Dr. Middleton and the staff at Autumn Ridge are top notch. They take great care of my family. My son is autistic and has become very comfortable with the staff over the years. If we have an emergency, they take care of us as quickly as possible. I appreciate them and the wonderful care they give. I would highly recommend using them.

I was to be a new patient and made an appointment a month ago with a specific dental hygienist, dentist, and a specific time. I also spent an hour or two filling out online forms in preparation for the appointment. Two days before the appointment I received a phone call first changing my appointment time (not too big a deal) BUT THEN also informing me that the dental hygienist I requested is "not accepting new patients." It seems to me that I HAD an appointment a month ago as a "new patient" and that should have been honored. I waited an ENTIRE MONTH for this appointment, only to be yanked around two days ahead of time and then being forced to make a decision on the spot about a new time and a different hygienist than I requested. Because of this I canceled my appointment.
