I'm giving this place a 1. I purchased a $9.99 polo shirt for my son that had a hole in it (which I wad not aware of). I called two weeks ago to inform the store about the hole in the shirt. The person (a guy " same guy that supposedly handle the transaction yesterday") over the phone informed me that they could look me up in the system and that I didn't need my receipt. Once, I got in the store yesterday I explained that to the male cashier. In addition to, I had a picture of the clothes I purchased with the receipt on my phone. The cashier wouldn't take that ( in-which I understand store policy), however, it was a picture of the clothes and the receipt. I ONLY wanted to exchange the shirt NOT return it! Well, when I purchased these clothes May 24, 2018, a young-black girl was checking me out. I had a pair of navy 3T shorts that didn't have a tag on them (which I was unaware of), the cashier went to find another pair. She left the register to return without a pair with a tag and stated, "Ma'am, I can't find these do you still want them?" Of course, I wanted them. So I told her I would go get another pair of shorts so she could ring up the ones I wanted. Okay, mind you I was keyed into the system as a club member (when I left the register I assumed she still had me rung up with my club member information still in). Once I returned to the register, she was ringing up someone else. So, I waited patiently in line with my son in the stroller. She then told her male co-worker to the left of her that she was ringing me up and signaled for me to come up. She started ringing me. She offered me 20 percent off (I guess because she cleared my order out when I went to get the shorts). In addition to, giving me my military discount. Cool! Right? So, the mess up on May 24, 2018, was that she didn't key me in as a club member... for me to get a printed and emailed receipt. So, when I attempted to exchange the shirt, I couldn't because my receipt was left at home and I was told via over the phone that they could look me up. So, the simple solution would have been to do an even exchange. I called corporate and they agreed and the District Manager will "supposedly" handle it. I see why people turn to online shopping.
