Great bargain prices and big Variety from shoes, clothes for family to dog bones. DON'T like that you're not allowed to take their place of outside (BIG POLE sticks straight up... makes you feel like your a buggy thief) When you spend good money on items that may be hard to carry out with other bags & try to unlock your vehicle too.... cheapens the store.... if you can't carry the buggy out then you need to assist your customers to their vehicles when they have multiple bags. Especially those who are handicap, using cane, crutches... Now I'm seeing those yo alarms on the buggies... REALLY... you all ready can't get the buggy outside the store!

Associate #830740 ruined my first experience with Ross. I bought some shoes and pants but didn't have time to try them on. Came back two days later to return them, and was treated like I had no business being there. She was extremely rude, almost refused to help me, and wouldn't return my obviously unworn shoes. Then had the nerve to give me grief about the pants. Refused to give me a refund and wouldn't give me cash back, but only back to my card. I will NEVER shop here again.

I have got a best garments here and have got a best jacket. Which helped me alot on new year night at Times Square New York USA. It was too chill there and the jacket I bought from Ross helped me survived. I swear it was toooooooooooooooooooooooooo chillllllllllll and it was mind blowing. I had a good experience I ended up at the clearance rack where I found a lot of cute dresses and rompers for $12 and under which was really cool. The annoying thing was going to the dressing room you can only bring 8 items in a a time so I had to play a little switch-a-roo.... It was fine though bc it was expected and I understand why they do that... When I checked out I spent over $100 and paid with my credit card I didn't have to sign and the cashier did not ask for my ID some may see this as convenient but I'd hate for some1 to lose their credit card and some1 else use it under the same circumstances... Other than that I got a bunch of stuff for the money I spent so I'm happy !!

I was there with my son and wife, and I noticed she never smiled or asked how we are doing no eye contact,she looked like she did not want to be there.As a Cashier Associate responsible for maintaining guest service as this is the end of your experience in the store when checking out,it was not a good experience.There was no one in the front the security had to get the cashier to come to her register,she came over did transaction told my my wife take your receipt that was printed in the register instead of handing to her, no thank you,no eye contact.:(

Rude employees , I used to love Ross, now it makes feel uncomfortable and trying on cloth is a huge ordeal only a certain amount , security everywhere, cloth have to be hang up, patted down... it’s just a mess. Staff unfriendly telling me I’m rude, when I ask a question? While checking out I put everything back in to the carriage and once I want to leave, the check out employee informs me that the carriage can’t go outside. Really I just dropped over $600 with her, and she couldn’t inform me before I starting putting all the bags in the carriage that I cannot take it outside. These are just examples, management should read and train their staff in customer service, just because it’s a store with discounts, shouldn’t mean that their customers have to be treated a certain way.

This Ross location is the busiest out of all the other locations I have been to. Just be prepared to stand in line for check out for awhile. From what I was told from the sales associate, this store has more merchandise than the other locations for that reason. It's not much different than any other Ross with discounted merchandise and disarray sales floor. You do find good deal though. Customer service is decent, you may run into one crabby sales associate that doesn't want to help.

if i could give no stars, i would. My grandma went in to return a shirt she purchased the day before and realized she wasn't given a receipt. I was with her and this was because the cashier didn't have change for a $100 so used a different register to grab her change. When my grandma came in to exchange and said she wasn't given a receipt the cashier replied with, "I doubt it." basically accusing my 75 year old grandma of lying. Then the cashier asked to see my grandma's ID when she paid with CASH. why is there a need to see identification when there was no debit or credit card used? My grandma is an asian woman who doesn't speak english very well. Just absolute blatant racism on the cashiers end and i'm extremely disappointed with how this was handled. i won't be taking my business here and i suggest you don't either. i’ve also seen other asian women complain in the reviews they have been discriminated so this isn’t new for them.

This review is double sided, so take it with a grain of salt. The multiple times I have been there, I have really found some great clothes for great prices. There aren't usually any floor associates around to ask if you need help, which is great for me because I like to find my own way around. The store opens at 9:30am during the week, and they do answer the phone beforehand if you happen to need to check the hours. The problem is that there aren't any floor associates around if you DO need help (or they walk by and purposely don't look at you), and the staff either do not get there on time or are not scheduled to be there when the store opens. Long story short: if you like to shop without being bothered, and you like great, cheap finds, this is your place...but don't expect great customer service when you need a little more help.

