This Computer Repair is classified in the category of Electronics store.
There's always a long line when I go there and there are some employees taking time to go to the next person waiting for help. But the majority of them are excellent and capable of working with two customers at one time! I have been satisfied with my need of help with my Apple Watch.
Poor service...responses to my questions were met with heavy sarcasm. Struggled to accept CASH payment. Lame.
I made an appointment and got there early to avoid waiting, but still waited 20 minutes until someone could help me. We didn't ever solve the issue. 2 hours later, I had to replace the iPad. It sucks, but I get that it happens.
The store is nice. There are always long lines. Some of the staff are friendly. The other staff are arrogant. At any rate, they do a good great job troubleshooting.
take out your AirPods it’s rude! waited an hour to pick up a phone I already bought...
Will not answer the phone Worst customer service
The folks here get a 5, great customer service. But I hate Apple products (daughter has an iPhone 7 that keeps dying which is why I'm so familiar with this place) so I'm giving them an overall rating of 4.
Fast and accurate service.
Very helpful & friendly
The team was very helpful in resolving my problem. Can’t thank them enough, especially manager Ashley.
Great place, I’ve been a few to this location a few different times. The experience has been great every time.
Bad customer service.
Horrible service. Took an appointment and never showed technician.. BRAD GLISSON . Manager NAME. . RUDE LIKE HELL.. DOESNT RESPECT OTHERS TIME. These people Doesnt have any respect with others. And seems like he DOESNT KNOW HOW TO SERVE CUSTOMERS service I WILL RAISE THESE ARROGENT BRAD GLISSON TO APPLE HEAD QUATERR HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE . NEVER EVER GONNA GO BACK TO APPLE STORE AGAIN..
This is only place in greensboro area, so if one has to get some help at genius bar, they have to wither make 2 trips of wait for couple of hours. Otherwise people are helpful and great place.
I went there in the evening an within a minute of walking into the store I was with a tech who was awesome! My problem was solved very professionally an I was very satisfied with the service I received I will definitely go back if I ever need help
Super efficient, super friendly. Doug had us in and out in about 20 minutes with a new MacBook Pro. Excellent Apple Store.
Arrogant rude; it is impossible to keep on time when you are given appointment; they expect you to be patient and don't care if you are already waiting more than hours of waiting
The people at the store were not very helpful at all. I showed up ready to buy a new iPhone with cash in hand. I had no questions whatsoever I knew what I wanted and was ready to go in and buy and then leave. That’s way too complicated at this store.
Definitely didn't feel welcomed when I walked in the door with my children we were stopped at the door by someone telling us that the store was closed but it was full of people .
Was in and out I. Less time than expected since we had no appointment! Great customer service!!!!
I've never owned an Apple product. I was really browsing. They have exceptional technology. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8+ and do not see a real reason to switch to an iPhone. Not 1 person have told me why iPhone phones are better so I do not make the switch. They just say messenger lol. Apple TV and such are great. I'm thinking of an Imac desktop but we shall see
I made an apt on a Monday at 1:15 for a battery replacement. Was told it would be 2 hours, even with an appointment. I returned at 3:15 and was told it would be another 5-10 minutes. Phone wasn’t ready till 4:15 and I had to ask multiple times if it was ready because I had absolutely no idea what the time frame was. Going through the extra effort to make an appointment is a waste of time, as was my entire day.
Always busy so make sure to have an appointment or wait in queue for a walk in. Staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable!
Customer Service very professional friendly and efficient
I walked in. There didn't appear to be many people there. Was encouraged to call the toll-free number, for assistance. Was told I could get a "walk-in appointment" if I came back at 6:00 pm (6 hours later). No thank you. :-(
Absolutely terrible. Waiting around just to buy something while Apple employees are standing around. Some can only check people in, not check them out. Really needs a straight purchase, no tech support line.
I had a fantastic experience at the Apple store at Friendly. The employees were very polite, helpful and friendly. I did not have to wait long. I had been dealing with this issue for over a week and could not get it resolved. At the Apple Store at Friendly it took less than an hour to get done what I needed done. Thank you guys!!!!!
Great store! Friendly and professional service. Didn't have a long wait for the 'Genius Bar' either. 5 stars *****
Showed up to get my phone screen fixed and they told me it would be 6 hours and didn't feel bad at all. Went back the next day and it was going to be 4 hours. Confused on why there wait lines are so long.
