This location is by far one of the worst stores I have ever been to for service, Apple or otherwise, and is not even worth the one star Google forces me to give. I have had nothing but poor experiences each time I've entered this store, whether for support or to buy a product. Knowledge of employees and their level of commitment to helping customers varies greatly and, while I've dealt with it in the past since it is the closest Apple Store location to me, I will never again look to this store for any sort of sales or service. Indeed, during one of my visits an employee highly recommended I try the authorized Apple Service center w/in Best Buy of Warwick & I will do that any time I need any Apple service or support. While I've had poor experiences and less than helpful service each time I've been to this location, my latest experience has brought me to take the time to review: I recently went to the store with a cracked 128GB iPhone 6s Plus. This is a phone I actually purchased at this location, with AppleCare, for $1000.00+ a few years ago. I made an appointment to see an associate (I learned on a previous visit not to ever expect service here unless you've made an appointment) & saw a technician. I explained my situation & she said no problem, we can have it taken care of ASAP. She runs a few diagnostics, resets my phone & takes info. Great. Looking at her info she informs that my ApplyCare (conveniently) ran out just a week prior. Now, I've dealt with Apple direct before, as I'm an IT professional supporting a myriad of products and installations, including Apple products, & I've had devices that have been years out with expired Apple Care that Apple Direct fully serviced. However, I didn't argue this point, as it was expired. She explained my options, the first being an "Out of Warranty" repair would cost me about $350.00 for a replacement iPhone. I agreed, but the sales pitch came in & she suggested I take advantage of the store's leasing program & get a new iPhone 8 Plus for around $15/month. When I questioned her about the leasing program, she said I can just give a credit card and my card would get charged each month until the device was paid off. Great. We go over to the demo table where I compare models. Deciding on an iPhone XR Max over 8, she says she will send sales person over (apparently Apple employees are not cross-trained. Probably a reason why there is always an enormous line of unhelped customers in abundance, but I digress). I waited at this table for 25+ minutes for someone to come over to me. I caught the eyes of several Apple employees who quickly looked away from me when I gave them an inquisitive look. Finally perturbed that I needed to wait so long to again give the store $1000.00+ for a device, I stopped someone & asked if he could send someone over. Lacking space, long story short I did the out of warranty repair, since I was misinformed about the leasing program. I was given a phone from a non-Apple box, informed I had a 90 day warranty and sent on my way. Less than 24 hours later I noticed the screen had scratches that almost passed for dirt, but cleaning did not help. I made another appointment to be seen and got to the store at my earliest convenience, only to be curtly turned away since the "scratches weren't that bad" & only offered a screen replacement for $130. Frustrated with the horrible service I called Apple directly & explained the situation. While the store told me the replacement phone was "brand new" Apple stated they are refurbished and very likely came scratched. They called the manager, who refused to help, then advised I call the manager. I did as I waited in the mall (since it is not easy for me to get to this location) and spoke to Al, who sounded less than helpful, but agreed to look at the phone provided I get there quickly, as he was off the floor at 4:15. I arrived back at the store at 4:08 (exactly 3 minutes later) & was told Al went home for the day. I will never use this store again & rethink my dedication to Apple in the future.

Great store. They were busy when we went there, because the new phones had just come out. So we did have to wait, but it was definitely worth it IMHO. They were so busy that the person who waited on us wasn't even a regular sales person. He was from service. But was really great, and very helpful. This store is just gorgeous too BTW. It's really an experience. You could easily just go in there to play around, and have a great time. They have pretty much every current Apple product on display. Including the accessories. So you get to use what you're considering buying. We went there to get my 72 year old mother a new tablet. She's had an Amazon one for a while, and it was getting long in the tooth. I felt like she should start using Apple products, because they're much better IMO for people that aren't very tech savvy. And while I found them to be fairly complicated. I still feel this is true. Especially since there's plenty of books, and help out there for their products. Because they are so popular. The salesman was great. He actually recommended the basic iPad, and he was right. It really was enough. But my Mom is fancy, and wanted the 10.5 inch. We also got an Apple keyboard case, and the Apple Care 2 year plan. I'm an Android guy, and a bargain hunter. So we went there just to look, but we were so impressed with the whole experience. We just decided to grab it right then, and there. And have zero regrets doing so. It was a lot of money, no doubt, but you seem to get what you pay for. The keyboard cover just works, and works well. Feels great too. Many of these are horrible, at least the ones I've tried on Android/Windows tablets in the past. This place is classy, and well thought out. The sales guy stayed with us the whole time. He had what I think was an iPhone, with an attachment to it. He ran our credit card on it, and ordered our stuff on it. It was all brought over by someone else. They offer classes there on a regular schedule, and they fix your stuff there too. If you need help with anything. You can go there, and they'll fix you right up. If I get a new tablet. I'm getting an iPad, and I'm getting it there. Highly recommended. It's not easy to get 5 stars out of me, but they got it. Highly impressed.

