Dr. Mimi is incredible! My 5yr old boy was mauled by a pit bull Friday night & had an appointment here Saturday afternoon. I had planned on cancelling it due to his injuries but took him in anyways. Dr. Mimi & her assistant treated him & put his bridge back in place without busting a single stitch in his jaw, my boy was perfectly comfortable the whole time. They were really concerned about him & his comfort. I couldn't thank the staff here enough. I highly recommend them! UPDATE... Dr. Mimi & Lynn worked on my 3yr old daughter now as well. She had a reaction to something & Dr. Mimi went the distance to find out everything she could from the anesthesiologist so we could get the info to her Dr. The team at this office is so much more then amazing, they will never know how much they mean to us. I live out of the area now but will not be changing dentist, staying with them is worth the drive.

I had a few good experiences with Dr Keaster when he was at the S. Western location. I followed him to Reno and Rockwell after seeing to many dentists at S. Western. He has always been kind, professional, intuitive and knowledgeable. His assistant Jennifer and the hygienist Brandy are equally qualified. My daughter has sensory issues and will pretty much refuse to do a lot of things, especially if she is out of her comfort zone, she started to back out of doing the X-ray at first, but so many people at the office walked by and stopped to gently encourage her and support her for being a brave girl and we got a beautiful picture of her full mouth!! The little X-rays were another challenge, her assistant hesitated a little, but a wonderful hygienist with short dark hair and super powers came in to help, all X-rays were completely done ✅ She really was kinda done in at this point, but the wonderful dentist was very sweet and patient and even came to Alex in her space while holding onto mommy to check her out! And then the amazing dark haired super hygienist was able to convince my daughter to not only get her teeth cleaned, but to place the super powers (fluoride treatment

The initial visit to this location went well. I took my child here after an vehicle accident because she was in extreme pain and we now had no car. I couldn't get her to her own dentist in Edmond, which she has be seeing since the age of four. Now it comes to getting all reports to make a claim and mistakes by this office are found. It was written as if my child came in for a regular cleaning, which is far from true. Also, I was told she had major trauma to the mouth and a tooth is even turned with the possibility of needing root canals in the future. Yet, when I picked up a copy of the x-rays and notes none of this seems to be mentioned. Attorneys can't read x-rays and honestly the notes aren't very legible. This happened in February and since my child had quit band because it hurts too bad to play her instrument, the clarinet. I contacted this office several times asking that the doctor please give me a call to fix this situation and it's June and I've yet to hear from him or anyone there. I an very disappointed in the actions of Dr. Keaster for this reason. I now may have to come up with money I don't have to fix my child's teeth later. All this could be resolved by him writing legible notes so that the attorneys couldn't read them. Also, by checking the work of his staff to show that things have been inputted correctly. I've done my best to reach out to him and handle things the correct way. I won't act like a crazy person and stormninto his office unannounced as thst would be very unprofessional. I just ask that if you're in my situation find somewhere else to go cause this is more stressful than it has to be. Wish I could have just found a ride to Edmond.

My children and I loved everything about this Dental Depot office! I cannot say enough great things about this place! The atmosphere was great! My Kids were over the moon about the train sets going through the rooms! They had a play areas for siblings to wait and build their own train tracks. Every single staff member was beyond exceptional! We were greeted with warm welcomes and smiling faces throughout our visit! One of the sweet girls at the front desk even brought my youngest a snack just because she overheard him tell me that he was hungry! Everyone is so polite and patient, they really know how to work with kiddos. My son was not a bit scared here! If you’re taking your dental services anywhere but Dental Depot you are seriously wasting your time! Big thanks to every working here. You made my sons visit so amazing!

Got there about 8:50. Had 2 appointments one at 9 and the other at 10. They seen my daughter at about 8:55 and and finished up with her. Needless to say we sat there until 10:30 with my son’s name never being called. People walked in the door and was called and we were still sitting there. I finally got tired of waiting and we left. Before leaving here I was told my daughter had too much damage and would have to get two silver crowns. The new dental office told me that wasn't true and that was just a cheap way some dental offices fixed larger cavities. I'd rather preserve my daughters actual teeth! My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed and the staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor was caring and compassionate. The only thing I would suggest is a follow-up call the day after a procedure, especially if this type. It was done on a Friday and we were told to call if we had questions but didn't know they closed at 2pm on Saturday, closed Sunday. We had to Google to find out it was ok if she ran a fever. Also, I realize everybody is different, but she ended up taking off an entire week due to the regimen so she didn't end up with dry sockets. Keep this in mind when scheduling the appointment. We thought 5 would be enough, but on the 4th day she realized it would be too difficult and she had a stitch so she didn't want to chance it and waited to see the doctor before returning to work. Again, the staff and procedure was fine, but would appreciate a follow-up phone call.