I have an IPhone XR Max have had it two weeks and it just randomly shut off on me wouldn’t turn back on went to Verizon and they suggested I go to the apple store cause they would replace it for me on the spot. I go to this store walk in and the guy asked if I had an appointment I told him no that my phone just died this morning and won’t turn back on and was sent over there by Verizon well with the most rude attitude he says we have what’s called a wait list and it’s going to be 2 and half hours or longer before anyone can help you so that’s all I can do for you. So I grab my phone and walk out I call to see what the wait list in Durham is and they helped me over the phone in a few mins and got my phone to turn back on. So I’m like if they could help me over the phone by having me push a few buttons why couldn’t he have tried that in the store.
I wish 0 stars was an option. I have been an Apple user for decades and this was the worst Apple store experience I have EVER had. The customer service at this store is bottom of the barrel and the lack of proper management is reflected in the chaos of this store. I drove over 3 hours to this location to bring in my iphone 7 because it was showing "No Service" after the iOS 13.0 update. Because my phone was one with a defective model number, all I had to do, according to Apple Support people, was to get the phone exchanged. After checking in, the staff at this store informed me that the next available appointment time was at 6pm. A SIX HOUR wait time. The manager, Brad, seemed to care less about trying to fit in my 10 min transaction or the fact that I traveled great distance and told that they have to see people in order of appointment. I sat at the "Genius" bar for 2.5 HOURS before someone even acknowledged my existence. The "superhero" then informed me that she was going to take her 15 min break first and THEN she could try and help me. I spent over 4 hours in this store along with over 6 hours driving; an entire day wasted for them to give me a loner phone OF THE EXACT SAME DEFECTIVE MODEL NUMBER (A1660) and to send my phone into the repair center to see if I "qualify" for the replacement. This issue was an Apple issue, created BY Apple in their update. This whole ordeal has exceeded the term "inconvenience." Instead of focusing on trying to sell the newest phone or watch, perhaps they should bring some priority to their current customers.
Poor service . waited four hours one day and never got helped even when I had and appointment . Which I had the same problem today .. i was here 3 hours today and still haven’t been helped they messaged me and said they we’re ready to start my appointment and it’s been an hour .
YOU SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AND YOU WAIT....WAIT AND WAIT. DURING THE WAIT TIME..YOU DO NOT KNOW WHERE YOU ARE IN LINE. I THINK THEY NEED A NUMBER SYSTEM.
Worst experience at a store ever. Signed in and waited over an hour to try and spend 1200! Finally tried to ask about help and couldn't get any estimate of time to wait. I walked out went to Best Buy who matched the price. Never again will I go there!
Best service I have ever received. Keegan was amazing and fixed my iphone after I had broken it (brand new). He seriously should be recognized for spending the time to make sure that I was well taken care of.
I went on a Tuesday night to purchase an Apple Watch for my birthday. I chose a Tuesday night because I knew it would be a slow night. I knew what I wanted. It was a matter of telling them what I wanted and handing them my money. I was told there was no one in front of me and we would be next-just a few minutes. 45 minutes later we were still standing there watching the workers talk about breaks, stock, and roam in and out. The young lady at the front was apologetic but told me she needed to finish checking others in before she could help us. Wow, I’ve never had to beg someone to take my money. Went down the street to Best Buy. They were happy to take my money.
I would give this three stars because of apples current standing in the tech world. However they simply refused to fix the scratches on my series 3 Apple Watch. They would not accept payment or a warranty. Apparently apple repairs require that you divide be in atrocious condition before being repaired.
I was sent to this location by Apple Support. I was on the road traveling home, having just recently purchased a new iPhone and accessories in my hometown state, I was experiencing some issues with one of the accessories. The greeter at the door was pleasant, accommodating, the Manager was quick to respond, the “specialist” they paired me up with was rudest I’ve met in an Apple store. Although that problem did get fixed with not near with the Apple customer service I have experienced in other locations. I left without the other additional accessories I needed.
Awesome store
It was a huge crowd but Andre and Tom REALLY HELPED ME FIXED MY PROBLEM IN UNDER AND 1 HOUR ALL INCLUSIVE OF MY WAIT TIME. I AM IMPRESSED THEY FIXED IT.

Awesome, they had about 6 seniors working. Way to go, give those young guys a run for their money!
Good service they are providing!! Though I need to visit again but I liked the way they treat me. Thanks
Took to long to get help also needs more people out on the floor and behind the Genius Bar
My AirPod charge lasting only for 20 mins. They didn’t even check or run any diagnostics. Facility is good but service is worst.
