How amazing that Elizabeth and Victoria would be willing to open their dentist office on a Sunday, Christmas Eve day, no less, to see me?!? I called for an emergency appointment because I had a chipped tooth. They scheduled an appointment for me the next day and gave me the royal treatment (a temporary crown).

I absolutely love this dental practice!!! The entire staff is caring and professional!! I'm not sure where the other reviewer, who said they treated their staff poorly, got her information. I personally know someone who works there and know for a fact the staff is treated extremely well and they love working there!!! The other reviewer sounds like they have an ax to grind and the review is not based on fact and has no merit!!! I highly recommend this office!!!

Dr. Spindel is extremely professional and provides step-by-step explanations of every procedure. She is friendly, calm and has a great way to put patients at ease. Her staff is also very prompt. Location is great and very clean. I've never experienced delays with my appointments. I highly recommend her!

I just had my first cleaning visit with Dr. Victoria! Very nice atmosphere, very open and comfortable. Dr. Victoria was very pleasant and honest and up front without being pushy and scary. I admit, the dentist office is not my favorite place in the world and I have anxiety. But she was very nice and I had an easy time talking to her. The parking is a dream, just saying, both ladies have a wonderful sense of humor. I love that their business is a mother and daughter team as well! I just bought myself dental insurance and I did my research on dentists in Manchester and they were the ones that really stuck out to me. Us ladies need to stick together!

I hate to admit that I had not been to the dentist in a few years because of some bad experiences in my youth, so I was really not looking forward to my teeth cleaning. However, when I arrived at Spindel General, I was immediately comforted by the warmth of the office which feels like a well-loved home, and the friendliness of the staff who were not the least bit judgy or pushy. My cleaning was thorough and Linda the hygienist was very informative and gentle, and made me feel like even though I had a few issues that we would get through it. Tori came to assess me and checked in a few times to make sure I was ok which was really lovely. I am so grateful for Spindel General and Cosmetic Dentistry because my teeth have a whole new lease on life! I will be back next week to take care of my cavities and I don't have any anxiety which is unbelievable for me. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Dr. Elizabeth Spindel since I was 9 or 10 years old and I am delighted with her excellence in dentistry. In addition, I also see Dr. Victoria Spindel Rubin and she is wonderful! All of the staff at Dr. Elizabeth and Dr. Victoria's office is superb, as everyone treats you with kindness and truly cares about your health. It is extremely important to take care of your teeth by flossing and brushing regularly as a person only gets one set of teeth in their lifetime. After so many years of coming to this practice, I am proud to say that as I patient I feel that I am treated as family. I look forward to every opportunity I have to visit the office. Seeing the staff reminds me that of how lucky I am to have found such an amazing practice that is inviting, professional, and educational. I can't wait until my next visit! Thank you all!

I don't understand how this place was ever ranked #1. From the blood spatter on the equipment, to the rude doctor, to the outdated equipment, to the sickly animal walking around the office, and so many more complaints. Avoid this place. Will never return.

It had been some time getting back to the dentist. I was really nervous to even begin the process. However, the team at Spindel dentistry are phenomenal. In the past, I had been made to feel badly about my oral hygiene which added an additional level of anxiety. Again, every person I came into contact with were professional and genuinely kind. My hygienist helped me feel at ease by finding commonalities between each other which really made me feel “at home”. She also made sure to explain every step of the process. Dr. Spindel herself was amazing. Once again explaining everything and coming up with a treatment plan that didn’t feel overwhelming. I was really scared to get back into the dentist chair, but am so grateful I could Spindel dentistry.
