Being a long-term health care provider, it is pleasure to share with people my personal experience in Dr. Mazo dental office “ All Dental” which is located in Westborough; and why this practice corresponds to the Five Stars of how I rate them then sit and read. In my view, all dental offices almost always look alike by using their state-of-art equipment, going paperless and by utilizing digital radiology with no harm at all! Also, standard of care and regulations are the same for all dental offices to abide. If you want to know and make a choice which dental office you should bring your dental problems to and get the best out of it, then I will tell you how they exceed. What represents an office and makes the very first impression on us? The front desk! What I like the most about them is that Amy and Zinaida are always friendly and welcoming. Well-dressed and polite. They keep me reminded about upcoming appointments by emailing me or just phone call. It was so nice, especially, in our busy life. Thank you ladies! Good job. There is one person whose job you cannot notice at the first glance; however, without one’s work, the dental office would barely function by taking into consideration of Top Office Manager who does all complexity of rendering procedures and flow of the patients on daily basis. When Ms. Kateryna called me to figure out what kind of procedure I would have done. After she learned about it she said that this procedure would take more time for Doctor, and offered me to reschedule at my convenient time and day. It was very nice so that I was able to adjust my schedule too so I understood that I dealt with Top Office-Manager who coordinates the work of the whole office and really cares about patients and Doctors. Thank you, Ms. Kateryna. Dr. Andrey Mazo., D.M.D. is Founder of “All Dental” which opened its doors for 25 years ago! Since then Dr. Mazo leads his practice side by side with his partner Dr. Julian Lender., D.M.D. Ancient philosopher Aristotle once said ( I quote here) , “…that we can’t achieve greatness without help of others..” This is exactly the case. Dr. Mazo did a great job by restoring my front tooth and crown on my premolar. The teeth can impact ones self-esteem. Especially, if it is the front teeth. The expectation of the Doctor’s work doubles. My worries dissipated when I saw his work in the mirror! He put a big smile on my face! I am completely satisfied with result and happy! Thank you very much, Dr. Mazo. Dr. Martin Urban., D.M.D whom my appreciation is endless. I was hopeless when after some unfortunate dental work which I had done from other provider in the past year. Basically, I was losing not only bone but Implant all together. I knew that time matters in this case. I was not sure that any Doctor would take my case to retreat. However, to my relief, Dr. Martin was able to put all my fears down and reassured me that everything would be all right; however, it was going to take time to get a good final result of this treatment. I believed him right away and without any hesitation agreed with treatment plan. Thank you very much, Dr. Martin. Chief Dental Assistant Ms. Daisy as well as all other auxiliary staff Dental Assistant, Ms. Ella and others are well-trained and professional. Specifically, Ms. Daisy who has really golden hands. She chair -side assists to the Doctors, and I can tell that Ms. Daisy is highly professional in her field. On the top of that she approaches You with a soft and soothing attitude so that You feel comfortable in the dental chair. Thank you Ms. Daisy. Hygiene department is consists of several Licensed Dental Hygienists. They are highly qualified specialists, well -prepared, and trained on soft tissue management. Absolute worst experience ever! The front desk people are completely rude and nasty and are interested only in collecting your money. They mixed up my appointment and did not have the good sense to apologize and tried blaming me for it. After the visit, they sent me several incorrect bills and I had to fight tooth and nail to remove the incorrect charges from my bill. The whole experience was sheer torture.

Worst experience at a dentist. Dr. Lender did my filling four fillings, three on the right and one on the left. I had severe pain for two days. As far as I know I shouldn't have pain after filling. I went back to the same All dental office after suffering for two days, he checked and could not even figure out which was troubling me. He did the filling again. After three days, I still have pain and sensitivity. He was unfriendly and arrogant too. I cancelled all my next appointment with them and am planning to visit another dental office.

I am from Florida, and was in town for my daughters graduation from Tufts Veterinary School. I had a severe dental emergency as soon as I got into town. My daughter was able to get me an appointment first thing on a Saturday. I needed an Endodontist, and Dr Le saw me. I was in so much pain, and I was miserable. I want to say that the WHOLE staff was very compassionate and professional. I was so impressed with the whole experience. Within a very timely manner, I was treated and I was pleasantly suprised that it did not cost me an arm and a leg. This place is by far the BEST practice I have ever been to.

Always warm welcome and keep up with the appointments. Communications are well kept on priority. One suggestion: In case of any non-routine procedures performed with anesthesia, its better they give written instructions to ensure the patient is aware of precautions and take care of them. Otherwise, great facility and well dependable.