Great customer service.
Called 3 times, on hold for 30 mins each time. Never picked up so I hung up. Called at opening time.
Amazing place but super super busy. You may stand around for an hour without being helped. Employees look like customers, so you have no clue on who to speak with. No one ever came to say hello to me or ask if I needed help with why I was there in the first place...
Honestly really disappointed with Apples customer service. We arrived knowing that we wanted to purchase an Apple Watch. It was not busy in the store. While several associates seemed to be standing around, it took several minutes for someone to come over and help us. We knew exactly what we wanted and she was very helpful. We then went to the setup counter, where John (?) told us he was hungry and didn’t want to help us set up the Watch. He wanted someone to relieve him. Luckily Luke arrived to assist us and other customers. Not impressed. I would encourage you to go somewhere else if you can.
They were super polite and very helpful. They scheduled me a walk in because I didn’t call prior to arriving. I didn’t have to wait as long as they anticipated. Long story short they done their job and I walked out with a brand new phone to replace my phone that had crashed.
This place is useless. Pay for phone that you can't use takes weeks to get appointment. Stupid
Brice was very professional and helpful, really knows products and helpful in every way . I was very impressed
Customer service is a mixed bag here. What is consistent is that any interaction here is a tedious process. I have purchased phones, accessories and have tried having equipment serviced here. Nothing is ever efficient or simple.
Employees just stand around doing nothing. You wait for hours when your “next in line”
I was helped quickly, only because I was buying something, the place was a zoo otherwise. lots of people crowded in there, no discernible line at all. If I didnt see the store front, I would have thought it was a daycare. The worker said everyone was there for the genius bar. I could only imagine if I needed help with my device I would be there for eons. A new iPhone would be released before i was called upon for help.
RUN RUN RUN - Please read before making a Apple or Beats purchase Apple products are of extremely poor quality and the service they provide is even worse. They look every opportuntiy to defraud their customer and not honor their warranty. Beats headphones were a good product until apple bought then out. The pair i purchased lasted me less than a year. Pieces literally fell off of them and apple refused to honor the warranty and instead tried to charge me 100.00 to fix them when a new pair only cosy 109.00 The customer service rep i spoke to was extremely rude and told me I could contact my lawyet if I felt it was appropriate. The staff is a absolutely clueless in the store and showed little interest in helping when they realized i had a warranty claim and they could not sell me another piece of there junk. Unfortunately for Apple the exeprience was so poor that I literally elected to purchase 3 new Samsung S10s and a Samsung tab in place of Apple junk It probably would have cost them 25.00 or less to fix the product that was under warranty. Their decision not to honor their obligation cost them 3,000 in revenue from me alone In addition I am selling my apple stock and holdings because I will not support a company that participates in unfair anf decpetive trade practices and defrauding their customers. This very concerning and I know that other consumers, including my own family have had similar issues I encourage you not to remain silent and to contact your local, state and federal consumer protection groups if this has happened to you
Always schedule an appointment or go when they open. Don't bother coming during the afternoon or evening.
How to be an Apple employee 1. Avoid eye contract 2. Don't talk to customers 3. Walk around aimlessly
So I just paid $799 for an IPhone XR last week, and the charging port is already broke and they want $399 to fix it. They should replace my iPhone for free for selling me a faulty product, thanks apple.
Went to this store 4 times over the last week. Each time the employees just looked at me, I was never spoken to, or approached. I tried to stand in someones way to get their attention, and this guy side stepped me like he was a wide receiver and kept it moving.
we live in 2019 and they take 1 year to refund your money back I do not recommend this place to someone !! Too slow and dont care about customers !!
Waiting in the hot sun. Ah! Apple :( Technician was really helpful. Even though our device was a complete loss ☹. I would recommend the store to others.
Extremely friendly helpful work staff.
This store, like Apple in general, is a waste of time. Horrendous customer service. They don’t care how much of your time they waste. “Come back tomorrow and try again. So what if you have to drive 45 minutes each way. SCREW YOU LOYAL CUSTOMER.” I hope you’re overvalued stock goes NEGATIVE like your approval ratings. #Android#
The folks who operate this store are quite amazing. They are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They do not make me feel like an idiot for asking what to them are probably stupid questions, and I appreciate them leaving my dignity intact. My daughter had a dilapidated iPhone 6s that was ready for its digital demise. I ordered an unlocked iPhone 8 plus for her Christmas present on a Friday night, received an email the next morning indicating it was ready for pickup, and drove to Apple Friendly Center that Saturday morning to procure. The store was packed with shoppers. I exhibited my emailed receipt, received the new phone, and left the store with my daughter's coveted prize within five minutes. This was the most painless and swift "tech experience" in my life. Thanks, Apple Friendly Center!