Their clearance prices are phenomenal. It's addicting. Ross is also one of those places which requires patience. Who hasn't been to Ross?? Good stuff. Only issue with the low rating is that it has happened more than once, but the last time was way over board. We stood at the front of the line for a long time. There were SEVEN employees in the front having a good old time. Only one lady at register 3, Lucy might had been her name, she was the only one working but only taking return customers. So as more returns kept getting in line, they were being helped first. When the final customer in the return lane was helped, we stood in line waiting for about 3 or 4 minutes. Someone else coming in at noon to start their shift jumped on the register and helped us right away. It was very frustrating to be bypassed over and over while listening to 7 employees laughing and joking and not helping anyone. At least an acknowledgment to say, "we will be right with you" would be better than being ignored.

I honestly can't see much of a difference between the typical Ross Dress for Less, Marshalls, and TJMax. I like them all because they usually have great prices on atypical products. This location had the look and size of all the other ones I've visited over the years. I prefer these stores over the average department store of visit to the shopping mall. If you haven't been there in a while I think it's worth a visit.

This particular location is hit or miss at best. The selection is pretty picked through most of the time. "Organization" can be very random at best and downright messy on occasion. Checkout is ALWAYS painful. The queues are ridiculously long in most of their stores and generally lined with shlock. However, in this location the queue is also usual full of people. And it moves v e r y s l o w l y. Poor training, high turnover, or lack of motivation, or perhaps a combination of those. This particular store can be a mess and a mess from which to escape if you actually find something you want. Choose another location.

Best prices on lingerie, and perfumes. The selection of fashions has gone downhill over the years. Yet, you can still find great prices on what they do have. You might just find a cute little number, or two, but not a lot. Household items like comforters, towels, home decor, pots and pans or, a rare stool or chair, are all nicely priced, offering great savings. The shoe selection is small and random, just like the purse selection. But, no matter what, Ross offers a good price on whatever they have.

I love shopping at Ross and do it alot.. but today when i was in there I wanted to try a couple things on and the lady at the fitting room made me feel like a criminal.. I'm a cash paying customer I understand you have to use caution but if you keep treating customers like this they eventually won't come back.. I hung all my stuff on the rack and she double checked the security tags on each item and when I got done had to hang the 3 items back up thete and then I could take the one item I wanted.. then she kept watching me the whole time I was looking at the toys.. very frustrating for a cash paying customer..

This has been the best and most fun job that I have had in the last 10 years, so I am very sad that I have to leave. Customer service was terrible. I took in a pair of shoes to return and the Lady was adamant that I had wore them. Even when the 2nd person came to look and said that they weren't worn she still insisted that they were. I was going to purchase another 3 pairs of $60 Calvin Klein shoes for the men in my family to attend a wedding but now will never be returning. I had spent $171 on the receipt that I had and was not there to buy a pair of $19.99 shoes wear them and return them. Need to be more careful about Insulting shoppers especially when they were my go to store. Maybe is you want to insult a customer you don't want to do it right in front of their face.

Your cart policy is absurd. First you wouldn't let your carts leave the store to enable us to get our large purchases out to our car. Then when shoppers decided to bring another stores cart in so that we could get our purchases to the car, you have a guard stopping you from doing that too. On 04/22/16 I decided to go to Ross to buy another purse. I purchased one there two weeks ago for $49.00 but after a week of having it , it wouldn't snap shut and had no zipper so you could see all my stuff in it and I was afraid my wallet or something could be stolen out of it. Instead of complaining or taking it back I decided to go buy me another purse with a zipper and pockets on the out side of it. When I entered the store there was a tall gray hair man standing there greeting people when they came in. I was in the for about 45 minutes. I couldn't find the right purse that I liked . The gray haired man was watching me and I felt very uncomfortable. I finally just picked one that was ok. Then I looked around the store at clothes and furniture. Plus I needed a rug but didn't find one I liked. Then I went back to the purses to look one more time. I heard him making comments to an employee about checking the purses that were hanging. He made me feel like some criminal. At that point I just wanted to cry I was so humiliated . I went to the register to pay and he walked up there and told her to make sure to check the purse I was buying and she said I always check the purses. I understand they have to check purses when you buy them but I was treated horrible the whole time I was in there by this man. He came across as a bully. I went to my car and called the store and asked for the manager and complained to someone named Jasmine. She sounded a little amused. So I called again when I got home to get the corporate number. It took a while to get it but I got it plus I'm returning the purse tomorrow. I will never shop at this place again ! I can't find the words how humiliated I was. I had to give one star to write a review otherwise they would have got nothing !!!!

I don't frequent the store often, so I'm reliant on help from the store employees. I was looking for small felt sheets and some foam. When I found an employee, she was very friendly and helpful. The problem was just finding an employee, they were scarce and those I found were really busy. The selection in the store is extensive and well stocked. In my case, there were dozens of color choices. I noticed, while I was leaving, that the store was hiring employees. More employees would be good.
