pella which is u guys said there windows are SUPPOSE to be loose in middle where locks are and if u don't like it return IT..... i had water and ice from top to bottom on glass in the window pane. IT got inside my house that I love . what kind company does that? my 65 year old windows are tight and these are new.window world windows i have are better
