Today I learned this store likes to jack the prices up, and then slap a “40% off everything in the store sale”. I actually think the prices of the items on “sale” are higher than normal. Shame 2 stars because the jeans are sooo nice. I just don’t support businesses that lie.

Don't really care for this place anymore but I don't think I'm the demographic they are going for. Used to be a fun kinda upmarket army surplus store vibe but now, in my opinion, it's just another pricey clothing store. Some of my friends enjoy shopping here, so there's that.

I usually love Banana Republic, but the one at the Summit is unfortunately a very low grade BR- I suggest to just shop them online instead of at this store :/

The clothes are fine, but the service was terrible. I went there to do a simple exchange for size after my husband received a gift from the online store. The employee was obviously new and asking for help from the manager. However, the manager did not seem to want to be bothered by helping him and rather than staying with him while he processed the return, she just gave him limited feedback. This resulted in my return getting messed up. The employee credited the money to my sister's credit card and I was told that I would have to pay for the shirt. When I complained, the manager pretty much blamed me and the employee because I hadn't stated that "it was a gift", and the employee hadn't asked. The employee apologized profusely and the manager ignored the situation and just said that nothing could be done. This is why I prefer to shop local. You just walk in with no receipt and they let you swap the item out - rather than having to have an awkward conversation with my sister!

Pretty good chain boutique for work (dressy and casual) wear. From suiting to dresses to button ups to jeans to scarves to clutches... you name it, Banana Republic has it. To be completely honest, it's generally a hit or miss for me when shopping at BR; luckily, today was a hit. My sales associate, David, was great! He didn't hover over me, but made sure to tell me about the sales going on and occasionally checked to make sure I found everything I was looking for. I was so happy to find a few button up print tops and a fabulous double-breasted poncho/coat. I'll always return to BR for work wear.
