I purchased Christmas gifts for my daughter (who said the clothing is "Ugly" ) but because I purchased it 2 weeks before Christmas and returned it after 21 days for a gift card, despite it was a Christmas gift, so she could get something she wanted/liked they refused. So now I am stuck with over $200 of "ugly" clothes that fit no one I know! So f#$/÷%#@ pissed off right now. WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM FOREVER 21 AGAIN!!!!! Hope you never will either! One of the worst retail stores I have ever stepped foot in. The lady checking me out was extremely rude and had no manners whatsoever. I had a difficulty with my purchase and when the manager came to correct it and she was proven wrong, the lady was so mean and began to insult me. I never recommend going here. That lady, along with several other workers should be fired. The manager was nice though.

I came in to pick up an online order that I had shipped to the store. I also dropped off my phone at the phone screen fixing kisok prior, but I used my friend’s phone to bring up my F21 account and order history. I Had my ID present, a clear view of the order history that had my name on it and showed that it was billed to me, and the order number. The clerk (some dumb blonde girl with glasses) refused to give me my package because I couldn’t show her the “email that says the package is ready for in store pickup” I waited 2 hours at the mall to get my phone back so I could show her the stupid email, and i happened to read the Oh-so-important email in question and it said, and I quote “to pickup your in-store deliveries just have: 1. A photo ID and 2. An acceptable form of the order confirmation and order number” I had all of these things presented when I tried to pick up my package the first time! The girl working behind the counter said people try to steal packages all the time and come in with fake ID’s. Are you for real? She also claimed it was company policy to show the email in which it says “the package is ready for store pick up” WHICH THE EMAIL SAID NOTHING ABOUT AT ALL. It only said bring in your order form (paper or electronic) and your ID. She made me feel so bad about myself like I was trying to steal my own package that I paid for. And she also made me feel really bad like I couldn’t be trusted even though I gave her more than enough proof to show who I was and it was my order. Like who would even get a fake ID to steal packages from F21 of all places??? She was really on a power trip and really out of line. I will NEVER shop there again.
