The staff was friendly however I felt completely taken advantage of! They should know what insurance covers prior to taking payment indicating copays have been satisfied. After I paid $350 they contacted me saying I owed an additional $350 that wasn't covered. They need to clearly tell folks the truth up front. It is unfair to assume the lay patient is aware of all coverages and insurance codes. I assumed (incorrectly) that as professionals they would provide me with truthful information on my benefits. I feel taken advantage of and now I am in danger of having my credit affected due to Konikoff Family Dentistry and their lack of truthful communication. Apparently there is a small disclaimer at the bottom of the patient plan(which I signed) that enables them to do this type of, "after the fact" charges, aka gouging!

Love the staff here and the dentists! Used to have Dr. Moses (Bradley Cooper look alike) but any dr. Is good here. Even the children's doctors do an amazing job!

Dentistry At It's Best!!! Unfortunately, in my 60 years i've seen over 20 dentists in 4 states. With that said, this is by far the Best dental staff i have ever encountered. The administrative staff was warm and explicit. Mollie, my hygienist was a true professional. She was genuinely concerned about MY dental health and took her time to explain it and made several new product recommendations. My dentist, Alisa Smith and her assistant Helen were an outstanding team. Both were personable, knowledgeable, and caring and they worked together like Batman and Robin.....all Pain Free!!!

I continuously had conflict with scheduling... I had been going to this dentistry for about 3 years and they still couldn't work with me on scheduling my appointments and the telephone personnel was very moody. No complaints on dental work.

Went today and everyone was really nice and helpful. They'll talk to you to make you feel more comfortable. In the past I didn't floss as much as I was supposed to and they were professional about everything. They will refer you and answer any questions respectfully. I feel at ease even though I'm supposed to get all four of my wisdom teeth pulled (elsewhere). I feel comfortable now going to the dentist and I'm glad my mom made an appointment here for me.

I called the office and the staff on the phone was extremely rude. I was calling to sign up as a new patient. The girl was so rude and controlling and did not even listen to what I was saying. Shed kept telling me what was done to my tooth without even hearing the history of the work. She kept giving me orders like I was in the army. I call again, as I was hoping to talk with somebody else - Oh well - she punished me for that. Very rude. Her name is Lauren.

I truly never thought I would say this about a dentist visit, but it was great! Having a giant fear of going to the dentist, I put off a cleaning for years. My fiancé visited this office and convinced me to go see them. From the front office staff to the hygenists and doctors, I felt very comfortable and many of my fears had subsided. They are a caring staff. I can honestly say that my fear of the dentist has disappeared after seeing them, and I will definitely be going back in for regular cleanings. Thank you for being so great and giving me much more confidence in my smile again!
