I highly recommend Computrs Inc! These guys saved me thousands of $$. I had an external hard drive that held all photos and videos of my youngest daughters entire life, all our travels over 10 years, along with the past 10 years of my oldest daughters life. We thought all was lost when I went to use my hard drive and it showed no files. I contacted many recovery companies who wanted minimum of $3000.00. A close friend of ours recommended Computrs inc. so I gave Ken a call, I sent my hard drive to him and he called me the following business day and informed me he is able to recover 100% of the lost data for a fraction of the cost the other guys wanted. No price gouging “ just because they can “. Such a relief! For all our future computer issues we will absolutely be using Computrs inc.Thank you, Thank you!!

Just had another great experience with Computrs Inc. After I had a problem with my computer where I was unable to get in to check my e-mails—just kept getting error messages, I called Computrs Inc. and spoke with Ken Freedman, the owner who, in his calm and courteous voice said: “no problem Rick, I can have one of my techs come to your house within the hour to have a look.” Sure enough, in about an hour Errol, one of the expert techs, was at my door. And just about one hour later my computer was not only up and running, but Errol had installed several updates as well as new anti-spy programs to protect my computer in the future. A great experience with Errol for sure! He was terrific in personality as well as knowledge—we couldn’t be more pleased! And the charges were certainly reasonable—more than fare for all the work that had been done. I highly recommend Computrs Inc. for any and all computer needs—they get 5 stars from me—Rick Pierce, a happy customer! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Alright well I brought my laptop in today. They did a hard drive repair and hooked me up with windows 10. The price was very high for me, but they fixed it the same day upon my request, which was awesome. They did a good job. The computer runs like it did before the hard drive failure.

I brought my macbook in to Ken. It had a broken backlight NOT SCREEN. He said he was going to ship it to a person who could fix it. I agreed. He shipped it to CALIFORNIA, it came back with a cracked screen. He then claimed it was cracked when I brought it in. LONG LONG LONG story short, we went to court. I had the original document which stated the laptop was in perfect condition on the exterior when I brought it in, and he showed the judge an altered document attempting to prove it WAS cracked. anyway, he is a liar, a cheat, a smug, stuck up person who doesn't deserve ANY customers. He lost in court, I won the case. It will be in the records. He paid EDIT ($250) for my new macbook screen, which in the end was fixed by Apple themselves for. somewhere in the range of $500-600 I paid for the backlight, which I should have, as I am the one who broke that. He is a dishonest person to the core. Edit: I'm looking at his false typed up invoice without my signature on it right now. The reason he lost is because the original invoice does not have "cracked screen" on it. You guys can listen to his long drawn out defense..where he just lies more and more; or you can just drive another mile or two and get it fixed by someone else...trust me.

We are very happy with the service, support, and responsiveness, but the main thing we like about them the most is that they stay on top of all of the latest changes that take place in the computer world. Whether it‘s a Virus, ransomware, or any other annoying issues that float around out there, this company is already on it, has a fix worked out, and go out of their way to insure we are protected. I've had Ken fix my computers multiple times when I got stuck with either a virus or when I dropped my laptop. I bought a replacement laptop from Ken so I could be up and running the same day with the data from my dead laptop on it. Each time I had trouble, Ken was the calming voice and put me and my machine back together so I did not have to worry about the computer. If you use your computer to make money, have Ken and his team in your contact list so when problems happen, you have a way to reach the solution.

Came in to Computrs Inc because my computer crashed. A technician arrived at my office within the hour and had my computer up and running after just an hour. Multiple anti-virus / anti-malware programs were installed and computer was updated. Extremely convenient and reasonably priced.

My son's gaming computer was not working properly due to multiple malware/virus issues even though we had a popular anti virus program installed. Instead of looking for the right additional anti-virus, malware protection program, I decided to try out Computrs Inc and leave it up to the professionals. I called Computrs and Ken answered my call; he was courteous and very helpful. In fact, he offered that we could bring the computer to them or they could come to our house. I was floored, who offers house calls these days? He had someone at the house within a half hour. The technician was an extension of Ken; courteous, fast and extremely knowledgeable. He had the computer fixed and running beautifully in no time. He even took time out to talk a bit about gaming with my son. What can I say? Just...AWESOME. Service like this is hard to find. Can't say enough about these guys! Three words: Passionate, optimistic, determined! Even when I was doubtful (which I was many times) they kept their positivity and thoroughness for the entire process. I am a photographer and had crashed my hard drive. This was literally devastating. I had gone first to Best Buy, had an awful experience there. I quickly scanned through some options on google, after one call I knew these guys would be able to help me figure this out with confidence. And they did! I brought my computer in thinking the kids killed it. Battery dead, blue screen half the time, taking forever when it did start up. I actually expected them to say I needed a new computer. They listened carefully to me about the symptoms and said they would look at it and get back to me shortly. Low and behold, they called a few hours later and said it needs a new battery and just needs updating. WOWWWW! They could have told me anything but it only cost me a small amount. When I picked up the computer they explained how to keep it up to date, virus free and it's working like a charm!.. Highly impressed and very happy. I HIGHLY recommend Computrs. I innocently did a system update when my Mac crashed. I called Ken and brought it in immediately. Mario, his tech, was on it right away. What I love about the staff of Computers Inc, is the fact that they keep you informed throughout the entire process. They are extremely proficient, professional, and treated me as if I were their main priority. Most important- they were able to save my data. Turn around time was rapid, price was very fair. Ken, the owner of Computrs, came highly recommended to me by two friends who have used his services multiple times over the years for their computers. I'd suffered what was to me a catastrophic laptop failure and I brought my machine in to him. Within a very short time he had identified a hardware problem that was contributing to my issues. I left my computer with him on Saturday and on Tuesday picked it up. It's running like when it was new and I'm very pleased. Thanks, Ken. You'll see me again.
