Extremely helpful and honest. I came in because my laptop had problems connecting to wifi. He explained to me the problem and he fixed it right in front of me in about 5 minutes. No games, no gimmicks. Had I brought it to another store they may have charged me a lot for something so simple to fix.

This place is the Truth. He can fix ANYTHING. iPhone couldn't come on took it to Apple. Apple said do the insurance CLAIM. I took it to him he said give me 45 minutes. If you need ANYTHING electronic fixed, a phone screen, motherboard, he's the TRUTH. I DROVE FROM BATON ROUGE TO CHALMETTE AND WILL DO IT AGAIN IF I HAVE TO.

IF YOU WANT YOUR COMPUTER FIXED IN A TIMELY MANNER THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!! AND THEY NEVER CALL BACK WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL OR HAVE IT FIXED/DIAGNOSED RIGHT. NEVER HAVE I HAD A MORE FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE.

Worst phone store ever... stole my motherboard off my iPhone 6+. They only gave it back when I got the police involved. I advice you to never go there go to the one across the street from Texaco "e.g. Tech" I think or go to the city. This place is horrrible

Beware do not buy from this place they are a rip off they wanted to charge me $45 for a home button that was not installed that was me buying it and repairing a customers phone I ran out of home buttons and just seeing if I can get one from them I only charge $20 to repair the home button
