It's pretty sad when you can't even talk to a receptionist more than a half hour before they close. That's not good business, especially when you only have a quick question.

Today my 13 month old daughter had her first dental visit with Dr Carter. The atmosphere was nice. The waiting room was clean and neat and they had nice toys to keep my daughter occupied. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. I like the idea of filing out the new patient paperwork on a tablet. Very modern and hi-tech. Dr. Carter is very nice and sweet. The only two issues I had with the facility is: 1. When the dental assistant called my daughter's name to come to the back, before we left the waiting room in front of everyone she asked me if my daughter had any medical issues we need to be concerned about. That question I feel could've waited until we left the waiting room. I feel that act displayed a major lack of privacy. 2. Initially my daughter and I were in a private room. About 10 minutes later, another assistant asked our assistant if we could come out to another area because there were two patients I believe needed anesthesia. I completely understand that. But the only problem I had with that was instead my daughter and I had to be in the open with other dental chairs right next to each other. Eventually another patient came laying in the chair right next to my daughter listening with her parent as Dr. Carter discussed my daughter's assessment. Again, lack of privacy. These two things will in no away deter me from coming back. Overall my experience was great. I would've given 5 starts if it wasn't for those two incidents. What I may do for my next visit is ask ahead of time for a private room and ask for any personal details regarding my daughter's health to be discussed in private.

We love it here! Both of my toddlers have had great work done and everyone is so nice and caring. Dr. Broome is amazing with the kids and so patient with them. Definitely the best on the coast!

The place is clean and organized. The staff is friendly. I dislike that you can can only go with your child to the “cleaning” room. It they need something else in the other rooms, parents are not allowed to be with their children. That was a deal breaker for me.
