I have been seen for my Dental Care by Dr. Roger kiesling for 12 years, and it has been excellent, cutting edge technically, professionally. More than that, insightful and practical about my treatment plan, caring, and good at explaining what is going on. For instance, I was fitted with a mouth appliance when I was diagnosed by my sleep study with mild sleep apnea, and it was effective and comfortable. Because I grind my teeth. I had erosion that he filled and made my teeth look beautiful and young, without crowns! Dental assistant Cindy is great at explaining also, and they are such an efficient caring team, it makes dental procedures easier. My dental hygienist is Amy; she is so professional and skilled, and knowledgeable about how oral health effects overall health, always up on the latest research! The office staff is efficient and helpful, and friendly! I feel extremely fortunate to have such excellent dental care: it makes all the difference in how my teeth look and feel. And: they make me smile. I give them 5 out of 5 smiles :-)

Dr. Ingrid McLellan and her assistant, Mary, were professional, kind and fun. Dr. McLellan answered all of my questions throughout my examination as Mary recorded precise notes in my computer chart. Dr McLellan double checked areas I was concerned about, she reassured me when I was uncertain, she even went to the extent of taking photos so I could see what was happening with my teeth and so we can check them at my next appointment. Jamie was nice to take me as a new patient and did a perfect job cleaning my teeth. I loved how she informed me of what she was checking for during the process and took the time to explain what I did not understand. Love it! They will make the time available to try to get your work done within your timeframe, stay within your budget and also offer 18 months no interest loans. I have a fear of dentists due to a very bad experience in PA, and the local monopoly guy sure didn't help that any....these people are gentle, and understanding....can't wait to get my work done!

Practice was a C-. First appointment which I assumed would include a cleaning so I premedicated. Alas the first visit is getting to know you. (What the heck) This is my 5th dentist and never heard of this practice. Not sure if this a way to maximize their revenue under the guise of best practice, but how about a little transparency then and set some expectations!

Refused to do anymore work until they got paid. Gave $3000 cleaning was never finished and still have cavities. I will never go there again and tell everyone to stay away.

Recently Dr. Roger spent way more time than my scheduled appointment time to perfect the reconstruction of a severely damaged and crooked tooth. I believe that it was as much for his own satisfaction as well as mine to have it just perfect. I appreciate that. It looks and feels amazing. I certainly didn't mind the extra chair time involved to do such a fine job. I am always appreciate the extra time and attention that all the Doctors have given over the years. Today was my first appointment at Associated Dental Care of Helena. I recently moved and was fairly biased given my past experiences with my previous dental clinic. However, I can definitely say that I am SO fortunate to have found a dental clinic that is equally as great as my previous. Marlene was the first to greet me and bring me to the back where my dentist was. Having only talked briefly and looked at my paperwork momentarily, she quickly recalled my preferred name and made sure the dentist knew it as well and they addressed me the remainder of my visit there by that. After briefly speaking with Marlene I met my dentist, Brandon, and he went through the whole process of what the appointment would consist of and what we would be doing, then I went to Jamie who cleaned my teeth. The interaction and clarity between Brandon and Jamie were amazing. They were extremely thorough, extremely friendly, and overall, the whole ambiance of the dental clinic was welcoming. I am happy to say I have found a home clinic at Associated Dental Care of Helena.

However, I can definitely say that I am SO fortunate to have found a dental clinic that is equally as great as my previous. Marlene was the first to greet me and bring me to the back where my dentist was. Having only talked briefly and looked at my paperwork momentarily, she quickly recalled my preferred name and made sure the dentist knew it as well and they addressed me the remainder of my visit there by that. After briefly speaking with Marlene I met my dentist, Brandon, and he went through the whole process of what the appointment would consist of and what we would be doing, then I went to Jamie who cleaned my teeth. I have never had a bad experience at the dentist, and I have had a lot of fillings and injuries to my teeth. I chipped my tooth right before my wedding, and Dr. Brandon Kiesling was able to see me immediately to fix it--he made it look even better than it did before the chip! Dr. Roger Kiesling and Dr. McLellan are equally as skilled, and while I haven't seen Dr. Allen yet I have no doubt that he is equally as talented. In addition to amazing dentists, all of the hygienists and office staff are incredible as well.I have never understood why people complain about going to the dentist until the one time I had to go to a different one, and the experience was much different than what I am used to with Associated Dental. Oral health is so important, and the folks at Associated Dental know how to make sure you are at your best.

When you go in the first thing they worry about is if they are causing you unnecessary pain, because they want to give you the most pain free experience for the dentist office. I was not going to the dentist except when there was a problem, now I go to the dentist on a regular basis because I am not scared of the pain anymore. I have dentures, for two years now, I did not even have to use denture cream to keep them in my mouth because they fit so well. As I told the dentist, they gave me my beauty back because I did not feel at my best before I went to see them. I've been to several Helena area dental services and Dr. Roger Keisling's office does a fantastic job. I was a patient of theirs when I was a kid and never had any troubles with their services. Since then, I've had some bad experiences with other dentists that made me skittish on the first time I was returning to him. He was very patient with me and did a great job both reassuring me and making sure that remaining issues with another dentist's work were corrected efficiently. I have since had fillings done by Dr. Keisling and he did a great job truly making sure that everything was well and truly numb before he did any work - a feat, since double nerve endings run in my family. I had the fillings done about two months ago, and haven't had any issues with the ones he took care of - they even stopped hurting after about a week and a half; the other dentist's fillings are still bugging me on occasion, 6 months after he did them. The technicians are also very friendly, helpful, and genuinely care that your teeth are taken care of in the best way possible. Amy cleaned my teeth the other day and was perfectly willing to talk me through what she was doing and why it was important. She was even conscientious of the fact that I don't like the sounds of the tools and just talked to me when I asked her to. I'd recommend Dr. Keisling's office for anyone with any level of dental service needs. They rock!

They fit him in quickly for an emergency appointment for the broken and infected tooth and a couple of weeks later they were able to fix his front teeth as well. Extremely disappointed. First off, the office has a poor layout. One time I had to check in on the left side, the next on the right, and the last back to the left. Every time I went in, I went to the wrong waiting room. Next, I felt like I had the worst teeth ever as they tried to nickel and dime me. They immediately tried signing me up for three gingivitis cleanings that are not covered with insurance, a $500 night guard, and Invisalign like braces $$$. This was all on my first checkup. I left feeling horrible. Mind you, my new dentist keeps complementing my beautiful teeth and has done the gum check (nothing above 3 = no gingivitis). I did have a cavity filled at Associated Dentist. When the procedure was complete, the dentist told me it should be sensitive for awhile because he went deeper then he planned. My tooth was sensitive for over a year. I couldn’t bite or drink on that side of my mouth. When I went back in with this pain, the dentist told me a lot of people only chew on one side of their mouth. He did a little grinding and sent me on my way with the same sensitive tooth. Needless to say, I went somewhere else. The new dentist ran the same tests and told me my tooth was cracked. He even took a picture of this crack as he put a crown over my tooth.