My experience at the genius bar was terrible. Delete everything and reinstall the software is not troubleshooting. I would have been better off with a manual. Go see the repair kiosk in the hall outside. They know what they are doing, charge 1/2 the price, and can get most repairs done in 15 minutes.

Please do NOT go here. Made an appointment and had to wait on stools that look like a pre-school classroom. Then the "Dr" looked at my phone (which I was bringing in for a cracked screen). Dr told me that the phone was bent and that for $250 I could replace the phone. I went down the hall to Cellairus where my phone was repaired in 15 minutes for $100 (vs the Apple store price of $150 - IF they repaired it). NOT purchasing another IPhone since this experience speaks to the integrity of the entire organization.

I have been using apple products since 2008. Since then I bought 2 MacBook Pro, 4 ipads, 1 MacBook , 12 iPhones and 2 Apple watches. I have being a loyal customer and I never ever had an issue. Last Thursday I went there because my Apple Watch was stolen and I went there to get a new one. I bought a new one and when I was doing my setting ( been guided with an Apple employee) one of them admit that they messed up previous Apple Watch setting. I was talking with 4 different Apple employees and they were not even at the same page. First employee that admit it’s their fault went and never came back. Then I asked for supervisor. First Mr mike P showed up. He was right behind me all the time and he was clearly worst manager I have seen in my life. Full of Bs! Then I told him that I need to talk with your manager. There goes Mark L came in to our great conversation. Long story short I told me mr Mike don’t try to outsmart me because you know that you collegue admit it’s Apple fault now you are trying to be a smartass. He looked at me I said I am just saying. Please be aware that there is no screaming no yearling and it’s all happening in a regular conversation. After that my Mark decided to give me an attitude and look at me like who is gonna punch me in the face when I told him that you collegue admit it’s Apple fault now you guys tried to beat me 4 out of 1 come on. I’m holding my ground and told him that if you guys don’t make it right I will use my social media to let people know how horrible customer service is in Apple. He was pissed and started being rude to me. That’s where I told him that don’t be a dick. Because I am trying to tell you guys that it’s your fault. Then they basically called the security to kicked me out from the store. I told them I would like to return my watch they don’t accepted. Seriously they told the security that I made a scene well i didnt yell or scream anybody. I think it’s time to upgrade to Samsung!!!

50 employees and no one can help me with my phone. They tell you you have to come back another day. Waste of time coming in the first place and an inconvenience to have to find a time to come back and have them tell me my phones broken which I already knew in the first place.

Bad Customer service :( I was just in the Apple Store with my boyfriend and we were tying to buy a drone. I called over an employee to help us. He came over with a person he was training. We told him we wanted to buy a drone and he pulled out his phone. He then proceeded to tell the trainee something and they ended up having a full conversation, completely forgetting about us. 5 minutes passed and they were still talking. So we left and bought the same drone at Best Buy.

I don't know about the Apple part, but I did go to The Mall (Providence Place Mall). Went to the Garage, got leopard jeans & striped pj/ lounge pocketed drawstring pants both on sale. $25 total. Would have been less. W/ another 10% off, but couldn't remember my password for the original sign up. Got the app. too - for future discounts & promotions. Also stopped into Godiva & treated myself to Choc. Truffles. Bought 4 & got 1 Free for $10.30. Love Godiva Chocolates! Went to several more stores & called it a day!

Horrible customer service. Checked in requesting exactly the product I was looking to buy. Took my name and had me stand next to a table. 10 minutes later, moved me to another table. 15 minutes later someone comes to me and thinks I’m someone else, tells me to continue to wait. All the while I’m looking around counting the employees not doing anything. This was the easiest sale ever. Bring me the product I asked for and I’ll pay for it. Instead, I stood around like an idiot for nearly half an hr before I decided it wasn’t worth my time. I’ll go to Verizon instead.

