Here we offer you all the feddbacks of people who used the services and products of Microsoft Store (Computer Repair) in the state of California.
Right now the firm gets a rating of 4.0 stars out of 5 and that score is based on 150 reviews.
As you can read, the average score it has is good, and it is based on a very high number of feddbacks, so we may be pretty sure that the evaluation is quite reliable. If many people have bothered to evaluate when they've done well, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to place reviews when these are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Computer Repair corresponds to the category of Electronics store.
We came in because my fiance's Xbox 1x is dying. They helped us quickly, they were kind, and we had a solution to our problem in about 10-15 minutes. I felt very comfy working with the people at this store. Jordan is awesome, ps.
I've shopped here several times and the experience has been great. The manager David is also awesome, helped me with my Surface Pro issue beyond my wildest dreams. I highly recommend this store!
Great store!
This staff has no idea what they are doing. They do not set up events properly. They make everyone wait an 3 hours to play and don’t encourage playing the game correctly. They encourage camping and not going out to play the game. Which team deserves to win, the team that got 6 kills and 6th place or the team that got 2 kills and 3rd place. Apparently Microsoft thinks the second team deserves to win.
Tons of kids playing video games and the staff sitting around playing with the demos all the time. Some staff were tentative but not all. They also aren't very well informed on their products.
My xbox one x died, and I brought it in thinking I would have to send it in for a repair but they swapped it for a brand new one no questions asked! Sandra was super helpful, nice, and knowledgeable!
It's easier to learn Ubuntu Linux in order to not deal with these people.
i need to talk to Jordan. He fixed my computer and he was great, but know that I am home, I don't know how to connect it. It says, "no signal" HELP PLEASE
Rep didn't listen to my problem I was having. Had already talked to a rep on the phone to go in and get my keyboard replaced. The rep in store didn't listen to me and said that that was common for them to do and that there was nothing they could do about it.
This place was amazing, super helpful and quick. Jenny is the one who helped me and she quickly figured out the problem with my Xbox, immediately checked if they had one to replace it, then once we figured out the issue couldn’t be solved, she replaced it for me in store. I was in and out within 45 minutes and I’m so happy with their quality of work. Thanks so much!
It can't be worst !!!! The guys at the store should be trained better on how to deal with customers. I had an appointment and came 30min earlier, the store was almost empty and they will not help me because it was not time for my appointment yet. I just wanted to let them know that I came earlier to start looking at the laptops on exhibition to see if they can help me choose while I was waiting for the appt time. The thing that I hated the most was that there was other 4 guys around doing nothing. When my appointment time came, I needed to wait almost 20min past my appointment time because the only guy that was working had another customer. I was there because I was changing the computer of my wife after an accident and just needed to choose a new laptop and everything was already approved through my extended warranty. Little details like this makes the difference between a company like Apple and one like Microsoft. I never write reviews, but I couldn't help it this time.
Excellency customer service. The young man, John Paul explained all the details, pointed us to the best one for my kid, who is still in high school. There was no pressure to buy either.
I didn't need to make any sort of retail purchase but the support and assistance I received from 2 different employees and the mgr on duty were all arguably the best I've personally experienced. thank you
Everything was amazing except for the customer service. They're snarky and rude, and I caught them smirking and giving looks at each other like I was some sort of idiot, and laughing at me quietly behind my back 3 different times. Just because I was excited to get $200 worth of free stuff. They act like stuck up college kids who assume you're an idiot before you even walk through the door. Joseph Binotto describes them perfectly. I spent the rest of my time at the mall avoiding the Windows store after that little trip. Idk if it helps but it was a skinny blonde girl who instigated all the mocking. I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable for doing nothing wrong. I'm never going back to that store again.
Great service and match Costco price. Love Surface Pro
Despite having had a power outage earlier in the day, they bounced back fairly well and were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were especially kind to my 2 year old and offered us juice and water. My surface book had been stuck on the wheel of death for a month, and everything I read about it on Google said to try to install a way around the wheel of death using a flash drive. I first took my SB to Best Buy to have them look at it, and they wanted $200 to wipe it clean without even trying the flash drive method first. Since the computer was very under warranty, I figured I'd see what Microsoft could do about it, and was Not disappointed. They replaced my computer without any hassle AFTER trying the flash drive method, and were very knowledgeable about their products. 10 out of 10. I very highly recommend them and will continue to do business with them in the future. <3 Thanks, Microsoft!
The Microsoft store is horrible at managing time. They were very unhelpful and rude. I wish to not see this kind of behavior in the future. I went to an event there, and they took a very long time to get situated. By the end of the event we only got to play 10 minutes from waiting 4+ hours. I wish to see improvement in the future. The event also encouraged horrible game play for the community and implemented a style of camping, rather than just playin the game.
Friendly, efficient, smart and patient folks ready to help
I was in need of a new Laptop, and I happened to be in Park Meadows Mall and came across the Microsoft Store. Now, admittedly, I am not the most computer savvy individual on the planet, and when I explained my lack of knowledge in this area, the sales associate, (or whatever they call them now) was very helpful. He explained all my options and what the best Laptop fit my needs. I ended up getting a Microsoft Surface Pro with a wireless mouse, and after getting some expert advice on how to set it up I was on my way. I have to say that I am pleased with the Surface Pro, and so far it has met or exceeded my needs. The sales staff really knows their product line very well, and are always available to answer any questions you may have. Should you require more detailed assistance, then all you have to do is sign up online to make an appointment and then show up. You will have one of the Microsoft Pros ready to assist you with any further questions or tutorials you may need. The Microsoft Store in Park Meadows Mall has a variety of computers from desk and Laptops, to smaller tablet size models and computers tailored especially for gaming. I was really impressed with the slection and the follow up from the sales staff when I had some questions about security and set up. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase, and with the sales professionals at the Microsoft Store in Park Meadows, and would recommend them highly if you are looking to upgrade to a faster model than the one you have now, or, like me, looking to buy your first one as I am slowly but surely catching the hang of this technology thing. I'm still not to sure about GPS and the disembodied voice that tells me I'm lost or tells me "recalculating" as I drive by my destination, but that's a story for another time and place. If I ever find out where that place is. But if it's first rate computer technology you're looking for, the Microsoft Store in Park Meadows Mall will fill all your needs.