Terrible customer service. Greeter at the door told me she would get someone to help and proceeded to turn her shift over to another employee. Right in front of me and didn't even mention that I was needing to speak to someone. Three employees walked right by me without so much as a word. Another employee stood there on his phone, looked up and gave me a nod acknowledging that I needed help and stared back at his phone. If I could give this place zero stars I would.
I went in with a screen issue...the phone had POWER and connected to my Bluetooth in my car. I was able to make and receive calls but couldn’t see anything on the screen. I EXPLAINED all of that to the technician. He ran diagnostics on my phone and told me it didn’t have power and it was a possible hardware issue.
You need to be prepared to wait and you will get your questions asked and maybe a good answer good luck
This place is excellent
Always a bad experience at the apple stores. Online no appointment available, walked in long wait but still not able to address the concern. Every time experience not a good customer service by the staff.
Associate very helpful. That was the best part of our visit! I had one issue. The manager Kyle. As a manger he should lead well and set the example. When we arrived our name was placed on the que. We went to the station we were told. We waited and waited. Another customer was sent to our station. The other customer stopped manger Kyle. The manager looked on the que and saw that that customer wasnt next. The manager proceeded to help this customer anyway. Poor management! It doesnt matter that the customer only had a couple of questions. We also only had a couple of questions. A well trained manager would not have let the "out of order" customer receive priority over customers that were there first. Management needs better training!!!! All we ask as customers is that you follow the rules you have put in place. The good service from the associate is the ONLY reason this location received any stars.
Everything is very systematic and organized, takes a little bit to get through the genius bar but worth it most of the time. Staff are super friendly and always willing to help. Store could use a little updating, the lighting is a bit yellow. (Just a pet peeve) but other than that, very convenient to have in Greensboro!
The wait to purchase anything is way too long. I guess they know their grasp on the customer and take advantage of that. Ridiculous
They were curtious nice and took care of my needs right away
Staff friendly. System of working through all the customers works well and no one is ignored. Store is clean and well lit. Staff is knowledgeable. Activities to keep the kids busy while you wait as well.
Most disappointing customer service! After 3 of us were unsuccessful in our attempts to make an appointment online, we decided to go to the Friendly store to ask a few questions before we purchased an Apple watch. We signed in at the door and were told it would be a 10 minute wait to get any help. We waited an hour (after repeatedly being told we were next in line for service) and finally gave up. Needless to say, we won't be buying a watch at that store.
Thanks to Tucker he made our day much brighter after our 3 hour experience, thank you IPhone so much for your GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE .
Wow, what a useless trip to a store. We came to spend $500.00 to $700.00 on a new Apple Watch and were told it might be an hour before anyone could help us. (Update, it took an hour and fifteen minutes). The manager was extremely rude and accused me of disrupting the store and bothering other customers after i just asked when we might expect some help. I am going to find a store and a product that wants to do business with me. This store was total chaos, I will never enter their doors again.
I drove two hours away to come get my iPhone fixed. I was not greeted in the store and had to go to the front desk to recieve help. There was no designated line and it was all a discombobulated mess. There was no organization whatsoever. The wait was 4 hours, which wasn't an issue. The issue was that we were told the first time that we were going to be served at 3:40 then when we checked to see where our place was in line they had added an extra 15 minutes.
I have been an Apple customer for 20+ years, after the service I got tonight at Friendly, I will not purchase another Apple product ever again.
Really busy but if you have a few minutes they will get to you. Definitely worth the wait. Knowledgeable and very helpful staff.
Terribly busy but All Very Qualified and Got Me into my phone and on my way
Because of this being a very busy store, you do need an appointment to bring your device or computer in. However the staff that helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. They took my computer and thought the problem was the power supply. They installed it and it was not that. I asked them to take the part out and i was going to take the computer home unfixed, being undecided about replacing the Logic Board, which was the real problem. When I picked it up, they did not charge me for any of that work, nor the labor for putting in the power supply. I finally decided on going ahead with fixing the Logic Board and doing a few upgrades while at it. They gave us a good price on that, so we are very pleased. We look forward to picking it up and using the upgrade, almost new again computer. Staff has been very helpful.