Had the no service issue with my iPhone 7 for some time, finally scheduled an appointment and took time off of work to go in. After waiting and being moved all over the store multiple geniuses came up to me, the first being very helpful saying everything was going to be taken care of and I’d have my new phone in a few minutes, then a second one came and said I could only get it fixed and it would be 14 days with a rental iPhone 6 for the time being, then a third genius came and informed me that my phone was not eligible because it was not consistently shutting off and since it was able to be turned on I was not eligible, the entire time my phones service was going in and out completely unusable. To top it off, the genius started walking away as I was speaking with her, completely disrespectful and ignoring me. Never again will I return to this Apple location as the geniuses were completely unorganized and one being blatantly disrespectful to a customer that has spent thousands of dollars in Apple products over the years.

An online purchase will be better than come back to this place.I went to this store with the intent of buying a computer that I could have the same day. Making a long story short, the salesperson was not helpful with this and the team came up with a solution that implicates paying again my purchase, coming back to the store and just being happy because of all this. The leader of the store was very comprehensive (that is why I put one star), but in this store they lack of customer service and support for the needs of their users.

Waist of time... spent half my day with my new Ipad.. my ipad stoped showing it's accurate location and started to drain it's battery much faster than usual... so I first called apple care because it's new and spent 2 hours resetting everything and restoring as new etc... then I set an appointment at my local apple store. I got to this store and they did the same thing... then I sent an appointment to return after to take a ride and test if the problem was solved and it wasn't. So i went back for my next appointment and they made wait a for an hour... I then decided to write this... Update: they said because it's new, to just return it and get the cellular model just like my old iPad....

This store is my favorite store out of all of the Apple stores in New England. It's has recently updated and the staff are completely aware of everything that is going on around them. They know what to do and when to do at the right time and they go beyond the standards of helping The public. I do recommend going to the store on the weekdays and not on the weekends because it is very busy but other than that, this is a great Apple Store to go to and to hang out !

My Past Apple Purchases: 1 - Mac Pro 4 - Mac Minis w/ Applecare 2 - iMacs w/ Applecare 13 -iPhones w/ Applecare 3 - iPods 2 - MacBooks w/ Applecare 3 - MacBook Pros w/ Applecare Current visit: Purchased iPhone 8 Purchased iPhone 8 and picked up as directed in messages and email at Apple Providence Place Mall. iPhone 6 being replaced sim card removed and placed in new iPhone 8. I asked if iPhone 6 battery could be replaced within replacement program. We were passed on thru at least four employees. iPhone 6 diagnostic test performed by one showed only problem was the battery needed to be replaced. Was told no problem we can be done tonight no problem. Waited about an hour. Another employee fifth or sixth says iPhone bent. Asked if employee was around when iPhone 6 released and press made issues over bending. He did not. iPhone worked fine, tested fine except for battery, and if bent ever so slightly. He also took offense to third party replacement screen and declared Apple would not change the battery. Remember other employees said ok. Employee doing diagnostic test said all fine except battery worn out needed replacing. During the last hour put up with most employees discussing with each other who would do what to get out fast as possible after closing. Asked if I would like to talk with the manager Rachael Brousseau. She was as rude as previous employee that refused the battery replacement. Then explained to her in the last 20 minutes she and staff ruined a 20 year relationship with Apple. Cellairis changed battery in ten minutes.

I am giving thin one star only because zero wasn't an option. I suffer from PTSD I called this place and they told me that what I needed could be done so just come on down. I make the trip down wait an hour and 30 mins finally get seen by someone and they tell me that what I needed can't be done, but the can give me a new phone and I would just lose all my stuff, so I stated that the person on the phone told me diff and he laughed in my face and said it wasn't his problem. As I was walking out I was crying because of my horrible anxiety and ptsd so I walked out crying and the guy loudly mocked me to another coworker. Loud enough for me and others in the store to hear. Horrible experience, lied to me over the phone made me come all the way down there for no reason, made me wait an hour and 30 mins and then have them do nothing but make fun of me. So I will be taking the drive tomorrow to the one in mass because I refuse to go back.

