I had somewhat of an emergency because of tooth pain and after calling a few places hearing the same thing over and over that they are unable to see my until next week . Then I called admire dental and told them my toothe was hurting and tbey scheduled me 30 Nike from the time I called ! The staff was really friendly and answered all my questions . The doctor was amazing explains what was going on and what he thought i should do but letting me make the final decision. It nice to see a doctor takes the time and explains in details what’s going on and answer all questions without being rushed ! Everyone there is incredibly knowledge and nice . Highly recommended.

Earlier this week I had an emergency and Admire Dental was there for me. They were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I needed to have 3 teeth extracted and a temporary flipper made and fitted. This was all done within 24 hours. Dr. Singh is great. Took his time and made sure I was comfortable at all times.

Dr. Dhingra was very knowledgeable and up to date with modern techniques. I went as a second option and I'm glad I did. He was willing attack the issue unlike my previous dentist who was using a "wait it out" technique. He quite possible saved my tooth. Highly recommended.

Great place. All the staff are friendly and very accommodating. They have a charging station for your phone and a tv to watch while you're waiting with YouTube Netflix radio etc... Dr. Panks is a very nice guy, honest and makes you feel comfortable. Best dental experience I have had. Would recommend anyone and everyone to go here for all dental needs.

I used to hate going to the dentist but I love going to Admire Dental! Dr. Panks and staff are courteous and make you feel welcome. The office is modern and spotless! They have an entertainment system where I had my choice of shows, music and the like. I had to get a filling done last week and really was just able to sit back and relax....thanks Dr. Panks and staff.....awesome!

I highly recommend Dr. Panks and the Admire Dental team! I was so grateful to find their office this summer when I had a dental emergency; they saw me within a couple days and gave excellent care. It is extremely hard to find a dentist who will accept Husky insurance for adults, and usually if you do find one, the care is definitely sub-par. Not the case here! The office is clean, bright, and completely up to date. The staff is personable and friendly, and Dr. Panks is very gentle. He is great at putting you at ease if you are nervous (which I was! I have a bad history of negative experiences with dentists, but I feel so comfortable with Dr. Panks that I'm not worried about the dental work I have ahead of me.) and he does a great job in helping you understand everything he's doing. The staff take their time and do not make you feel rushed. I really can't say enough great things about this office. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

Then I called admire and not only did they get me in on the same day but we’re able to fix my fake tooth in less then 2 days where other places were saying weeks. Dr. Panks was very nice as well as his assistant. There was no wait which was nice. He was kind and honest with me. Gave me a lot of good advice on which brushes I should be using because it seems I was brushing too hard and causing my gums to "run away" from my teeth. lol If you do not have insurance his prices are very reasonable. The really nice part is that he accepts HUSKY for adults. It is very hard to find Dental Offices that will accept adults with HUSKY without having to drive far and most likely really not liking the place that you would have to go to. Dr. Panks did not make it feel like the office was a quick moving revolving door. There was no rushing through the cleaning.

My son was in terrible pain in 2016. The only dentist that was available and willing to see him as a new patient was the Branford Office Dr. Panks. He explained to my son he needed a root canal and told him he needed to take medication for the infection first, glad to say we returned Monday and Dr. Panks not only went above and beyond but he took his time with my son since he had bad experiences at another location, and explained everything he was doing! My son will only go to this dentist now so we will be calling to schedule his cleaning since he is due.

Ok, at 63 years old I admit it, I'm a big baby. I hadn't been to the dentist in over 5 years, as the last appointment with a different Dental Group left me traumatized. After hearing good things about Admire, and my wife's excellent experience getting her teeth cleaned I decided to make an appointment and go. I can't say enough good things about how I was treated and taken care of. They made a great effort to put me at ease, explain what they were doing, and we're very patient with me. So much so that I made another appointment to get my teeth cleaned in 6 months. As I should. If you get apprehensive about getting your teeth cleaned, don't. They'll take great care of you.

Dr. Panks is both professional and personal - and he is particularly good with children. He takes the time to understand your concerns, answer each of your questions, and then offers several workable and professional options for each and every issue you may have. Kailynn, his hygienist, is equally personal, professional, and efficient – the two of them work together as a single, accomplished, and soothing dental experience. (If anxiety is your issue – they can be both calm and fast – treating and releasing you in a fraction of the time in which we are accustomed). In addition, the exam rooms are set up for patient comfort AND entertainment - including custom music or movies on your own screen. Out front, on the phone, and behind the scenes, your advocates are Jenny and Samantha, who will ardently pursue insurance inquiries and options, rather than simply dismissing a claim as "not likely" or "not covered". And, after rigorous inquiry, if a claim turns out not to be covered, their fee schedule and payment options are unbeatable. The huge wait area accommodates both discerning adults and children, replete with a game area, a multi device charging station, 2 video monitors, and a very calming decor. If your dental experiences have been fearful, or marginal at best, you owe yourself a favor and give these folks a try. If your dental experiences have already been good – with Dr. Panks you could elevate them to “great” ! And, if your dental experiences have already been great – wouldn’t it be nice to give your wallet just a little more bulk ? In either or any of the above – these kind folks deserve our attention.