The customer service was excellent answered questions no pressure to buy any certain product let me spend as much time as I wanted going through each model
Ryan saved my life today. The customer service is definitely high quality and I could not thank the whole team enough for keeping me calm as he tried to retrieve a very important document for me after my computer crashed. Very thankful and great experience overall.
The best product and service
Couldn’t find what I was looking for but staff still helped and were very forgiving.
Not only are the staff here kind and knowledgeable, they advocate for you. It’s a far departure from what you would expect from a store with corporate roots, but they really do want your tech to work perfectly and will go to lengths to make that affordable and possible for you. My interaction with this store makes me glad I switched from Apple to Windows :)
I accidentally contacted this store in California in an attempt to upgrade and ship a new computer to Minnesota(Where I live). About a week of confusion ensued between both Microsoft Stores, but in the end I got my Laptop and everyone was extra patient and extra accommodating. Thank you very much employees at Mission Viejo, Microsoft Store.
Much better than the apple store!!!
Very helpful and intelligent staff
Awhile ago I purchased the Surface 4 and it was absolute garbage. Software issues galore. Long story short, Jordan and Jason discovered and helped resolve the issue with a friendly attitude. Then Jason went above and beyond to show me cool features with the Surface 4. Needless to say, I do not think the Surface 4 is garbage. 5 out of 5, will be back again.
Marc was great to get my Surface Pro set up.
It sells Microsoft stuff. Not much to it. People are nice.
I waited in line to buy the original surface pro when it came out and have been extremely please ever since. Recently my charger cord had pulled apart and was no longer charging. I went down to the Mission Viejo store and quickly learned that Microsoft changed the charging ports for every rendition of the surfaces that have come out and mine was no longer available. I expressed in extremely frank terms to the sales associate that this is the exact reason consumers get “angry” at companies. She expressed her apologies which I replied that I didn’t accept. At that point she walked away and could have forgotten about me completely. Instead she went and talked to her manager and when I was about to leave they brought an old original charger from the back and gave it to me at no cost. I created an exceedingly intense and hostile environment and that associate and her manager not only handled it like champions but were extremely professional and cordial. Very good work and I hope they are rewarded for it.
Excellent service! Free and timely repair to my computer that I broke myself. Glad this store is here
Great store and very nice service. Awesome venue to try the latest Microsoft gadgets - I came here to try the new Surface Pro tablet/phone and spent probably 40 mins playing around with it undisturbed
This is just like an Apple store, but they sell Windows computers, phones and media centers.
Very nice friendly staff, knowledgeable and helpful.
Fun to visit and play with the various sample computers, but the prices seem a bit high. Feels like you are are paying primarily for the Microsoft name.
Great display and amazing customer service. The workers are really friendly and reliable. Have any questions? They'll know the answer.
I love it. Great collection. Great for kids to play and explore the brand
Whoooow
Full of my favorite kind of people: smart ones. I'm going to write a book about Microsoft Store employees in the event of a Cthulhuan end-of-the-world type event, where everyone is trapped in the mall and panicking, except the Microsoft Store employees, who come into their own as competent individuals who can handle Cthulhuan end-of-the-world type events.
It's fascinating to compare this store to the Apple store which exist in the same hallway in the same Mall. Apple store has a hundred workers that as soon as you go in the store they begin and ambush you to lead you to a products or you can play with it and there are 20 to 30 copies of the same product so that everyone can have a hands-on experience and it's kind of gross because you don't know how filthy the people were that used to that equipment right before you. Microsoft store has like six employees that don't seem to care. They aren't selling much but Microsoft has this as a showcase. I don't think anyone ever buys anything at the Microsoft store. contrast the Apple store with the highest cash receipts of any store in the mall. It's amazing to me how Apple can sell $1,000 phones to drones who barely know how to use the technology and really just use them to browse Facebook. Please click 'like' if you like my reviews...
I've been to this store a handful of times now, and each time it's been a very nice interaction with the person that greeted me and helped me out. It doesn't take long to get in and out if you're in a hurry. I think it's smooth enough at this location that I ordered a Samsung Odyssey+ headset online and drove 70 miles one way to pick it up at this store instead of waiting a couple of days for the free shipping.
Got what I needed
The staff has no idea on anything tech. They couldn't help themselves or you out of a wet paper bag with the sharpest scissors and or knife if their life depended on it. The only good thing anyone in that store could do is sell you any product and take your money. I strongly recommend go to any other Microsoft store. spend the time and money on gas to do so
Staff were quick to help. The manager lenny was incredible. He went above and beyond to help us secure a surface pro 4 for school. And spent a large amount of time finding us the best deal and package that were available to us. 11 out of 10. Thank you
We came in because my fiance's Xbox 1x is dying. They helped us quickly, they were kind, and we had a solution to our problem in about 10-15 minutes. I felt very comfy working with the people at this store. Jordan is awesome, ps.
Came in looking for a portable for my daughter heading off to Grad School. We had already been at Best Buy and shot over hoping to find something better. No go. They had gamer portables, huge heavy clunky things. Nothing in the range she was looking for. Back to Best Buy we went...
Great store!
Love this store
It's hit or miss on whether in-store tech support is great or not, but products are often out of stock or with very limited variety, and it seems like they repeatedly fail to follow up on getting items transferred from other stores. They are often more expensive than Amazon or other retailers of similar products. I can see why the Apple store is always full while the MS store is consistently almost empty.
