Best dentist experience I have ever had! From the front desk to the dental hygienists to Dr. Kirk, everyone was so kind! I am always so anxious about going to the dentist, but they eased my concerns, not just with their complementary massage chair and noise canceling headphones, but by everyone’s considerate and gentle demeanor. My dental hygienist, Paige, was the absolute best. She explained what she was doing and gave me detailed explanations on how to better take care of teeth. I can’t say enough good things about Grand Dental Studio! This was a regular checkup, and was easy (no pain!) and quick but thorough. The staff is amazing, appointments are always on time, and we love Dr Kirk! If you’re looking for a dentist, I highly recommend them. In addition to regular exams and teeth cleaning, I've had two crowns. I had one crown prior to these at a different place, and it was painful and trying. I was prepared for a “not fun” experience again, but it was much less uncomfortable at Grand Dental, virtually no pain. The temporary fit way better too. Crowns aren’t fun, but it was much easier at GD than the other place. I’ve also had in office whitening. And a friend is getting Invisalign there and very pleased. You'll be treated like one of the family! I highly respect their business model and integrity.

No one likes to go to the dentist, especially me. And if you saw the state of my teeth you would know the truth of that statement. But the way our teeth are designed, we need to have regular check-ups, and have fillings and root canals and crowns and other things done to them. It saves a lot of pain in the long run. So if you need a good dentist, this is a pretty good place to dry.

I went to Grand Dental for an injury in which I needed 6 veneers. After 4 attempts, they finally made some that fit. About two years later, a few of them broke. When I went back to have them repaired, I was billed for the dentist time/service. About a year later, four (4) of them shattered when I bit into a normal Snickers bar. Absolutely HORRIBLE. I did not pay the bill, and disputed it. Another dentist in town wrote a letter stating that they did not use enough material, and that crowns should have been done. Regardless, they turned my bill into collections and significantly hurt my credit, as if destroying my teeth for 4 years wasn't enough. Please save yourself heartache and money. Go to a real dentist, not a salon trying to play dentist!

I came for my initial exam and cleaning. I was immediately greeted by Chelsea at the front desk and my appointment time was right on schedule. The overall office is very relaxing-offering massage chairs, blankets and other things to make the visit more stress/anxiety free. Valarie did an amazing job on my cleaning and it was virtually pain free. She also did a great job explaining what she was doing while she was working. I would definitely recommend Grand Dental Studio to friends and family.

Today was my first appointment at Grand Dental. I have always been nervous to see the dentist but all of the staff made me feel very welcome. Paige the hygienist was so personable and caring. Throughout my X-Rays and cleaning she was very gentle and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Dr. Heiger is fantastic!!!! I don’t normally do these reviews but was so impressed with his technique that I felt like it was warranted. I have a huge fear of dental procedures. He was exceptional with injections. I did not feel a bit of discomfort. He is confident and great at what he does. The office staff was also phenomenal as well as the hygienists. I was able to book appointments for myself and 2 kids all at the same time! I definitely will not dread going back and cannot compliment Dr. Heiger enough....

I had a horrible experience years ago and hadn’t been to the dentist since then. I’ve had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist but I needed a tooth extracted. My friend referred me to Grand Dental and my experience was amazing! Dr. Hieger and his staff are wonderful and very accommodating. They helped make me feel comfortable and were very understanding of my anxiety! Dr. Hieger was very patient and kind, he listened to my concerns without trying to rush me. This is a lovely place with kind and accommodating people...who also have an instant-messaging system that is not always used in the intended professional manner. Remember to close the messaging window before leaving the room so that your patients don't read what you've been saying about them. :) Dr. McNair is wonderful though, and so are their hygienists.

Best dental place ever! I have extreme anxiety/fear, even for cleanings and Andrea always makes certain I am comfortable. She is genuinely caring and makes the time in the chair go quickly. Dr. Henry is also awesome - very thorough and caring. I just had 11 crowns completed and because they prescribe the little white pill AND have the nitrous, chair massage, blankie, eye pads, and headphones I actually fell asleep during the whole thing. We have worked with their billing staff also and they take the time to answer all our questions and make certain our Insurance gets processed timely & accurately. So glad I found them when we moved here!

Run from this place and if you got ripped off by them like the rest of these reviews on here i strongly suggest you report them to the Better Business Bureau of Investigations and the health department or hippa .I got a serious mouth infection and almost died from here had to be hospitalized and all they could do is smile and laugh about it.my story of this place is since I've been coming here . They quoted me 6 grand for a dental implant after i got a bad infection in my crown and it broke off including 7 other lumineers some still standing they use cheap glue or cement on purpose so it falls or breaks off then tell you its not there fault and they need more money to rip you off .i got all my work at there office to so it was there fault it happened in the first place !!They think just because they are located in "stuck up nichols hills " they can bust everyone over the head ripp them off and rob them blind of there money. Dr.kirk is stuck up and thinks his ---- don't stink they also got mad and almost refused to give me my money back that i gave them as a deposit to order me something from there company they use to make them look good they shouldn't be able to sell or represent the lummineer company .Go to a real professional who knows what they are doing and who cares about you and your health and personal safety everyone who works here are idiots playing and pretending to be dentists this whole place is a joke . .I got a deadly mouth infection nausa fever chills sharp head pains and chest pains sharp when i breath haf to be on strong antibiitics a deadly infection that could go to my heart or brain and poison my blood stream from this place and had to be hospitalized after that .and they ripped me off for over 12,000 dollars in lumineers that chipped and broke and my crown broke off and shattered to after paying all that money and they didnt even offer to pay replace or fix anything after I blew over 12grand with them on cosmetic dental they are crooks . on your cleanings they loosen and chip your crowns and veneers on purpose so they will break so you will have to spend more money with them and give them more money after my first cleaning I noticed loose teeth they wanted more money and asked me for thousands more even asking me to sighn up for care credit or to sighn my home over to them if care credit didn't approve me they are crooked and only care about squeezing your very last penny and dollar out of you they don't care about your health here they prey on people they will make fun of you and also laugh at you and make fun of you while you sit in the dentist chairs secretly laughing and making fun of you. Also they will lie and say you have a cavitity and tell you 200 for each cavitity I went and got second opinion and I didn't have no cavity .they wanted to drill on me to pocket money which is illegal they are pocketing hundreds and thousands of illegal money by ripping people off and lying in there faces also the secretary receptionist after you pay for your visit she will always add a hidden 120 service fee she claims as a x office fee exam ffee and make you pay extra money even after you pay your bill upfront or after she did this to me 3 times also watch out for a doctor shadid they work with to toss you back and forth to rob you of more money especially if your sick and vurnable that's there favorite they love to take advantage of people who are hurting and upset do not trust these people with you health money or time. You've been warned.

This place is amazing! So impressed with everything this dentist office had. From the super helpful staff who make you feel right at home. To the complementary back massager, neck pillow, blanket and nitrous oxide if you need it. They explain everything to you and provide anything you need to get comfortable. I dont understand why someone would ever 1 star this place. They impressed me so much I'm never going to another dentist again! Highly recommended if you need work done and need that little extra bit of comfort to get you thru it. :)

The customer service exceeded my expectations from the warm greetings to the offers of a warm towel, neck/back massage in the chair during the treatment. I was provided with a comfy chair in the billing office and given a thorough explanation of my bill. The place is great (outside looking in). Really nice, great staff, good part of town, etc. I got a couple different treatment plans from them and couldn’t afford the out of pocket expenses. They quoted me $1600 on a crown, putting me at $960 out of pocket. I went to my normal dentist and am paying $400 out of pocket for the same service. I’m not really understanding the substantial price difference.