My son was in terrible pain in 2016. The only dentist that was available and willing to see him as a new patient was the Branford Office Dr. Panks. He explained to my son he needed a root canal and told him he needed to take medication for the infection first, glad to say we returned Monday and Dr. Panks not only went above and beyond but he took his time with my son since he had bad experiences at another location, and explained everything he was doing! My son will only go to this dentist now so we will be calling to schedule his cleaning since he is due.

Ok, at 63 years old I admit it, I'm a big baby. I hadn't been to the dentist in over 5 years, as the last appointment with a different Dental Group left me traumatized. After hearing good things about Admire, and my wife's excellent experience getting her teeth cleaned I decided to make an appointment and go. I can't say enough good things about how I was treated and taken care of. They made a great effort to put me at ease, explain what they were doing, and we're very patient with me. So much so that I made another appointment to get my teeth cleaned in 6 months. As I should. If you get apprehensive about getting your teeth cleaned, don't. They'll take great care of you.

one of best dentists I have ever had. He truly loves what he does and care for patients needs. I have had several procedures done here, that went well beyond anything I ever experienced in my years of dental care visits. I even did not require any pain meds after procedures like root canals which I have in the past.The staff is professional and friendly. My whole family has been going to Dr. Panks for about a month and they all love him and his staff. They have top notch customer service and are very accommodating to our schedules. Personally, I have a horrible fear of dentists and Dr.Panks is so gentle and explains everything he is doing that I have not had any anxiety going to any of my appointments and have been comfortable with all the procedures.. I have also been wanting to get invisalign for a few years and with his affordable payment plan I was able to that and I love them. Recently I had broken a tooth and needed dental care. My insurance company gave me a few options as far as dentists. After some research I chose Admire dental of Branford for the excellent reviews. Well the reviews were correct, Dr Panks and his staff are excellent! I've always dreaded going to the dentist but no longer have that feeling. Dr Panks was excellent! He was very thorough and has excellent demeanor. I was so impressed with my visit that my wife immediately made a appointment for a dental checkup. I am very happy I chose Dr Panks office. I was walking by Admire Dental a new dentist office in town. I needed a new Dentist too it had been over two years since i was last seen. I thought the service was very good and the location was very convenient for me. Their staff was very, very friendly and very knowledgeable about their work. They knew about my appointment and the hygienist was very good. Also, the receptionist was very conscientious and friendly. The attending dentist was very professional and he explained everything that I had to do. He was very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable. Everything was clean. I'll go back again after six months for a check up. It was a nice office with a nice atmosphere. I felt like people know me and if I go back they'll know who I am. I felt very good about my experience and I'm sure to go back and refer them to other patrons.

Disorganized, unprofessional dental practice. Out of network for Delta Dental and they will charge you more than you are reimbursed. Yet they will not send you a bill. We received a check from Delta Dental and called to find out why they weren’t sending it directly to Admire Dental, only to find out they are out of network (my fault for not realizing this before and scheduling my husband elsewhere). We were told by Delta that the dentist would bill us and that the check was ours. Not two days later my husband gets an incredibly rude and accusatory voicemail demanding payment from Admire. He hand-delivered payment to the office last week and then gets another voicemail days later demanding more money. Why not mail your clients itemized bills for the total amount before you call them as though they are delinquent?? I think it is important to mention that a large part of why this is all so irritating is that he DID NOT EVEN SEE THE DENTIST. His visit was scheduled for an exam, xrays, and cleaning and he is being charged for all those things. Dentist just reviewed x-rays but did not so much as say hello to my husband, let alone look in his mouth. As an MD, if I charged a patient I had never laid eyes on for an exam, while only reviewing films or lab data, this would be considered fraud and is highly unethical. To be clear, this review is for the Branford location.

I needed a dentist in the New Haven area after I moved from NYC and I was apprehensive about just going to just anyone so I read the reviews of many dental offices in the area. My cousin was my dentist for over two decades in NYC so I was worried about who to come to now. I came to the Admire Dental site and read the reviews and they were amazing, almost to good to be true but one of the reviewers I knew and highly respected so I booked an appointment for a severe problem I had with a tooth. The staff took me right away and Dr Panks greeted me with a warm reassuring smile and a careful analysis of the problem I had. First I had a great cleaning and then he then temporarily filled the tooth until I could come back for a root canal. I was worried that the root canal would be painful since I'd never had one, however Dr. Panks explained the entire procedure and put me at ease. He didn't mind that I asked so many questions. The hour long procedure was done with great care and completely painless, which I couldn't believe but when the Novocain (yes only Novocain) wore off later that day, I was back to normal and the tooth was filled and felt great. I have to say that he is an amazing dentist who is very knowledgeable and kind as well as is his fabulous staff. They were very upbeat and kind. I highly recommend Dr Panks and have to say that the reviews were in fact true, that he is quite great at his profession and takes great care in putting you at ease and he provides a painless experience. I thank him very much and know that others will find the same clean warm welcome environment to something that many would be apprehensive about. P.S. Dr Panks and my cousin graduated from the same dental school in NYC which I found to be a positive testament to the quality of the program taught there. Thanks again Dr. Panks!