Very helpful staff, and don't make an old guy feel dumb... much appreciated!
Good comps
Tons of kids playing video games and the staff sitting around playing with the demos all the time. Some staff were tentative but not all. They also aren't very well informed on their products.

The best place to buy a new computer or xbox nice and friendly personal

Large selection of tech, stuff is friendly
Casey at the Christiana Mall was a true professional, answered all my questions, and was very curious and a delight to shop with. 10 stars....
Couldn’t find what I was looking for but staff still helped and were very forgiving.
They had a demo of a moving robot with a video call on the robots face and it had a xbox tshirt on it!
Good place, great people. Excellence!
GREAT shopping experience. Very knowledgeable employees. Davida was a pleasure to work with, she explained and suggested the laptop that would be best for me. No high pressure sales at all.
Very helpful and intelligent staff

I was in and out with a Surface repair issue in 15 minutes. Amazing service.

Excellent service! Free and timely repair to my computer that I broke myself. Glad this store is here
While on vacation in Delaware visiting our children, and grand, and great grandchild, our son, and wife took us to the Christiana Mall in Newark, and naturally for me when we get to the Microsoft store, I'm like a kid, and I just love to play with the new electronics.
(Translated by Google) Very good escelente (Original) Muy buena escelente
Very nice friendly staff, knowledgeable and helpful.
I had a brief experience but it was really successful. I picked up a laptop and they delivered it very quickly and effectively.
Had the Surface that I needed and the customer service was top notch.
Customer service needs work
Fun to visit and play with the various sample computers, but the prices seem a bit high. Feels like you are are paying primarily for the Microsoft name.
Great display and amazing customer service. The workers are really friendly and reliable. Have any questions? They'll know the answer.
Just left this store and Danny helped me get my speech to text up and running and also checked for updates and recommended some some downloads. He removed some that I wasn't using. Always excellent customer service here!
Purchase Office online. Supposed to get info (keys and download link) after 4-6 hours. After multiple calls - now being told - maybe 48 hours. Customer service is HORRIBLE!

Had a weird WIN7 graphics driver update that somehow distressed the whole system. Took it into the store and came out delighted. Ryan was awesome and so were the other technicians I heard helping other customers. I was also there early so got to see the "before opening" team meeting and I could tell it was an engaging and motivating conversation. Great job
This place rocks!
Very cool store. Shows all that microsoft offers. The layout of the store showing how the different systems can actually be used in real life situations. Apple stores just show what available. You can walk into this store and physically see the tech advancments in the hardware. Dont seem to get that feeling at apple. Friendly staff.
I've bought a few computers here. It's always hastle free and quick.
Very helpful and solved my problem when tech wouldnt over the phone
Good service
Was very surprised that they were not helpful. Not that knowledgeable. Walked away to chat with other employees.
My boyfriend kept asking if their financing was a credit card or if he was just able to make monthly payments (like layaway) because he really wanted an xbox. The one girl who was helping us out had no idea and kept explaining what financing was instead of giving him a direct answer. She got someone higher up and she didn't know either but kept explaining what financing was as if we didn't know already.
Had to swap out my Surface Pro 4 which got dropped, thank god I bought the complete warranty! Entire exchange took less than an hour, Amy in tech was great.
Just got a super sweet Microsoft Surface pro bundle for my son. He leaves for college next week :( But we are super stoked about the deal we got! The service was great, not pushy & no pressure, they answered all our questions & let us take our time with our decision. Super happy here!!!
Techs are trained to uninstall/reinstall every problem. Had a registry rights issue that needed to be fixed and the tech looked at me as if I was speaking another language. Tech's solution was to uninstall and reinstall the OS which, granted, will also solve the problem.
WOW! Talk to the store - if a problem - they are awesome!!
Everybody there is supper nice and helpful
Came into the store to return two defective Surface 3 Pro's. We were told it would take 5 business days to send out the new ones to our house. 10 business days pass with nothing. I call to see what is up, and this clueless chick answers the phone. Long story short, they forgot to actually send the order to the distributor. Actually got the confirmation email while talking to this chick and she tried to bullshit me like it wasn't their fault. Wow. I'm sure not everyone there is like this, but this was a ridiculous experience. I paid $2,000 for these tablets and these people just forget to send the replacement order? You. Suck.
It was very nice of the staff there to introduce my group to the VR system they had in place there. It was a lot of fun. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly!
Friendly staff and good service.
This place is a joke. Every time i have gone here has just been frustrating. This time I took PTO from work and drove an hour to get an HTC Vive. They tell me the next day they are gonna have a sale for 100 dollars off, but they can't help me today. Microsoft becomes more irrelevant every day. I wish HTC would have partnered with a company that understands customer service. No wonder they are getting it handed to them by Google and Apple. Then they tell me I have a 30 day price match guarantee, but I would need to be in store to make it happen. I ask how we do it digitally and they tell me there is no way. I looked at the girl and said "you're Microsoft, you can't figure this out?" It was met by a giggle and a short "no." Avoid at all costs. Go ANYWHERE else. Use Linux if you can. Microsoft as a giant died with Bill Gates' departure.
Absolutely terrible experience with a certain employee. I didn't get her name because she's the kind to start something if she gets a hint you're gonna report her she'll scalp you. She tries to enforce her dominance on people. It all started when I went to play some CSGO, rather than playing at home I came to the MS store to play on Hd graphics and high res. When I went to plug my personal headset in the back of the pc she said "What are you doing?" In a demeaning way. I answered her with "I went to plug my headset in the back USB jack because the front USB jacks are staticky." Then she says it's because the kids play with the headsets. (Keep in mind I had just told her it was my headset.) "This is my headset" I said. She glared at me, then changed the topic, trying to get me to obey her because people like this person need supreme control. She said "Is this your account logged in?" I said "Yes it is." She then basically Drill Sargented me to log off because it was "compromising my identity." She was taking this way out of hand, other people always log on their accounts and play and I am the only one not allowed? I am not taking his out of proportion, people like this need jobs in factories rather than sales. Please do something about this, I most likely will stay away from the store because of this behavior. (She had a Walkie Talkie on her belt, rear end side. A jacket on her waist, green MS shirt, and an annoying color bluish silver hair. She could also loose a bit of weight.)
