funny, gentle, professional and a perfectionist. He always explains procedures in detail, gives you options and goes above and beyond to make sure your visit is comfortable and everything is done painlessly. For things he outsources like crowns, he accepts nothing less than perfect from those companies. One of mine he wasn’t happy with and made them remake it 3 times. It took a few weeks but Dr. Warl is capable of making unnoticeable temporaries in the meantime. His staff is excellent at quickly working with insurance and the Doctor to let you know your out of pocket expenses if any, and payment plans available. Hygienists are super great as well, my sons favorite is Hugo. The office and waiting room is decorated lovely but you don’t see too much of it as wait times are relatively short. Walking into the back you see nothing but state of the art equipment. When you need numbing, the needle is tiny and hooked to a machine that beeps and you barely feel a pinch. My 11 year old daughter has been here numerous times in her life starting at a very young age, for routine visits, fillings, and even multiple extractions for her little baby teeth that refused to fall out on their own. I can’t remember a single time he couldn’t fit us in the same day if we were in pain. Dr. Wael even took out my sons wisdom teeth effortlessly. I’ve always been grateful for my dentist but today after going somewhere new to a dentist with sausage fingers that didn’t fit in my mouth, now moreso than ever. I’m starting to wonder is 3 1/2 hours is too far to drive for a routine cleaning!?!?!?! Thanks again Dr. Wael and staff! Keep up the good work. For some reason I feel we will meet again if I need a dentist I really trust!
