The expertise in training dancers and total professionalism is unmatched anywhere on the entire Gulf Coast. I am proud of say I grew up dancing at Sheffield Dance and now am able to share my love and passion this studio instilled in me, with the next generation of dancers. A huge thank you to my grandmother, Mary Lou Sheffield-Noletto, for being a true pioneer of dance in Mobile, AL. This is THE PLACE to send your child for dance training on BOTH sides of the Bay!

Sheffield School of the Dance is a professional, caring, family owned dance studio. They love and treat their dancers like family. My daughter is a 3rd generation Sheffield Dancer and I can't imagine her dancing for any other studio. The new studio location in Fairhope is absolutely beautiful and I am so glad that Sheffield's talented dance instructors are now teaching in the Eastern Shore.

We moved here from Houston, where my daughter had started dancing at the age of 4 at a feeder school for the Houston Ballet. Despite moving to such a small town, I was determined to find her the same high quality training she'd had for almost 7 years. I visited and observed many schools spanning from Pensacola to West Mobile, and can say without reservation that Sheffield School of the Dance is the best in quality training and classy numbers & costumes. We have been pleased with the attention to technique, and competition opportunities, that our daughter has received, and it has served her well; she will be pursuing a BFA in Dance at an exclusive university in the north on a dance scholarship!