Their burgers are delicious. 11/10
Though their tech couldn't get to my service ticket for 15 minutes, they were super courteous and offered refreshments while I waited.
Got kicked out for playing Kerbal Space Program
-Called them to schedule an appointment because my Mom's computer was infected with a virus. -Employee on phone said I could drop off computer without one. Only needed an appointment for pickup. -Drove 52 miles to Park Meadows Mall from Colorado Springs to drop computer off -Employee in store said I needed to an appointment and REFUSED to take the computer, even after the situation was explained. -Have to drive back in 2 days to drop computer off. Then they will keep it for a few days at which point I need to drive back up to get it.That's a total distance of 208 miles or 4hrs driving time they required of me to LOOK AT my mothers computer. -Just wanted to thank everyone at this Microsoft store location for reminding me why I switched to APPLE!
The folks at the Lone Tree store lack the knowledge of what customer support truly means. We purchased the Microsoft student package for my daughters MAC and had problems activating it. Phone support provide no solution and pass us on to the Lone Tree store. We reviewed our issue and they made little effort to solve the problem. Finally they inferred that we hadn't purchased the software and there was nothing they could do. Bottom line is that we paid Microsoft $100 for nothing. With all the time we put into trying to solve this we gave up.
Professional and courteous employees. They let my little nephew play Halo 5 and helped set up everything! Thank you.
Best customer service ever!!! We spent over 500 here in one day but it was worth it I can't wait to go back it was a drive but its worth it
Waited an hour for them to tell me it was my charger, greaters don't know anything
I'm 11 and in the coding class they have and all of the staff is very very friendly and helpful instead of telling me all of the pros on the new Xbox he told me the pros and cons love this place good job guys!
After purchasing a brand new surface book for 3000 dollars the screen started to burn itself (which is a design issue) I tried to get a refund for the device since I feared the device would do this again. After denying me a refund I reluctantly gave into a replacement device. The replacment device and some sort of hardware issue that caused it to crash every 5 minutes. Again I requested a refund after weeks of a frustrating back and forth with simple copy and paste responses from Microsoft I agreed to another replacement device as I am a full time design student and need a laptop desperately this replacement came with both a broken mousepad and a the right have the hinge doesn't latch complete and just be pulled out with ease. I've been sent 3 broken devices now and they are still refusing to give me any other option other than another replacement. They are stealing 3000 dollars from me and there is nothing I can do about it.
Terrible service. Poor costumer service. Some employee are very rude and unpolite, I was embarrassed because the way one of the employee was looking to us. I will not return to this store again.
I went in with a huge chip on my shoulder because my 2-month-old Surface Book had stopped working and I had exceeded the store's refund window, and my only option was to return to the store for a repair or exchange. I had to wait a little bit for assistance, but the store employees offered me a drink and checked in on me frequently to ensure I wasn't waiting too long. Everyone in the store was very friendly and happy to answer my questions about various other topics while I waited. I was advised that the issue was likely software- not hardware- and could be resolved, but when I indicated hesitation about keeping a machine that had been problematic out of the box they were happy to exchange it for a new machine, provided I let them set it up and update it while I was there to ensure the issue didn't replicate. I had a lovely time talking games with Chris while the updates were installed, and left without any resentment at having spent my lunch break resolving my computer issues.
Great experience! Bought a Sp3 pro online and it didn't work unfortunately, bought it in to see if they could swap it out before i went on vacation, SWAPPED IT!!! People say this store sucks,YA right! You guys must be on that crappy apple grind. Make the switch
The staff was terrific, I bought a laptop which unfortunately froze and died within the first three weeks. I brought it in and they quickly replaced it with a new one. Best way to understand and appreciate the quality of customer service is when things go wrong. I give them very high marks!!
Great store, staff is very helpful.
What a HORRIBLE store. I walked in, there were about 20 employees standing around. One of them asked me if I need help, I tell them I need to return something. He takes me back to the counter and fumbles around for about 5 minutes, then tells me he can't log in. Then he goes and has a nice conference with 5 other employees. Then some WEIRD dude comes over and logs in. He starts helping me. They he starts HACKING into his shirt. I think he is going to keel over and die. I was just thinking, "thank god he is over on the other side of the counter far away from me". Then he just randomly says "I have an appointment, I have to go. Someone else will help you now". Then he SHOOK MY HAND with his nasty germs. I wanted to burn my hand off after shaking his hand, and wish I was just a more rude human being. Then the THIRD person finally finishes my simple return. Then their printer broke! Now I am waiting on that. Finally after about 15 minutes I left. I was probably the only customer in the store. What a joke.
Bigoted employees. Never again.
The reason I gave Brett the store manager a high rating is because he was professional and polite and honored his job as a manager and made sure he gave us excellent customer service... he definitely went above and beyond..
Worst customer service I’ve ever had. My daughter has been in to try the virtual reality thing 5 times and even when they have no customers they deny her due to lack of employees. I would never purchase anything from this store again.
This store is interesting, i can see what they are going for but I feel it falls short. It's a little bit of an Apple Store knock off. The staff is helpful but not always trained the best. The selection changes so much it can be confusing when you can't find the computer you looked at a couple weeks ago.
Evan is awesome! Really informed and great customer service!
My surface pro was in for win 10 upgrade and was delivered two days late, my pc was promised for Aug 1 and now on Aug 4 they couldn't even give me a status, they don't have time and will call back. Guys, Apple is better than you because they usually beat their promise times and you get better customer service.