Sales person was excellent and efficient. The folks responsible to set up new iPhone and email accounts were disasters. No interest in helping out and more interested in gabbing with one another. One seemed to be in outer space.
Honestly we wasted 2hrs of our time. The black female worker at the door was nothing but unprofessional and rude. We explained to her how we wanted to buy multiple MacBooks. We also explained to her how we were seniors, and took Ap classes . But not only was she rude . She never told us until 45 mins later that the “MacBook deal for back to school” didn’t apply to high school students. Even if they’re enrolled in college courses. And without doubt, this was the worst experience we’ve had at the Apple Store in Greensboro.
Just like the name, the employees were super friendly! They helped me to buy a pair of AirPods with a wireless charging case, and they only took 5 minutes! This place is awesome and I am definitely coming back for future apple purchases. Highly recommend.
Awesome, they had about 6 seniors working. Way to go, give those young guys a run for their money!
Showed up to return an $70 case (bc i could literally see the glue used to make it seeping out) and there was a line outside of the store and almost around the corner just for repairs, warranties, trade-ins, etcetera; i shouldn't have to wait 3 hours just to get rid of this stupid case.
the DMV is better than an apple store
Good service they are providing!! Though I need to visit again but I liked the way they treat me. Thanks

Useless Service suck
Too long of a wait just to make a purchase. Would recommend just to buy online.
Michelle Smith is amazing at her job. I went in there for a warranty on my case and was told that physical damage is not covered under my warranty. After our conversation she gave me a solution one that not many employees were able to do. Understandable that long lines will be a factor, Michelle knows how to manage her store.
Nice friendly people that work there
Very clean and also nice staff
Nice knowledgeable people, always lots of people in line (2 hr wait today) but you can leave while you wait.
Very grateful for the excellent service I received from the staff Greensboro Apple Store. Came in with my iPhone in rebooting/restart loop worried about the prognosis, arrived at the store before opening and was greeted with a line. The store manager James came out greeted everyone and started assisting before store opening. (Very impressed). Tucker the Apple Genius assisted once the store opened (waited maybe thirty minutes but understand based on the number of customers there). Tucker informed me of the issue and stated the iPhone will need to be sent off ($0 charged to me) and gave me a iPhone to use until mine was fixed. Once the iPhone was fixed received call, showed up at the store and within ten minutes of being there Andrew came out with my iPhone repaired and started the transfer from one iPhone to the other, just like that i was out of the store and on my way. iPhone works great and appreciate the quick professional serviced received. Kudos to you and your staff James.
The staff were not helpful. I had made an appointment and still was told that I would need to wait an hour for assistance.
I went in today to get my iPhone 7 looked at because it was giving me a no service error, I was asked if I had restarted it and then he looked at my phone being slightly bent and said it couldn’t be fixed and didn’t try anything else. I went home and hooked it up to my computer and reset network settings to factory default and my phone now has service again. No help at all from the store. Thanks apple
Friendly staff were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction to get assistance, lovely store
Apple stores are always busy, when i went in to pick up a online order i though the wait would be long and they got me in and out!
Staff was very helpful, seem to have a nice system put together in order to provide great service to high volumes of people in an efficient amount of time.
Quick service on repair. I have Apple Care and everything went smooth including activation of replacement. Did not have an appointment.
Know their stuff. But you have to get there early.
Great service, but too many customers. Both times I went this week I had to wait in a long time to just check in.
It seems very clean and has a variety of Apple products. The reason why I give it two stars is because I was on a production shoot, and forgot my Mac charger. When I called they said they had the charger I needed in stock, and I asked for it to be at the front when I arrived. When I arrived 40 minutes later (which I told them I would be that long) I had to wait in what ended up to be 2 lines just for them to tell me they did not have it. I then had to drive to a Best buy 15 min from there, to get it. Best Buy customer service was superior, and they got me the charger in less than 30 seconds(without me calling first). So pick Best Buy over this Apple store! Best Buy pretty much has everything they have anyway.
Never had a bad experience here. They are busy a lot of the time when I go in there but they are always helpful.
Awesome experience. Helped with a frozen I phone. Really great service tech department
We went to buy my son Apple earbuds and it was very quick in spite of them having a whole lot of customers
When I came in there were 10 apple employees to 1 customer. Just needed to ask question about repair to iphone. They said it would be 1.5 hour wait. It's been over 2 hrs and still waiting. I'll find another store next time.
