No help at all with purchasing shoes. The sale associate did not want to do her job as if we were bothering her, also she directed us to ask for another associate because she might know where to look for that shoe...... Sad how young people don't want to work but want to get paid on pay day. I had to tell her you to cute to be working in the Nike store and they taking applications at the strip joint now that has that attitude you have. You don't have to wait to get paid you can pick up all your money before you walk off the stage and you have a nice day TRAMP!!! And yes l did because she had a smart mouth with an 3 yr old child so yes l went there with her.

Bought 2 pairs of cleats paid cash 2 days ago but lost receipt. The kids dont fit, Nike sizes are abnormally smaller than usual bc the kids fit in other brands of same size. they wont let me exchange it for something bigger unless its exactly the same style, which they have none in the store to even be an option. The woman at the check out wasnt a friendly one to be checking out customers

There are some great deals to be had at the Nike Factory Store, so it's fun to stop in here any time I'm at the outlet mall. That said, I wish they'd do a better job keeping up on their pricing signage. I've had multiple instances where the prices at the register haven't matched the prices on the racks. They're usually good about honoring the lower of the two prices, though, so it's not too much of an issue.

The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with in my entire history of purchasing items online. My children received gifts from relatives for Christmas totaling over $500 and simply needed different sizes in the sneakers. Confirmed with a representative Exchange Policy and stressed the importance of EXHANGING vs. refunding due to purchases being made with Visa Gift Cards that were disregarded after funds were used. After initial request to exchange and items were sent back to facility I called customer service and confirmed yet again the request to EXCHANGE and was reassured that items would be exchanged. It took over a week to be informed that items were refunded to the gift cards that no longer exist and there was no way to exchange the items with refund already being issued. I am now left with two children who are heartbroken about their Christmas gifts and a nightmare of a mess to sort through trying to tract down contact information for the Visa gift cards. Happy Holidays Nike you truly have made this season devasting!

I really love the Nike brand, however...the women section, never has nothing much to look at or buy, unless it's the workout clothes & bras. Please Nike management team, bring more better looking clothes that actually catch eyes and make money for the company more stronger. The men clothes, always has nice styles..and the shoes aren't all that in there. They're too basic and simple looking. But I know we can always go online and order. Due to a family emergency I had to return a pair of shoes I had purchased from the outlet so I could access the money spent on them to accommodate this emergency I had run into. The shoes were purchased on my debit card so the gentlemen refunded the money onto the same debit card. However he failed to tell me that it could not only take days but weeks to be processed back on my card! Now I'm stuck with no money and by the time I get the money back I won't need it and could have just kept the shoes. This is absolutely disappointing that the management at Nike would fail to tell their employees to inform customers about that process.

The shoe area is a MESS & there is group of about 6 employees standing in a group talking & paying no attention to the store or customers. There are boxes stacked 8 or 9 high of shoes that need to be put away on all the seats so there's nowhere to try on shoes. Customers are annoyed. There are potato chips on the floor & at least 2 empty Dunkin Donuts cups on top of stacks of boxes.

Good prices on the sneakers.. Usually alot better selection of the men's sneakers than womens but still always my first store i.go to when i get there! I would recommend you make sure to check it out if you are in the area!!