Dr Templeton was great, can't say the same about the office staff and dental assistant. Both times I went there the office staff were rude, not helpful. The assistant was rude also, did not make me feel at ease. I was handed a wrong prescription for another patient, I was told to take a sedative prior to arriving and then was given gas then told to get up and walk to xray machine and go sit back down. I was told by one of the office people that I had not gone to my prior dentist before going there even though I was referred by him, later that day they got records from my dentist. Insurance wasn't discussed with me prior to surgery, my insurance covered a little over 300 dollars of the 800 dollars it cost. The office person Said I had to pay 560 dollars upfront that day after an hour of being on an oral sedative saying there's "no way" they could offer payment plan. So I payed half. It was a frikkin cluster. I've been to a couple of dentists, the office people and assistants at the other places were more helpful and nice by far. But like I said, Dr Templeton was great. He explained the procedure, had a calming demeanor, and made the procedure quick and painless. Would I go here again? I'll go elsewhere if I need work done.

On the day of my visit, the staff seemed particularly nervous and edgy when Dr. Herren was around. (When he wasn't around, they were joking around and interacting well with the patients.) He also seemed impatient and hurried. He acted put out and sighed constantly during the procedures, especially when the staff didn't have a tool in-hand exactly at the time when he wanted it done. The whole environment was edgy. After my first visit of several to address my issue, I called three different dentists to see if they would take me on as a patient, even though I had started with Dr. Herren. All three said 'no'. I didn't want to go back, but I had no choice. I regret ever going here. Second, his level of concern for my pain seemed minimal, and he didn't seem to care when I mentioned that he kept pinching/pressing hard against my lip with his tool. The procedures were some of the most painful I've ever experienced. But this is not all. In the end, the work I had done at Dental Depot has had to be replaced or redone. I've spent thousands of dollars getting a root canal on a tooth that he put a filling in because the filling work was done so poorly, and I'm in the process of getting two crowns on teeth that he worked on this year, simply because he was too hasty and messed up the teeth in the process. Is this the result of too much pressure on himself by himself, by insurance companies, by what? Who knows? What I do know is that I'll never return to Dental Depot ever again.

I have really bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist because of a really bad experience from another dentist. I have to say this was the best exam I have ever had. I got a tooth extraction done I really did not feel a thing. I am scared of needles and when the nurse was numbing my mouth I had my eyes closed and didn't know she had give me the shot yet.They are awesome!!!

I am a new patient at this dentist and the new patient experience was great! My previous family dentist who I have had for my whole life retired a few years ago and I've been trying to find a good dentist ever since and I will definitely be returning to Dental Depot! They are a completely paperless office and use iPads to check you in and get all of your patient information and those we're a little tricky to use. Dr. Tsai the resident dentist is very cordial and personable. My dental hygienist Valorie was very personable as well and she walked me through the whole process of how they do things at Dental Depot and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the process.

I took 4 children at one time to this Dental Depot. Some with adhd. They were great, handling of the children was smooth sailing and successful. The staff was great with the children and with me. They had great attitudes, were patient and fun. The kids loved them. As a matter of fact one of the boys was sad because he didn't get to get his filling that day. Needless to say we were there a long time but they kept the children from getting bored by rotating them back and forth. I also like that they put us all in a small waiting area so we didn't disturb anyone. It was a great experience.

I have been taking all three of my children there for a few months now and all of the sudden I have started recieving Bill's in the mail after signing an agreement during the appointment and paying up front. They say that the insurance refused to pay and then tell me that they refused to pay due to my child not being 16 and that insurance companies do this all of the time but failed to tell me that when we made the agreement on how much I had to pay at the time of the appointment. They do not give you all of the information you need upfront so that you will take their services and have to pay for it later.