Excellent. It had been 7 years. Nobody gave me any kind of grief at all. I have to do two scaling days - today and tomorrow, but it was a lecture free zone- just straight up info - if you come more often, you won't have to do the deep cleaning every time. That's it. I was in extreme pain and afraid of going to the dentist. I am sure many of you can relate to my experience. I was so lucky to find this clinic and Dr. Khurana. Everyone at the front desk and nurse who took the xrays were so professional and kind. Dr. Khurana took care of my wisdom tooth extraction and a root canal. I have never had such a great experience with a dentist. Dr. Khurana did an amazing job and I would highly recommend her. She was very professional and did a great job, didn't feel any pain. I needed an emergency appointment and was able to get right in to see Dr. Lender on a Saturday. The staff was friendly and I looked around for cleanliness. Dr. Lender explained what was going to happen and made a point to keep checking my comfort level during the procedure. I will go back for my dental care. After my emergency appointment, I needed 2 additional visits. Both times I was treated with care and concern about how I was feeling. I was also impressed that scheduling happened as expected - I have not waited past my appointment time. I have made a recommendation to someone who has a fear of dental work - I think she would be in great hands at All Dental!

Your staff is excellent! I went in to get a crown re-glued (from another dentist) and I was given all of the options for this tooth.I don't have dental insurance and everything will be out of pocket. The young lady (red streaks in her hair) at the front desk went above and beyond for me giving pricing and payment options. I went to All Dental in 2009 to have my upper teeth replaced with crowns. His tech doing the crowns sent sent the crowns to the Dr multiple times because they did not fit my mouth. Im not talking about them being a little off size. The first ones I could not touch my lower lip with my upper because the teeth were SO big. This went on and on. In 2012 my crowns began break. I noticed that I could see a space between the crown and my gums. When I went back to see Dr Mazo he said that it was normal to have that space and wouldn't cause any problems. Needless to say I have only 4 of his crowns in my mouth and after having a tooth pulled because the whole back of the crown was broken and now I have an infection. I paid him $13.000.00 to have these crowns and he was telling me that I would have to pay him for any work and that it wasn't his fault that they fell off!! BEWARE this place. He also told me that the tech hat made the crowns was still working for him and that he has gotten much better!!! Don't take the chance. He cannot be trusted to do the right thing. I live my life by doing the right thing and this man does not.

OK, lets start with the fact that I HATE going to the dentist. So much so, that I have not gone in 10 years (Jan 2009 was my last cleaning). I finally got up the nerve to make an appointment for sedation dentistry and I am so happy I did. The team there is so friendly and understanding. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed and truly understood my fear. For the actual appointment, the woman who cleaned my teeth was so nice and so sweet. I truly felt comfortable in a place that typically sends my anxiety to sky-high levels. They explained the process to me and gave me the sedation medication. Once it "kicked in", they started cleaning and walked me through it all as they did it. Again, I am so grateful for this experience. Thank you All Dental!

I know my tooth are sensitive, when someone press/pinch on gum we get pain and doctor says because of sensitiveness -:). It's gum you pinch not the tooth at least when mentioned. I was told I need to make consulting appointment for 30 min with specialist, I have to cancel my travel because of appointment. During my appointment specialist came and finished less than 10 and he is rushing to airport to catch the flight. What ever I was told during my regular cleaning appointment exact samething from specialist also.

This was my first time going to the dentist in many many years. I was very scared and anxious. However, my dental hygienist was very nice. She asked me how I was the whole time and explained what she was doing and was very gentle. Not only that, she answered all my questions with patience and was incredibly kind. Last 9 months back I visited All dental due to small pain in my Right side tooth and they suggested for Root canal treatment for the same. After Root canal they have kept new crown which is cost around $1500 (Root canal + Crown). Day 1 onwards I am feeling, there is some gap between the crown to another tooth which is making me pain sometimes. Sometimes gap is filled with food and giving severe pain until I cleans it. This pain got increased because of winter season also. I feel doing Root canal + crown is a minimum thing for any dental hospital and All Dental hospital is failed to do that.

I came to All Dental a few days ago with Pulpitis and an infection so severe it had began spreading to my jaw. The pain was absolutely unbearable & I'd never experienced anything like it. The issue stemmed from a filling that fell out several years ago that I had waited far too long to address due to the fact that I am terrified of dentistry; it had been about 10 years since I last saw any dentist. When I came to All Dental I was very nervous. All of the girls at the front desk were so wonderfully friendly & helpful that most of my anxiety quickly dissipated. Dr. Urban was absolutely phenomenal. He took every measure possible to calm me down and made absolutely sure that I was comfortable. He took the time to explain my options, and didn't try to pressure me to take a particular route. I opted to have the tooth extracted and he carefully explained the entire procedure. I'm a big baby and I wailed uncontrollably for a good portion of the time due to the pain I had already been in, but he put up with me and was so patient and kind. Now the tooth is out and I can live again! Before I left, all of the girls at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I had no unanswered questions and were even kind enough to offer me Advil. It is also worth mentioning that their prices are very fair and affordable, I had made the mistake of visiting another local dentist first who wanted triple the amount in cash up front and I am so glad I came to All Dental for a second opinion. Thank you guys so much! :-)
