My experience for my first cleaning at Dr. Adams office was great! They made me feel comfortable and took they time to get to know me as a patient. The office is clean and beautifully decorated making you feel right at home. Lynsey, my dental hygienist, took her time explaining her process and made me feel 100% comfortable the entire visit. Dr. Heather Adams and her super friendly staff take such great care of their patients! I feel extremely blessed to be one of them. The new office is so nice and inviting. It is as going in for a spa treatment rather. Besides the very estetticaly pleasing environment, and the nice, friendly conversations full of smiles, Dr. Adams has your overall health and comfort in mind. You will never have chapped lips (as there are free chapsticks in the waiting room) or sensitive teeth hurting from rinse water .... because it's nice and warm. You will get to launge and relax in a very comphy massage chairs. I appreciate all those extra little details that make a big difference. Dr. Adams also works closely with orthodontists her patients go to and gives good referrals for oral surgeons when needed. And with all that, the cost of treatments is very reasonable. Simply put...I will never go to another dentist as long as Dr. Adams is in business.

They explain dental health concerns in a way that makes sense to me, and they often take additional photos of my teeth to further explain the need for a particular procedure or treatment. In addition to the excellent care, the atmosphere in Dr. Adams office is relaxing... I mean where else can you get your teeth cleaned with a warm lavender towel over your eyes!?

They were accommodating and understood that sometimes things happen and appointments have to change. After a couple of cancellations, I finally made it for my first visit. This was by far the most thorough experience I have ever had in a dentist chair. From the extended “teeth photo shoot” to consultation by Dr. Adams, it was amazing. The office is also beautiful and welcoming. If you’re apprehensive about dentists, you’ll find comfort here. The most important thing for me was that I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into some crazy overly expensive procedures. The last dentist I went to told me I had so many issues. Of course I left and never went back because I knew it wasn’t true. This will not be the case with Dr. Adams.