Very helpful. They helped fix my surface pro's battery
I have been to this store twice trying to get a resolution for my Surface Pro 3. There is a huge battery issue and they will do nothing to help, unless I pay them $450, because I am out of warranty. The first time I went I was told it was my fault the battery died because I kept it on the port and that 18 months is actually a good amount of time for the unit to work. The second time I went I was told that new technology comes out and it's not their fault the SP3 is not as good as the SP4. People are getting refurbished machines to replace their useless SP3's for free. One guy is getting it from the Park Meadows store - the Microsoft guy today said it could be because he made a big stink. This is terrible customer service and I'm not sure why anyone would want to buy a Microsoft product if they are only good for 18 months and this is their service when a customer comes in with an issue. If you are thinking about spending your hard earned money on a Microsoft product, please google "Surface Pro 3 Battery Degradation" and read about their products and how they treat their customers.
Outstanding service and a very clean, well designed store. Highly recommend.
I bought a laptop a year and half ago for almost $800. The trackpad stopped working, so I took it into this location. I was helped by Cullen and he opened up with “I am not a technician and will only be able to answer about 10% of your questions.” That was not so comforting to begin with. He then told me that my track pad issue was due to a hardware malfunction. And that it was cost me $450 to replace. I wasted an hour of my time to be told something I already knew & to still have a product that is broken due to THEIR issues. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I've been to this store several times and the employees have always been wonderful. I've noticed the place drawing a crowd lately. Microsoft is becoming trendy!?
They gladly replaced my keyboard free of charge after finding it faulty. Thanks for the quick fix!
Amazing!
Awesome experience. I had an accident with my new surface 3 but luckily I had purchased the Microsoft Complete plan. I brought it in and was taken care of right away. David was awesome and thanks to his efforts and the overall experience, any thought i may have had of switching to apple is long gone! Stop in, they'll take care of you.
Missed your appointment to do a simple pick up by half an hour?! Whoops, well we can't have you come in past 4 and all our techs are busy... (Looks over at the empty desk and two customers waiting to be helped)... The manager says "Sorrryyyyyyyy... Looks like you'll have to make an appointment for two day from now! Let me help you with that!" Yeah lady, I want to to drive back out here two days from now to pick up my laptop from your techs when they find time to come out from the back and let me sign the piece of paper. Microsoft might have a desk the size of a genius bar, but they sure don't know how to use it for consumer support or god willing anything else. Microsoft needs to get their costumer service priorities in check. Your door personnel is weak and unhelpful and incapable of understanding a simple pickup senario.
Great store, the employees are very quick and helpful.
Came in on a Saturday. ONLY concern was that I didn't have appointment. Didn't even ask what the issue was or if it could be handled quickly without appointment. Poor customer service and staffing. The Microsoft Store in South Coast is higher rated (I can see why)and I could have scheduled with in 5 minutes of logging on. I left the MV store, got online and scheduled an appointment at SC, and was being taken care of within 30 minutes. Big difference.
Very fun store. It has all your xbox needs
Guess I got the bad staffs when I visited. My Surface Go was swelling up and they told me they couldn't do anything. Unhappy with this response I took this to their online support and the person there was shocked that they didn't get me a replacement. Awful support, just go online if you need help.
Great new products, kids coding workshops, and great friendly service
Had a laptop issue, great staff. Took good care of us and fast too.
I took my Surface Pro 4 to get help today. The staff were amazing, and Mari (aka Illari) and Ryan went above and beyond to help me, even though they probably didn't have to. I was amazed at how badly some people treated them. Apparently people believe they are 'entitled' to a perfect experience with Microsoft Hardware, and have the right to disrespect the people trying to help them if they don't get it. Maybe these people didn't a have a Momma, who knows. I was impressed at how the staff diffused the situation and somehow kept a smile on their face. Microsoft is definitely not perfect, and Skynet will probably be successful in enslaving the human race because we were too busy patching our machines to stop it, but the MS staff at the Park Meadows did a great job at helping me get my Surface Pro up and running tonight. Thank you for everything.
Well you never want to go to the Microsoft store with a problem, but if do this is the one. Thank you food the help
Came in today with my boyfriend to ask about some tournament rewards he was supposed to get after a league tournament (a couple months ago that he called Microsoft and riot about many times). Riot told us to talk to the store and we came in to ask and. Some guy stationed in the front, named Matt, was beyond rude to us. I get that it was a Saturday and maybe busy but he literally said “I mean we can sit down and go through a bunch of stuff but I don’t want to” and we were so shocked at his unwillingness to help. He just kept telling us to speak with riot (even though riot specifically said it was never pushed through on Microsoft’s end). He rolled his eyes and was so mind knowingly rude to us even though we came in asking a simple question for help. Never experienced such awful customer service. We just wanted the earned reward that ensured. Please help (anyone but Matt) Thanks.
Great service. No nonsense staff . Walked in and out .
They were able to help me enough to tell me my Zune no longer has available batteries for replacement
I love the store but one time it took them 6 weeks to fix our computer
Nice and friendly
We had a good guy at first helping us out. but then the whole experience changed drastically after we had a guy named (Jonathan) helping us out. he has no customer service experience. He should probably need to work on a baseman by himself where there is no contact with people. His personality is annoying. Too bad Microsoft hires people like him!