Don’t even bother visiting unless you have to. Staff members are smiley and friendly but have poor product knowledge. You’ll be looked down upon if you’ve done your homework on their products. Discusted with the customer service. My iPhone X got splashed with water and was completely shot.The phone is suppose to be water proof and held up terribly. I had gone swimming accidentally with my iPhone 7 and had no issue. Went to the store today and was told 550 for a new device because its now not covered under warranty. I've been apple customer for 8 years and have always have great experience with them but today might have done it for me. I'm no longer supporting this company.

horrible customer service. First of all, the employees do not give you any attention, and they make you wait forever. Secondly, they refused to change my 4 year old iPhone battery, and they are legally obliged to, because my iPhone is 'bent', and it might 'explode'. i can't believe how ridiculous that sounds, would never go there again. If I could give a -0 stars I would!! Every time I go to this place they are USELESS USELESS USELESS. I waited 2.5 hours to get my phone looked at by a guy who held it up to his iPad in the first 5 seconds I was there and proceeded to tell me how my phone was “bent” and that’s why it’s not charging and saying no signal. I got this phone less than a year ago from their store due to another malfunctioning phone they couldn’t exaplin and fell for their trap and spent the $$$ for a new phone also bought a otter box case from there store as well so for the future so they couldn’t blame me for “damaging my phone”. My phone was NOT bent, he couldn’t figure out what was wrong And didn’t want to blame it on their company and wanted to make a sale. So he proceeded to tell me “yeah even our cases can bend the phones sometimes”... ??so it’s your case that YOU sell to your customers that broke my phone is what you’re trying to tell me??? Then told me it would be 350$ to replace my phone. Knowing this guy was useless and literally just didn’t know how to answer any of the questions,I had asked him to speak with his “manager” the “manager” who was just as useless said “yeah you’re phone is bent” and I again said how the other guy told me it could have been the case... and he said “ yeah our cases don’t do that to phones” at this point they all just sound like absolute idiots, contradicting one another to make a sale in this trillion dollar company. Gotta say Apple at providence place mall has to be the worst customer service place I’ve ever been to I’ve never left more upset or more unsatisfied anywhere else. I get better customer service at a convince store then I did this place!! I also have never written a review on any website in my life no matter how bad the service. But this place who claims to be the best are the worst and just thought I’d share my terrible experience. Please save yourself some time and walk 20 steps down the hall to the kiosk guys ....they fixed my phone for 30$ after that..

Went to this place because apple released some update which killed my battery. They said they can replace with discounted rate. Guy saw a crack on my screen and said he has to replace now screen as well. Added $125 as well. I decided not to replace my battery, went outside and asked another guy and he said battery simply can change without changing the screen. Apple just want money out of your pocket, their associates are too greedy and I think it’s time to switch to android!

I have come here on multiple occasions and it has been a pretty good experience. My latest visit I came to do research on computers for our business and was helped by Stephany Arriaza. She was amazing! She was courteous, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. After we left there were further steps we needed to do on our end and processes that needed completion on Apples part and the consistent communication with Stephany via email and phone helped me significantly. I had so many questions throughout this process and Stephany was so diligent to make sure I understood everything. She took her time and talked me through the process of ordering new computers, software, and accessories for each of the staffs needs and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. It is service like this that is incredibly hard to find these days and I appreciated all she has done for us. We will continue to do business here because of the product but even more importantly the support and service that Stephany gave us. We were ready to go either way with Apple or PC for our office and her support, service, knowledge, patience, and friendliness made it such an easy choice. Thank you Stephany!

I came in to drop off a computer to be repaired that was scheduled and had already been looked at yet I waited over half an hour for someone to assist me after being checked in. I was told on my last visit that the whole process should take no more than 5 minutes.

Horrible experience while purchasing a brand new iPhone outright. First staff member was very helpful, but I knew exactly what I wanted. Once it was selected and purchased, I was brought over to the tech (which I was adamant I didn't need, but was part of a new purchase apparently). The salesperson even explained to the tech that I was "pretty self-sufficient" and wouldn't need much guidance. I gave him my old phone to remove the SIM card and he rudely grabbed the brand new phone out of my hand to install it. Turning my SIM card over and over, he began complaining that it wasn't going to work, that he SIM card had been cut. I looked at him and said yes, its been cut several times, as it was a full size SIM card when I first received it. Aside from that, you JUST removed it from a working phone. He shrugged, finally putting it in the new phone and powering it on. As the phone began the initial setup process, he once again complained the SIM card wasn't going to work, that the phone wasn't going to get a signal. Finally exasperated, I grabbed my new phone back from him and proceeded to complete the setup process, all while he is looking over my shoulder and continuing to complain the SIM card was cut and wasn't going to work. I completed the setup, the phone rebooted and received a signal without a problem. I turned the phone in my hand to face him and said "How long have you been working here?" Over 20 years was his response, to which I replied "that's funny, because these phones do not get a carrier signal until the initial setup and device is activated." I left with what I came in for, but there was no need for the additional hassle I was put through. I will order from Apple direct and handle things myself in the future. Any time I have been here the store has been completely unhelpful and things that should take five minutes take closer to 45/60. Poorly organized and poorly run.

