Went and seen them yesterday and they were very helpful, fast, and nice! Dr. Bell is one of the best dentists I have went to, and her assistant Ashley was excellent as well. I’ve been there a few times and the girls at the front desk are always pleasant and very helpful when you walk in. Would recommend them to anyone!

This Higginbotham location is where you want to go. Little things like complimentary water bottles and TVs in each room are nice touches, but the staff here is really what puts this location over the top! The ladies here are a dream to work with and always make me feel so comfortable in an otherwise anxious situation. Kayla and Dana were both very friendly, explained everything that was happening, and even had me laughing. Dr. Bell is equally as friendly and was great about communicating what was going on with my teeth, answered all my questions and explained everything well. Sam made payment options clear and easy to understand and answered all my questions about insurance and even future appointments. Worth driving into WM to go here.

I went to Higginbotham Clinic in West Memphis. My wife and I love going to Dr Katie Bell and her assistants. We would go nowhere else. My daughter in law was flying up here from Florida just to have Dr Bell fix her teeth. If you want dental fear to disappear, visit Dr Bell in West Memphis. If you want expert friendly care, make an appointment with Dr Bell. Put a smile on your face again!

It was my first time ever being there, and it was pretty busy. But, I did not mind the long wait, due to the first impression of the front desk staff, who were so welcoming. They alone deserve five stars. Unfortunately, the reason for me not liking the visit is because this is all that happened: (1) The dental assistant took my x-rays and gave me antibiotic and pain medicine prescriptions, and (2) I was referred to an oral surgeon.The dental assistant went back and forth to talk to Dr. Bell about me, and that was it. I couldn't tell you who Dr. Bell was or how she looked, because she NEVER came to my room to greet me or inform me of anything. I thought that was extremely odd and impersonal. I understand they were busy, but I am used to going to a doctor and seeing him/her. She could have at least come into the room to say hello, introduce herself, let me know what was going on, and why she would not be able to work on me...but, she didn't. Not sure if it's like that all of the time or what. Thankfully, the front desk staff and dental assistant were very nice and friendly. That's pretty much what I received for $83.

It’s a weird thing to say about your dentist visit and teeth cleaning, but Brittney, Peyton and Sam were so helpful and nice as soon as I walked in. My hygenist Dana was personable and sweet and did such a thorough job while being gentle on my chompers. Dr. Bell was extremely knowledgeable and pretty to boot. I had to go in several times for a crown fitting. It's a time consuming process that takes several visits, but I never had to wait very long in the waiting room or while I was getting work done. Dr. Bell was friendly and efficient, and she was very attentive to my comfort. I loved how willing she was to get my crown to fit perfectly; she wasn't satisfied until I was satisfied. Her hygienists were able to anticipate every move she made and they did a great job making me feel comfortable too. This is one of the most pleasant and affordable dentistry offices I have visited.

They are a God send.... as an OTR driver, away from home for weeks at a time, they took me in immediately and solved my problem. You have no idea how much that relieves stress and aggravation, not to mention lost time on the job. I highly recommend their services. Very awesome, professional staff. We initially saw Kayla, and she has a very pleasant demeanor that was welcomed since it had been two years for my son & I last visit. :-( At any rate, Dana, our hygienist, was SUPER amazing and proud of what she does. Dana's attention to detail is impeccable and I was so proud of the work she done on my 11 year old son. I definitely would recommend her as a hygienist. Upon our exit we were seen by Dr. Bell, and she is a down-to-earth doctor & she listens!! We saw Samantha on the way out & she put the "seal of approval" on our entire visit today. We have always been seen in the Jonesboro, AR location, but since we moved we needed a new dentist. Thank goodness Dr. Higginbotham's practice is growing because I knew I wouldn't be let down at the West Memphis, AR location. Thank you Higginbotham Dental in West Memphis!!

Love this place! They have in house financing! Before I had insurance that was a god send! They also can do mine and daughters exams at the same time so we don’t spend hours there! Dr. Bell and Dana are so sweet and efficient.

After a dental emergency landed me in Dr. Bell's office, I decided to permanently sever ties with my primary dentist and only use Higginbotham Family Dental. The service was outstanding and comprehensive. They explained every procedure that was performed and even took the time to go over preventative care that would keep the issue from recurring. My brother and I recently had our first appointments at Higginbotham. Ashley up front is very courteous on check-in. Kayla who took my x-rays was very gentle, and Dana who did a deep cleaning on me was very patient and empathetic. Samantha helped us understand our dental insurance and had comprehensive breakdowns waiting for us after our appointments. And of course, Dr. Bell is my favorite dentist! I love this dentist! I went to another dentist for most of my life and I switched to Higginbotham when I realized that the other dentist was making me pay for unnecessary procedures. Higginbotham Family Dental is honest in their dealings with their patients. The girls that work in the front office are super helpful and sweet, especially Samantha. She is always nice when I call to book my appointments and she is willing to discuss your options and help you understand what your insurance will and won’t do/pay for. Brittney and Peyton are super nice too! The Dentists and hygienists rotate which office they will be at during the week. So if you like one dentist over the others, you just book your appointments the days they are at the West Memphis office. But luckily I have had great experiences with each dentist I have seen.