Mid day Friday there are several employees standing around with one person to sell me an IPhone. This is the 3rd trip to this location where the wait is longer than any other Apple store that I have shopped since becoming a customer a few years ago. Corporate canned answer from the staff on why there is only one person working sales.
They have me a new phone when mine broke. I just had to jump through hoops just to get what I needed. Also the wait and the lines are excruciatingly long. I think they need a better solution to handling a high volume of customers. You get out of one line to stand in another, just to be told that you have to set an appointment to come back later.
Always so busy but the personal take the time to be so helpful and friendly. I had Joe yesterday and I was delighted to get help and correct the problem I had. He is so supportive and friendly- and- always has the answers! We are so lucky to have this store closely. i am an hour away but happy to make the drive> Thanks
I figure after spending years reading and evaluating the the reviews of others, I should start paying back. This morning after reading a number of less than flattering reviews about this store, my wife and I went anyway. Upon arriving, almost didn't go in because it looked crowed, but what the heck, I just drove for 45 minutes. I was looking for a new laptop and some accessories but after reading previous reviews and given the crowed size, I had little hope until James Page offered to help us. Long story short, this young man was super. Knew his products, explained things well, and did and excellent job in making my wife and I happy customers. This young man was a great example that I hope many other young people look to follow. My wife and I are glad to have gone. Thank you James.
Huge Apple Store with ample friendly staff. I requested an item which the staff accessed immediately. I was in and out in record time.
I would rate the customer service at this location a zero. Customer service unprofessional needs training. Poor commnication and organizational skills.
Perfect, good attention.
We just had a great experience at the Apple Friendly Center. I wish we would have gotten the name of the person that assisted us. He was fantastic! Would highly recommend to everyone!
Fast service and very kind people
Busy store. Great customer service. A little pricey....
First of all I do not like Apple services I got an iPhone X to see what is like to switch over from android I have been extremely disappointing with all the services the apples provides it seems like all they’re in it for us to make money they’re less than helpful and if anything happens to your phone you have to pay an obscene amount of money.
We have been sitting around for over 45 minutes waiting to buy a computer. We have seen at least 3 customers get help that came in after us and 2-3 sales reps just hanging out. This is really a sad store.
The worst customer service on the planet. Also, not much help.
Alot of options shopping
I arrived at this Apple Store at 10am when they opened to schedule a walk in appointment. When I walked in and spoke with a technician he let me know that I was looking at about a 9 hour wait and they would text me when they were available to see me. A few hours later I received another text stating that I wouldn't be able to be seen until 8:30 pm. About another hour passes and I receive a text stating that someone would be available to see me. When I arrive at the store I am told that my reservation has been cancelled. The technician, Jameson, was extremely rude and unhelpful. He made me feel that me nor my business or time mattered. I was more upset with the lack of friendly customer service than I was that my appointment had been cancelled.
Excellent Customer service. Imani our salesperson was amazing dealing the a very difficult problem with my very difficult wireless provider. I recommend her and everybody in the Apple store at that location. Ask for Imani if she is working that shift, shes amazing
I bring several cellphones for a trade In and one repair I was told they don’t want to do trade ins because it take too long for them And they have another costumers to help , the cells are all clear and ready just for them to check them physically, they did it before and it didn’t take more then an hour cause I know what I want , they don’t have to explain anything , set up or anything , I go prepared and I know what I want, anyway I wait 4 hours for them to do my repair and I saw this guy selling a computer to a Lady the whole time I was there , he was with the same person the whole 4 hrs!! and they are telling me that they take too long with me if they do the trade ins!! Any way the. The Bar “genius” guy that was appointed to help me , he had a very bad attitude, he did help me with my issue but he has that kind of attitude that make you feel stupid if you ask a question his answers were. Short and very rude I had my baby (10 months old )and my baby burp on his face , I guess she didn’t like his attitude either. Lol Anyway some are the workers are nice and helpful.
Always very pleased.
It was a bit crowded when we arrived. The gentleman that assured us was really helpful & informative on the Mac book purchased. Great customer service received. I forgot his name but he was tall African American male. Thank you for the experience. Yes I would return & recommend this place on the count of him. A few of the other employees could learn a few things from him. He should be the trainer for your customer service staff. A few of them were lacking customer service. Thank you!
