I am so happy to have been referred to this dental office. I have a great fear of dentists due to past experiences. Not only is the staff professional, they are friendly! This helps to ease the tension. The doctor is skilled with the needle making the Novacaine injection nearly painless. I was told be a previous dentist that I needed 2 root canals and crowns. But Dr. Ryan was able to do just one root canal with a crown, and one deep filling...saving me a small mint! I highly recommend this office as a whole, my hygienist is amazing as well. I actually look forward to getting my deep cleanings done.

Everyone at this location is wonderful! Ryan, Kenny, the two Megan's have all been a huge help correcting quite a few issues I had after not visiting the dentist for far too long. Everytime you enter you are greeted with a smile. They have done top notch work and always happy to explain all that they are doing or about to do. I have not had the best experience with other dentist offices even including other Gentle Dentals, but this one is great. I highly recommend anyone in the Sandy area to go here. Thank you!

Had oral surgery. The next day I called because they made a mistake and I had to leave a message. No one responded from the office so I called 2 more times left a message and still no call back. Called the emergency overnight after closing, they called back and told me I have to call office first thing at 8am and assistant will talk to Dr. who worked on me. Called at 8am again the next day and still can only leave a message because supposingly they still working with other patients and left another message and again at 9am and not one call back. Following surgery, don't expect any customer service or assistance.

I cracked a back molar while eating dinner. Until this, I had not been to dentist in 3 years due to going on Medicare. They were able to see me the next morning to do xrays and exam. They provided a worksheet of the work that needed to be done and the cost of each area. Of course, the need of a crown took priority. We set a future appt 5 days later. Not only is the front office staff professional (Kalyn), but Dentist Grewal and her assistant, Erin are extremely top notch in all areas!! I used to have a fear of dental appts, but because of the friendliness and the gentle approach, they made me feel comfortable. I have finally found a new dentist that I trust and love!!! Thank you Sandy Gentle Dental...appreciate all of you!!

Beware! They will screw up and hurt you. Then they will charge you for work that they initially said would NOT be charged. All because THEY screwd up. FINE ANOTHER DENTIST.