So here I am still waiting for a legitimate response as to why my laptop that is still under warranty has not been fixed or replaced. August 3rd I took in store and was told it would take a couple of weeks to either repair or a new replacement. One week later the repair tech called me and said he had it and should be a quick fix and if not able to fix I would be given a new one within a week. So as I've been calling weekly patiently waiting all I'm told is that their waiting to here from Dell. I think it's probably lost honestly. How about someone at Microsoft pick up a phone and call them directly to find out just exactly where and the status of my laptop. It's not to much to ask of you to do your job and follow through completely with customer service. If you gave me the phone number I would track down and get verbal confirmation and for doing your job I wouldn't even charge you. 10 min later... So after finding a customer service number for Dell I received a solution well partially. .. Microsoft you are completely incompetent from support tech right to the store manager Aaron at Lone Tree. I was on the phone for 2 hours with Dell. Rudra (from Dell) from another country was able to track my laptop to Microsofts repair place here in the USA. Dell will be replacing a new laptop and will be shipped overnight red UPS. Thanks so much Rudra you were able to satisfy this customer and should get a raise for your excellent work to save this issue. Now I'm trying to reach Microsoft at the Lone Tree location in Colorado to speak again with manager Aaron but they can't even answer a phone correctly. I've been hung up on 3 times. I'll need the original broke laptop back so I can send to Dell. Let's see how long this will take. You SUCK Microsoft!
This is Microsoft’s response to the Apple Store and they have done their best to compete. The employees here are doing their best as well. They turned the corner when they came out with the SURFACE. NOW IM A FAN!
Microsoft, once you've given them your money, is not customer friendly, especially if you are a woman, but the Microsoft Store at Park Meadows is the WORST. NEVER shopping there again or using Microsoft any more.
Nice and well-stocked store. Informed technicians. Walked in, described my needs and was promptly helped by courteous and friendly staff. Got what I needed and was able to spend time with their offerings and experience their technology at my own pace. It's a great and well-managed store. Go check it out.
I have an xbox one that makes a horrible high pitch noise. I called in their response was, "we dont help people with original xbox ones." That's a very rude way to treat your customer especially when it's their console that is faulty. Very dissapointed
The staff are extremely helpful. I once got free help here for my laptop, and it worked. A lot of computers and accessories sold here.
Nice staff, very helpful.
Great job
The store is exceptional.. Amazing staff...everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable...the classes are fantastic
Neat place to shop if you have the money, employees very knowledgeable.
Marlow
Did in store pickup and I was in and out in minutes
Had to swap out my Surface Pro 4 which got dropped, thank god I bought the complete warranty! Entire exchange took less than an hour, Amy in tech was great.
Surface laptop is soo expensive despite that it was out a year ago.
It's a great place, they have a variety of Laptops and softwares; plus the staff are very friendly and helpful
Got kicked out for playing Kerbal Space Program
Confusing
Knowledgeable and polite people
-Called them to schedule an appointment because my Mom's computer was infected with a virus.
Not as busy as the Apple Store.
Great store, nice selection and a friendly staff AND the computers are relatively free of bloatware.
Professional and courteous employees. They let my little nephew play Halo 5 and helped set up everything! Thank you.
Best customer service ever!!! We spent over 500 here in one day but it was worth it I can't wait to go back it was a drive but its worth it
I'm 11 and in the coding class they have and all of the staff is very very friendly and helpful instead of telling me all of the pros on the new Xbox he told me the pros and cons love this place good job guys!
Better than Apple but still not professional for laptop questions. Being a sales, you at least should tell customers the major advantage for your product compared with the competitive ones.
On a busy Friday night I was still assisted immediately and given helpful advice and opinions to finalize my decision to buy a new laptop. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I came here on black Friday to get the Huawei MateBook X Pro (literally the best laptop ever right now) and although it was super busy, I was in and out in about 20min. They're sales floor employees were helpful and offered advice on accessories without pushing me into a sale. Plus... no tax.
If those employees are making minimum wage then they are overpaid. Those giving rave reviews are relatives or in need of meds. The staff is absolutely ignorant of anything in the store. It takes a consensus of three of them to give bad advice. Avoid this place like the plague. Buy your Windows products online; it will be faster, less expensive and more transparent.
Worst customer service I’ve ever had. My daughter has been in to try the virtual reality thing 5 times and even when they have no customers they deny her due to lack of employees. I would never purchase anything from this store again.

Bad customer service. Agents reply to a question I asked about cancel a order “ i can’t help. Cancel it . it’s not the end of the world “.
Very helpful. They helped fix my surface pro's battery

Nice
Amazing store
This is the best electronic store in the Mall. Just spend time to gain awareness on technology news. Free xbox gaming zone in, plus kids can enjoy steering to forza game which is outside the Microsoft store in the Mall. Although I consider the Surface laptops and tabs are expensive. Worth to visit on Thanksgiving to find exciting deals before buying elsewhere.
Very fun store. It has all your xbox needs
Always very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Great looking store. Rep that helped me on 6/7/2016 seemed like he was having a bad day, not willing to help. Gave one word answers and just seemed bothered. Microsoft has a long way to to go in order to catch up when it comes to customer service compared to Apple & Amazon. Ended up getting a MacBook Pro.
Microsoft, once you've given them your money, is not customer friendly, especially if you are a woman, but the Microsoft Store at Park Meadows is the WORST. NEVER shopping there again or using Microsoft any more.
Business Well Done!!!!

Anthony was amazing answering all of our questions concerning our tablet
This corporation is awful, they released an update that screwed up my xbox one original and told me there was nothing they could do, but are aware that the update had destroyed my console? I’d never ever support Microsoft again after my 10 years of loyalty to them as an xbox user!
I have an xbox one that makes a horrible high pitch noise. I called in their response was, "we dont help people with original xbox ones." That's a very rude way to treat your customer especially when it's their console that is faulty. Very dissapointed
Useless company. I have made reservation to get Samsung Note 10+ after I come from vacation with trade-in option and apparently the program has ended. They will not offer the same trade-in option because I was on vacation and came today to get phones swapped. Never trust them any more
Great producrs
Great customer service
Cullen was great, education is a great sales tool.
Beautiful store, staffed by friendly professionals who know their business, they find out what your needs are and take care of you immediately, much better than some other famous computer stores that let you wander around wondering how to get help.