Go anywhere else!!!! I checked in, I was told I'd receive a text when they were ready for me. Oh so when I first walked in I was told the wait was 45-60 minutes. They need to take notes from restaurants, when they page a customer your table is ready, they immediately seat you. UGH Unbelievable
This is not the Apple store you want to visit. I walked in. It was very busy but that’s OK... I’ll wait. Put my name on the list and stood in front of the MacBook Pro section waiting... and waiting... and waiting. 30 minutes later a young man appeared and started helping me. That’s where things started going downhill. My visit was to buy a new MBP for Final Cut Pro editing and I had lots of questions after doing lots of research. The answer to my first question was answered with, “I just usually sell phones and iPads and don’t know much about the MacBooks.” He went off to find someone who did. 5 minutes later another salesman came over and after listening to my few questions admitted it was out of his level of expertise and to be safe just buy the best one and you’ll be “safe”. That’s what I’d planned to do so he handed me back off to iPhone guy and I proceeded to make the purchase. I had brought my 2015 MacBook in with me because to offset the very (very, very) expensive price of the MBP I was going to trade it in. iPhone guy typed in the serial number 4 or 5 times, then tried to scan it and could never get it to work. He then went to find an answer and 10 minutes later came back to say I had to trade the MacBook in online. Geez... I guess I missed that fine print. No problem. I’ll do that later then... let’s proceed. With my research and iPhone in hand I then showed him that Amazon had a $200 better price on the MBP and asked if they would match the price, fully expecting that they would. Nope! Love this place but always alway always crowded as a mfer lol
WOW Awesome Apple Store, this is a Very Busy Store I recommend an appointment
So much cool stuff. Great customer service.
Friend and fast service
Very good! Sell fast
Very bad customer service in which they tell you a wait time and then when they tell you they will notify you and give you 10mins to return for a wait time of 4 to 5 hours and call you at 3 hours but wont let you reschedule if dont see the text message when you were not expecting it for another hour!!!

They did great the last time I had problems. But unfortunately now I have the same problems again. So I’m going to be there bright and early tomorrow morning and hopefully they will be as nice as they were the first time.
4 hour wait to speak with someone. And they have people just walking around or teaching a class to no one.
Love the product. Not so much the service. Expect to wait an hour for the new iPhone. Ordered for pickup and already paid and I have no phone. Already waited 45 mins past the pickup time (7:30). This is being realistic; I already paid for the device. How hard is it to grab a phone from the back? I’m a 9 year old kid could do that. Also, employees don’t care enough to show care and remain with AirPods in their ears while talking
If it's not the holiday it is go a good place to go shopping
Typically very busy but great service from a knowledgeable staff.
Wonderful help.
My first experience with buying an iPhone was extremely positive. They were able to get me set up on the exact phone I wanted, sign me up for Verizon services and get me on my way! The staff was personable and friendly.
Store numbers route you to the national center, where they refuse to give you a price quote on repairs, you have to visit a store. First of all, no other company that I have dealt with does this...thats the whole damn point of a quote. Secondly, the closest Apple store is a three hour drive from me. Luckily there are local third party repair shops that were more then willing to accept my business. Based on the reviews, even when you do walk into an Apple store, they are always busy with subpar customer service (when ppl recommend you go to Best Buy instead, it has to be pretty bad). As Apple is now installing software that prevents third party repair shops from fixing their products, this MacBook pro I am having fixed will be the last Apple product I ever purchase.
Excellent service! We were there to buy an apple watch and, while it took some time, the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help with set up and answer any questions. Like any tech establishment, if you go and plan to be in and out in 30 minutes or less you have planned poorly. Don't go if you are on a tight schedule, make sure that you have room in your day. They are not understaffed but they are always busy (I mean its Apple, what did you expect?). Overall great experience. I plan to go back to buy the rest of my tech/upgrade.
If you are looking for really good and helpful service, may want to try another place. If you know what you want, that is best. Lots of customers waiting while associates (4-5) either talking amongst themselves or standing idle. Kind of reminds me of Sam's and Wal-Mart: alot of people wanting to spend hard earned money and nobody to assist them.
We had an appointment for the Genius Bar at 4:10pm to get a cracked screen replaced, didn’t get to see the technician until 4:45pm, was told to return at 7:00pm to pick the phone up, returned and was told it would be 15 more minutes, and then didn’t get the phone until 8:20pm. No apologies, no explanation!
Good luck buying anything here. Have waited almost an hour just to buy a watch. I already knew exactly what I wanted before I came in. You would think it would be as simple as ask for an item, receive the item, pay and leave. But no, you have to wait in a virtual line and be called friend repeatedly. Not fooled, I’m not actually being treated like a friend, even at “friendly center” Dissapointed, should have purchased from Best Buy or online I guess.