Brought a maxed out iMac in for repair (of course a few months after Apple Care ended) Problem was diagnosed quickly and in about a week I had it back. Has been running awesome ever since. Staff was great and knowledgeable. 5k retina display was toast. Now here is the minus one star part, was told that it was a manufacturing flaw in the screen and it could be fixed free of charge but it could be months for the part to arrive - "unless" I paid $600+ dollars and I became a priority. Needing it for my design work, I paid. Apple "Making America Great Again."

Love the new location... the old one was too long and narrow and resulted in a stuffy feeling every time I walked in. This one is very similar to the ones in other major cities. The service was exceptional... made a Geni Bar appointment, showed up 30 minutes early and they got me right in all the while fixing the issue with my Macbook Pro. 5 star rating on service even during the holiday rush.

Brought in my laptop for the keyboard replacement program on Saturday, was told it would be ready on Sunday. Didn’t hear back from them so I called Monday, today, and they said it’d be ready in the evening. Didn’t hear back again so I called 30 minutes before closing and they tell me that they forgot to call me and that the laptop suffered “cosmetic damage during the repair” (mind you, when I called earlier in the day they said the repair was complete and that they were running diagnostics). So now the top case, with the keyboard, along with the bottom case have to be replaced and it will be several days before they get the part in. I understand mistakes are made, but to not be informed about the situation, learn about it after my third attempt at getting an answer, and the nonchalant attitude from the manager and employee as if they’re doing me a favor by not charging me for their mistake - really?! Been a Machead for years and we own Apple stock, however, as the ridiculous iterations and pricing continue year in, year out, I think more and more about ditching the ecosystem.

Apple does a good job of selling it's products and providing a service. Retail is a changing industry, with services now being sought after and questions answered. Apple can answer the questions about how it's technology can be best used. Photography, editing, websites, computer stuff? Apple sometimes has classes that address those topics. Not only that, but Apple provides same day delivery through Postmates, a food/product delivery app. How convenient is that?

Never go to this place for service/repair. They do not follow the schedule at all! If you know there will be a crowd and you will be behind schedule, why would do you accept that many appointments? why wouldn't you hire more technicians for weekend duty? I made an appointment at 6:10pm for battery replacement, came in early at around 5:50, but didn't receive any attention until 6:50.

Since they redid the store, it’s always a wonderful experience. It’s huge and they have lots of wonderful staff. If you do have to wait, you can play with the new iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and desktop computers, or watch a live demonstration. In my experience, everyone’s been super friendly and accommodating

This store is absolutely gorgeous. The entrances to the store are huge glass panes that open like doors, but they give the impression that the store is wide open. There is always so much going on here, but you almost never have to wait to see a service representative. Apple is really good at what they do.

The staff is amazing and vey knowledgeable and they dont get you to buy unnecessary items if not needed. I just find apple over priced for their products. Absolutely horrid experience at this location. Would not recommend anyone use this store. Techs have limited experience, sales stuff does nothing but bounce you around from table to table, and employees/managers care nothing about the service. Interesting how half of these 5 star reviews are fake, or seem to be for the mall itself, not Apple specifically. Don't have experience with other Apple retail locations, but highly recommend you avoid this location like the plague. Much better off with Apple direct or even a re-seller like Best Buy that actually cares about customers, not just giving a line of BS to sell you a more expensive device and waste your time.

Like any Apple store, be prepared to feel like you are SO LAST YEAR and the people you are talking to are cooler and more informed. Even if the latest electronic explodes in your hand, it's not the products fault, its just that YOU DON'T GET IT. I love Apple products though I feel each year they get more bourgeois and less effective. I have been using them for 34 years.