In town for business and noticed that when using the pen on my surface pro 4 it was very inconsistent and poorly functioning. Brought it in and found the tip was broken, they offered to put a new tip on, but did not have anymore so they replaced the whole pen. Great customer service and saved me from having to spend another $100 on a pen.
Melanie helped me exchange my faulty keyboard, no questions asked. Took me about 2 min get in and get out, excellent service.
Great selection of clean laptops and good sales and service
Were no nice, arrogant guy. Asked for the new tablet and get mad with.my questions. Thanks.
I've bought 4 computers at this store--dumb me! But, in the past, the salesperson has always checked in my old computer with the new one for a transfer of data from old to new. Today, I was told the policy was that only a tech support person could do that and I would need to wait 4 hours for a 15 minute appointment. I live nearly an hour away and wasn't about to spend 4 hours waiting for someone to do what any sales person could have done. The manager was completely unhelpful. That's our policy was all she'd tell me. Very helpful salesperson, but after you've made your purchase, the customer service is awful.
Lots to offer but expensive
Kacey IS THE BEST!!! she was able to answer all of my questions and she even told me about classes that they offer for kids in the Summer. She teaches them right on site. Thanks Kacey! You're awesome!!
For some reason my online order wasn't processed properly. Jessica and Adam were extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely a good experience.
I am getting back into the workforce after a 14 year absence and felt that I needed to brush up on my Microsoft Office skills. I drove all the way to the Mission Viejo store from Irvine to find out how to sign up for the year-long training membership package. The associate with whom I spoke tried to show me on one of their laptops how to schedule an appointment, but the wifi didn't work. He finally got a second laptop up and running but the connection was so slow and I all I received was the spinning circle of death. I specifically asked him if I could sign up at home and pay for my session(s) online. I was given an emphatic yes. Needless to say, once I got home, I tried signing up for a personal training session. It would not accept my information and I was told via my online form that I had to go into a store to purchase a session. I was just there! I called the Mission Viejo store and verified what the online form had told me. I'm going to try a different store because if that is how they conduct their training sessions, I think I'll be better off playing around and re-learning it myself. No wonder I've been an Mac user these past 14 years . . .
Hugo is the boss!! David is fantastic!! Loyal Microsoft client for life!! You made my day and set me up for success. My Surface Note crashed (for the 2nd time) and was irreparable. They allowed me to recycle the device in exchange for a credit which was later applied toward my New Surface Book 2 i7!! I cannot be happier. Thank you to the entire staff for their persistent service.
Came in with computer problems and the staff was more than helpful. As the only full service store in Denver I do wish their inventory was stocked with the latest and greatest from Intel and not just last year's. Helpful staff though.
The store was nice, the format for trying to get customer service on a broken device was not ideal, nor was the proposed method of dealing with out of warranty computers
Terrible Service. Took my laptop purchased at microsoft store online and the tech couldn't even find my order in their system after 30 minutes (even though I could see it in my microsoft account). Tech never even looked at my laptop to see if she could help with the screen not turning on, just spent 30 minutes looking for my order. That's on top of another 40 minutes of wait to get an appointment in a nearly empty store at 3pm. Sales people have been great but the techs are clueless to say the least. The manager was no help either. I wish Microsoft would train its techs before pushing them on consumers.
I want to compliment the excellent support and patience of the rep I worked with yesterday. David was so knowledgeable, and knew all of the times to step in and take control, or to watch me independently try working out my own questions. Thank you for hiring such effective employees like David.
Absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. They ignore you if you won't make them money. Having an "appointment" doesn't mean jack. Hung up on purpose twice before finally picking up my call. Ignored while in the store.
Well stocked. Great service!
Great place to figure out your next laptop!
I went to Microsoft to inquire about the Note 10 phone. I was greeted quickly by Stefan who right away assisted us. Stefan was just great, enthusiastic, cheerful the whole time and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Matt was also really awesome even though we did hit a few technical snags along the way transferring data from one phone to another but he was able to assist and find solutions for data transfer. In addition Matt, provided some very helpful and useful advise. Matt went above and beyond and for that I'm grateful. All in all, a fantastic experience with Stephanie. I am very pleased with the patience they provided me and my boyfriend. I'm ecstatic with my new Note 10. Thanks to Microsoft and the entire store team for staying after hours!!!
When I ask about products, i did not feel welcomed from its staffs.
Was having a technical issue and they made it better right away. Microsoft knows how to treat customers right.
Made a purchase of an Xbox One controller that was marked 30 dollars off. I even asked an employee and they also said 30 dollars off. Without knowing I walked out, then I later looked at my receipt and saw I was charged the wrong price. I went back to the store to make it right. I talked with a rude employee saying that is was actually marked down to this certain price which was less. I then talked to the manager and he didn't make things right. He didn't honor the shown sale price. I then just returned the device and left. I'm very disappointed in the customer service. I will not be shopping here again. Apple has way better service and they make things right. They treat you with high quality unlike Microsoft's crappy service. I will not be shopping here again.
Taylor in tech support is wonderful!! She knows what she is doing, and is such a pleasant person. If I ever have issues with my Surface again, I will be requesting her.
Forever thankful for the excellent service at this store, especially RYAN!! My Surface got stuck in a boot loop & multiple "experts" told me it was shot & a clean wipe was all they could do, losing 6 years of photos. Ryan worked for 2 1/2 hours and somehow figured out a work around and saved everything. I can't thank him enough, highly recommend this store for any technical issues, they know what they're doing!!
Great service. Clean, attractive store. They fixed an unusual issue with my Microsoft Arc Mouse. Thanks.
Very slow service here. Only 1-2 techs working while there are multiple salespeople on the floor just walking around. I guess I expected more of Microsoft.
Very helpful staff, not pushy at all.
