I had front door with side windows and transom window replaced. I also had back French door replaced. I am so happy with doors and windows. Advance recommended the door design and windows. The picture in books does not do it justice. Salesman really knows his customers. I love it. Cannot be happier. The workers were very knowledgeable and fun to work with. I would recommend Advance to anyone. Plan to have more work done in the spring. Also, the workers in the office from the secretary to managers were always very helpful with answering questions. Keep up the great work.

House is definitely more quiet and less drafty with the new Okna windows. Have gotten many compliments so far, especially on the new Okna sliding glass door with internal blinds. Everybody loves it. My new ProVia doors are also excellent. It was an expensive undertaking but worth the price. Everything is very nice and I am a very happy customer.

Our 1st experience with Advance Inc., has been a memorable one, to say the least. We wanted to get entire outside of house redone, removing & replacing: roof, siding, windows, gutters/down spouts, porch post. Starting with our estimator Rob Coursey, he was personal. Advance Roofing sent a represenative named Dave out to meet me at my house. He got up on the roof checked things out. He told me everything they were going to do, I picked out the color of shingles. Dave made it very easy. He gave me a price which I felt was very reasonable and I signed the contract to have the work done. I liked the fact that they were open to meet me at my house at a time that was convenent for me and gave me the price I would pay upfront. Nothing hidden everything right there. They will guarantee the shingles for 15years and prorate each additional year. I was promised the shingles will last up to 50 years. Great to talk to and clear and upfront about everything. I will give you a follow up after the work is finished. Follow up - Advance came out to my house yesterday as scheduled and installed my new roof, looks great! Will use their services again. Am satisfied!

Replacement windows can be a scary proposition - they are expensive. Through my research, I found lots of mis-information, half truths and tactics meant to deceive. I like things that are straightforward and easy to understand, and if you are reading reviews, you too want the know how to make the right choice. From the first call to Rob at Advance, to the last window being trimmed out by their crew, I have only the most positive things to say about their company and the Okna windows they installed. If you would like someone to explain the process, price the project on the spot with absolutely zero pressure, make sure you understand the product, and last but not least, install replacement windows like true craftsmen...then you should give Advance a call. Each time I open and close my new windows, it makes me smile. The Okna windows are so well constructed and thought out, that you really can’t imagine another choice. I hope this information helps, and makes it easier in your search for replacement windows.

Fantastic Company! I had the good fortune to find a company and ancillary staff that helped us through all areas of pricing, installation and pay arrangement for a new roof. Lauren and Alice are terrific people- they kept me updated and arranged everything so that we didn't have to worry about all the associated things that come with the roof. We had several days of drenching downpours and they gave me the time to adjust my schedule so we could change the install date. On the day of install, I had direct contact with the QA person who kept in the loop to make sure I was satisfied. Roof Installer Crew Chief Adrian and his crew worked like animals in the 95 degree heat and didn't leave until the work was completed. The price was competitive and I would 100% use them again in the future. Do yourself a favor and call these folks first.

Buyer beware! Although our roof looks very nice and the work crew very clean and friendly,be careful! Our contract stated in two separate places for decking material to be replaced with real wood. After the old roof had been removed, we were informed that a composite materal was delivered and that would replace faulty areas of decking. We had put an extra $500 in the estimate for the real wood. When we called on the day of the installation my husband was told the compsite would be better for the purposes of our roof. The fact is that the correct materials were not delivered in the first place. Felt like a bait and switch and they kept the $500 saying the cost of materials was a wash . Not what we discussed,wanted or payed for. Was told I am sorry you feel that way Mrs. Hunter. Just looking for a company that is trustworthy, because we would be in the market for windows and doors too. Would not recommend. Received the paid in full notice which states that the warranty has been extended to 30 years and we are very thankful for that. It does not change our review of the services as the work should have been completed the way we originally planned in the contract from the beginning.

Our sunporch, that was completed 6 years ago by Advance, had the Ridgeline removed during a wind storm this previous week and Advance repaired it on their next business under warranty without a copay. They stood by their workmanship for this project. We have had 3 projects (sunporch, roof, and front door) completed at my residence and will always return to them for future projects. They are trustworthy, honest, fair and stand by their customers. They have their customers' best interest in mind all of the time. I would recommend them for any and all projects. About nine years ago we had Advance, Inc replace all our windows in our house. We were very please with the windows and the customer service. Last month we contacted them to replace our entry door and storm door. Rob came to our house and took his time to go over the selection of entry and storm doors. He answered all our questions and his knowledge of the products helped us with our decision making. The doors were installed this past Monday. My wife was expecting two individuals to install the doors and was surprised when only one showed up. There was no need to worry...Matt did a great job!! After checking through several different well known companies for window replacements, we found one name consistently highly recommended: Okna (600 series). We called Advance for a quote and found them to be superior in every category to their competitors. After having the windows installed, I can say we are so thankful to have also found a superior group to install these windows! Advance Roofing, Windows, Siding & Doors is outstanding! Rob Coursey went above and beyond to explain the process and to work with our desire to enlarge 3 windows, replacing a total of 20 windows and the front shutters. All the work was completed in a timely and professional manner according to a preset schedule and with clean up at the end of every day. The crews showed up when they were supposed to and were courteous. But the crew went beyond excellent : they work amazingly as a team from sales to installer and they show concern that their work is top notch. Our home was not tyveked properly nor taped properly around the windows. You would expect that they would retape windows. I bought a small roll of tyvek and the areas near the windows were fixed as well. I would highly recommend Advance. The three windows that were enlarged add value to our home.
