The people who work here are AMAZING! They are so patient with my disabled daughter. My son always has such a fun time goofing off with them. I definitely recommend Appletree dental to everyone!

Oh you have an emergency? We can see you December 20th (when I called that was 22 days later). Haven’t slept in 3 days due to wisdom tooth infection, terrible Update: took me in today, waited 90 minutes for them to say it’s too close to my nerve and I need a oral specialist. Sent me to get meds to help with infection Been sitting at pharmacy for 45 minutes for my infection medication waiting for them to send the prescription request over, and I eventually called office. “She’s busy with a patient, but I’ll email her on her lunch break at noon” Dental assistance’s were very nice, but overall as a dentist I haven’t been to one in 9 years and this is exactly why.... they don’t care about how much pain we are in or about our time crunch, all they care about it getting people out of their office because they only “have 1 dentist today”

Never been more happy leaving the dentist before!! From the greetings at the front desk, to the clean and friendly examine rooms Apple Tree Dental has always made me feel super comfortable! They are also great with my kids and they allow you to be with them during all exams!! Highly recommended!!!!

You would not think finding a good dental clinic in Rochester would be so hard. After many unprofessional dental clinics with poor quality of service I am happy to say Apple Tree is by far the best dental clinic I have went to. I have been going here for a couple years now and I am always greeted by a very friendly staff and they do a great job when I do need service. My only complaint is that I need to floss more ;-)

DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST!!! I specifically changed dentists to be in network. They asked me for my insurance info, gave me a quote, then had an out of network dentist come and do my work!!! My bill was over $600.00 for 2 fillings!! These people are the worst kind of manipulative crooks!! When I asked them why they did it, they were unsympathatic, as if I had another way to determine if the dentist they were giving me was legit!! I repeat find another dentist, to this company you are nothing bt a blank check!!!!

Don't bother. There are many good dentists in Rochester and surrounding area. Not good with kids, watched them blame an adult patient for needing a translator and sent them away moaning in pain. Just go somewhere else.

The people who work at Apple Tree Dental don't make you feel ashamed of your smile. They welcome you with the teeth that you came in with and send you off with a beautiful smile! I was a lot of work I needed fillings, a tooth removal, and crowns as well. They sat me down and made a plan. When it came to my crowns I was nervous I didn't know what I was walking into but I knew that I needed them. Dr. Neha Shrestha did my crowns and my kid's and I couldn't be more happier.

They're okay. I'm not happy about the wait when I showed up early for my appointment. However the workers are nice but they are understaffed.