I’ll start my review in a simple personal experience and my opinion on apple in the last few years I’ll add that I have almost everything from apple what makes it a lot worse for them. First I think they take their customers For granted they think if we like their phones or computer or anything else that they can treat us how ever they want it wasn’t used to be like that they used to be known for their good customer service but last few years it gotten so bad it’s ridiculous that a company with a name like apple will treat their customer the way they do they think they’re royalty the funny thing is they brainwashed their employees to think the them they don’t understand their just the house help lol. I will say this specific place treated me more then once with a very bad customer service if google would allow me I wouldn’t give them even one because one from five means 20% satisfaction and I’m definitely not. The problem is I don’t know how different you’ll treated in any other of their locations. So good luck with that and If you like what they’re selling you’re stuck with their “amazing customer service” I wish the government would supervise their treatment to customers and regulates something against that. I would say I wouldn’t recommend to go but choose it yourself.

I recently brought in my wife’s MacBook Air because the backlight was no longer working. One of the “techs” said there was nothing he could do except send it out for repairs for a flat fee of $475. Rather than get raked over the coals by one size fits all repair tactics, I declined the “service” and did my own research. It took me less than a half hour and a $4 backlight fuse to fix what Apple wanted to charge nearly $500 for. Do yourself a favor and bring your products to a 3rd party repair shop or use YouTube to figure out how to repair them yourself.

This store is full of uneducated sarcastic ignorant little liars. Especially there “senior advisor” named Mark( short with glasses). One says it’s not officially an Apple product if it’s not bought at the Apple store. Lol I purchased an Apple Watch at the At&T store upstairs from them and Apple wasn’t able to fix it cause it’s not there brand. It’s an Apple Watch stupid. I called Apple care gave them my serial number and they said it’s still under warranty they will take care of it no problem. Bottom line providence place malls Apple store sucks!!

I showed up at 7:30. The guy allowing people to come in says that I can’t buy a phone tonight because it’s to close to closing (1.5 hrs) and they “don’t have the capacity of employees to sell a phone to me”. Now, I have to wait a week for my next day off. RIDICULOUS!!!! UPDATE: A much nicer employee took over the line and I’m now being allowed to buy the phone.

This place has to be one of the busiest stores in the mall. No matter what time or day it is always flooding with people. However my first experience went extremely smooth and it was mostly because of the man Derek who helped us. He was extremely helpful and had a great sense of humor which helped the time there pass by so quick. He also made sure that we were getting our moneys worth as me and my husband were looking to trade in our phones for an upgrade. My husbands phone had a malfunction and instead of Derek pushing my husband to get a new phone ( as he had the newest phone there was at the time but had purchased it from someone online ) he told him they could fix all the issues he was having with his phone without having to purchase a new one. The apple staff was very kind and helpful as soon as we walked in there was a man who greeted us and asked us what we were looking for and when we mentioned a upgrade he let us know that apple was coming out with a new phone and if we purchased a phone today, we should keep our receipt and come back in two days because once the new phone came out We would get refunded 30% of what we purchased our phones for. I was extremely grateful for that information considering these phones are not cheap! I gave them 5 stars mainly because of the fantastic customer service I received , because it goes a long way esp when there is a long wait time!

We are lucky to have an Apple Store in Providence conveniently located downtown. You can walk in if you are looking up a bus schedule or to write a google review. It is here so that is helpful for our Apple questions. I need to know how to manage photos and back up files. You can charge your phone here, it can be difficult to find a power outlet in the mall maybe at Panera.

The staff at this Apple store are excellent. Unlike most of my experiences with Apple, the staff was friendly, accommodating, and actually seemed interested in helping me resolve my issue. What is the point of a Genius Bar appointment when you have to wait over an hour AFTER the appointment to even get serviced? Please hire better industrial engineers to determine a better scheduling algorithm. Unbelievable, I am still at the store and still waiting... This store is a piss poor example of what apple "stands for." I was given about an hour and half wait for simply my phone screen (which is already a long time to wait around.) I returned and was turned away for another 20 minutes saying that their calibration machine went wrong, returned after 20 minutes and was turned away AGAIN saying to come back in 30 minutes due to the same issue. Mind you I had now been waiting over 2 hours for a simple phone screen fix. I will never return to this location again and solely based on this visit I would rather have a Samsung if this is what dealing with Apple is like.

2 hrs to fix a screen, just go to a regular screen repair costs around the same less aggravation, also when they say ur phone it ready, you should be prepared to wait another 10 to 15 minutes for you to actually get your phone. Loud place and the people calling the names seem to be the quietest in the place. You don't get attention unless your literally staring them in the eye, honestly just get a Samsung make your life and storage options way easier
