Five Star review is given for the following reasons. I have a lot of experience both is selling and installing roofing over the past 50 years. I needed to replace my roof due to hail damage. From the first contact to the finished project everything was great. The sales agent is the project manager and he was completely involved in discussing the damage, showing the product and company information, working with my insurance adjuster, coordinating the materials for the roof replacement, and working with the roofing workers at my home. He spent the entire day at my property during the work. The roof replacement was for 36 squares and was completed in one day. The workers did an excellent job, the roof replacement was installed flawlessly, and my property was perfectly cleaned up. Aspen offers the best materials available and provides the best warranty in the industry. If you need a roof replacement, or a new roof, please consider this company.

From start to finish, the process of getting a new roof due to hail damage was easy and pressure free. Ben, the Aspen project manager that I worked with was always professional, prompt and informative. After his initial assessment, he walked me through the insurance process and met with the adjuster. Together they noted all hail damage to the roof and all other parts of house and decking. The crew doing the work did a great job. Clean up after each day was good and final cleanup was great. No money was asked for or expected until job was complete to satisfaction. Would definitely use again and recommend.
