I took a intro to pole dancing class and it's was the best dancing experience I have had!!!! She warms you up and talks about the importance of certain stretches that are needed to pole dance and she breaks it down beautifully. I have never done this before but I can say it was so fun and totally possibly to follow and get in the moves. Liz really brings it and I look forward to continuing this practice and classes here. Drop the stigma and shame and get your body moving!!! Best workout I have had. Take a class and try it!

I had the pleasure of dancing with Liz in an Exotic Dance/Choreography class. The space is beautiful and I was given a warm welcome to the studio. Great space for wanting to explore your own movement and for having fun.