I am in the store, still waiting one hour and 10 minutes later for my 6:45 appointment at the genius bar. All the manager could offer is a shake of his head and a comment about how he sure would like to avoid our conversation! If I could give a ZERO rating, I would. Meanwhile I'm still waiting because I drove 30 minutes to get here. Clearly, they need to employ a competent "genius" to manage this place. Never again!
I love the products and will continue to purchase them, but the repair service at this store leaves much to be desired. I was told that I would be called when a part arrived to fix my computer. If I did not hear by the next afternoon, then I should call. Furthermore, it would not take long to make the repair. And a Google search with a repair video on YouTube indicates that this is a quick fix. So, I called the next afternoon, the part had arrived and I was told that I should come as it was a slow time. I arrived and waited with for about 10 minutes (not bad) and dropped off my work laptop for repair. I was told that if I had not heard back by 4:00pm the next day to give them a call, as this is a quick repair. So, I call back the next day, after dealing with Apple’s annoying automated call router, and they tell me that they are waiting on the part and need 5 days to fix my laptop! What? Well, my excited tone was more than the employee could handle so he passed me to another employee who seemed not to care about customer satisfaction and they would see what they could do. No thank you, I am picking up my laptop and headed to Triad Mac, which was recommended by two of my friends, who have had quality timely work performed by them. Love the product, will buy it and have it serviced anywhere but an Apple owned store.
Lady on the phone seems rude. Glad I don't buy apple products!!!
Waited around for 20 minutes and I didn’t get offered any helped. I tried to talk to people and they just ignored me. Didn’t buy what I wanted to get because I didn’t get any help. If this is the case then there needs to be more employees.
It's an apple store. No greetings, no hassle, no big deal. Kind enough to open a jammed SIM tray on an iPhone 6 at no charge, but there's nothing particularly amazing or awful about the store. It is a bit of a pain to get to, but if you have some sense and are a reasonable driver, you're all good.
Pretty fast service and helpful staff at this Apple Store location.
Amazing staff and wonderful manners, I called today and this wonderful lady helped me and fixed my problems which took around 1 and 1/2 hours but made me very interested in maybe becoming a software engineer one day.
Made an appointment to get my battery changed out, waited for 30 minutes after my appointment time to get help. Then was told the battery was not in stock! Really? Could have told me that when I made the appointment.
I came in to get my rear camera fixed. Price was better than I expected. The issue I have is I was quoted that my phone would be ready for pick up at 8pm (start time was 6:45pm). I went back in at 7:25pm to see if it happened to be finished early. It was not, which is was perfectly fine. I go back in at 8pm and it’s finished. I am getting my phone and I am told that due to the red sticker inside, meaning it’s come into contact with water at some point, that they can not fix my camera?!?! Makes absolutely no sense to me. He then preceded to tell me that I have two options 1) I can take my phone back or 2) I can buy the replacement for $300-something. But, I am risking taking a phone back that might not work now?! Luckily, my phone still works but I am out of 2 hours of wasted time. BOTH the water indicator sticker and the risk of my phone not working after the screen was open should’ve been told to me before hand.
Went to the store 3 times and they couldn’t help us. The last time we tried to get assistance we were told we needed to make an appointment. Tried to make appointment and the next available was 4 days away and I’m left with a dead iPhone that is only 1 year and 2 weeks old. Had to go to a Verizon store and pay for an upgrade that should have been a warranty repair. Verizon store people were very helpful unlike Apple.
I would rate the Battery replacement at a zero if I could. Be aware that just because you make an appointment a week ahead of time, plan on taking a half day off work. I had an 11:50 appointment on Monday, finally got someone to help me after waiting 20 minutes only to be told I could pick up the phone at 2:15pm. I arrived at 2:15pm and was told it was ready but didn't get my phone until 2:45. Apple needs to understand that my time is just as important as theirs and this is a poor way to do business.
Awful service or understaffed. Hard to tell which, but I'll just order my stuff online rather than be ignored. If that is what they want you to do, then they should go ahead and just do away with the stores.
Crowded and noisy. Overpriced overrated phones.
The employees were very polite and very helpful and resolved my issue while I was at the store.
Another bad experience. Good job guys

The experience was amazing. On that day, it was very hectic, but the staff did a great job directing the customers to their perspective places and helping me fix my phone. The staff was very friendly and held great conversation to help the down time.