Lots of demo PC's and consoles.
In skies were awesome? Our computer had been attacked by ransom Ware and in a matter of 2 hours they were able to fix everything and Microsoft covered the cost of it as it was a company using their name that loaded the virus the computer. Absolutely worth the drive
Shipment statuses lie. Support is terrible. Buy in-store instead.
Very helpful with install MS 365
Nice place to resolve technical issues
Came in to return a defective device. Didn't know I had to make an appointment, but the staff squeezed me in. Was in and out in 15 minutes with a replacement device. Microsoft just got a loyal customer because of their staff, and not just their products.
I love this store. The computers from here are always better specs than this found at best buy and come with less junk software.
Manager Wayne and mark and Jason are awesome! This store makes being a PC owner fun again!
Best customer service experience I've ever had! Staff is amazing, friendly, and funny.
Great place to drop a few quid. Knowledge and friendly staff.
Helped me find what I needed to find and was kind and friendly.
I was disappointed with the Microsoft Store. I went in and asked about a "while supplies last" deal I saw online, and the website said it was "in stock" at this location. I asked the greeter if they had any, and he initially said, "We haven't carried any of those (the Surface Pro 5) for a while". My wife pressed him on it, and he checked with inventory, and they in fact had the product as advertised online. I bought it, and after I got home and doing a bit more research, wasn't what I really wanted. When I went back two days later to return it, an employee asked why I was returning it, and I said, "It's not what I expected" and I got a ride response of "Well, what did you expect?" and a "Did you try it out in the store?" All this to be said, I was looking for a laptop replacement, and the Surface Pro did not meet my needs or expectations, and I didn't know that yntil after I got home. For a bit of uncertainty, I feel like I was condescended as a customer.
Such great service and knowledgeable staff. I have never had a store offer me water or soda while I waited. They answered all my questions to completion and were very friendly throughout.
Great technical service
Customer service was shotie at best. I expect more from a large conglomerate like these. Apple store have you beat
This store is incredible! Booked an appointment and they got me right in. Told me exactly what was wrong with my device and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Evan was great to work with and did a full diagnostic.
Microsoft, Make Windows better for Windows 9!!!!
This is the Microsoft's Flagship store inside The Shoppes at Mission Viejo Mall. You can try out all the Microsoft gear including the Surface and Xbox line. They also have STEM classes that requires registration but most are free. We really like the ambiance and setup of the stuff they sell. Very clean and professionally setup and Managed. The staff is very courteous and are not Pushy salespeople seen in other stores. Always fun to visit the Microsoft store.
Very friendly and informative, although not all staff told the same story. No pressure to buy, but appropriate recommendations about best options for my computer use patterns.
They opened their doors early today in order to get ahead of the rush. The store was clean and efficiently laid out. The staff was quick, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Great experience!
Purchased a laptop at a better price then bestbuy!
Had the BEST experience yesterday! Set an appointment to consult about a cracked screen and battery that would no longer charge on my Surface Pro 4. Jacob easily explained my options for swapping mine out for a like refurbished unit and was extremely helpful in guiding me through the steps of ensuring my One Drive had synced all of my files successfully. I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided and the competence level. I'll gladly recommend and come back for future needs.
Staff was very helpful and able to get my surface back up and running again in a timely fashion. Would recommend!
Poor customer service. I recommend Bestbuy and their Geek Squad for service.
Amazed at how well the staff treats you even if you are not a buyer.
Very helpful tech guy answered my questions about the Surface computers.
This is a great team of helpful Microsoft nerds. A+ customer service at this location. Awesome gear, much in stock, signature edition laptops free of bloat. Great place to stop in, see new technology hands on.
Great place to see what's new in the MS.
There are several things we wanted to look at and try out in this store, however when we finally were able to get one person to help us, he informed us he wasn't even actually able to help and that someone else in the store would have to do so but they were tied up with another customer. After wandering around for about 30 minutes waiting to be able to look at a piece of tech in the store, we finally gave up and left
Have had problems with my Surface Book for several weeks and had talked to Microsoft about getting it replaced. Set up an appointment to check it out, but they had no replacement units in any of their Colorado stores. I also checked to see the trade in value and was shocked to hear my five month old laptop dropped in value by 80%!
I had a Surface Book whose power button was jammed, so I couldn’t get the device on. I walked in and was told I’d need to wait 2.5 hours to see a technician, but the guy told me I could hear back to see if on the off chance someone was available to help at that moment. David was able to help me right away and took less than 15 minutes to figure out my issue and get me a warrantied replacement. This was my first time in this store, I was so relieved they were able to assist me right away and David was extremely friendly and helpful.
Pretty neat store store.
Great products and very professional service.
Great store with nice employees.
My son wanted to try the new game on the hall display and the sales person comes out and tells him that it's broken, meanwhile he lets the other people try it??
Were no nice, arrogant guy. Asked for the new tablet and get mad with.my questions. Thanks.
Amazing customer service and staff! I used to be an apple guy and they were never that awesome! These folks go above and beyond.
Lots to offer but expensive
Its the Microsoft store, you can mess with all the computers and stuff there.
For some reason my online order wasn't processed properly. Jessica and Adam were extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely a good experience.
Great place very knowledgeable
Well stocked. Great service!
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff
Todo limpio y organizado. Te atienden amablemente y despuestos a ayudar
Friendly and helpful staff
Nicer than the Apple store
Amazing staff, techs, and top-notch customer service from the associates.
Good spot to try out new Microsoft products. You can buy and exchange your old gaming console.
Thanks.
Very well kept store
Very slow service here. Only 1-2 techs working while there are multiple salespeople on the floor just walking around. I guess I expected more of Microsoft.
Very helpful staff, not pushy at all.
Lots of demo PC's and consoles.
They need more video games and accessories (xbox1)
Good experience .. nice executives who help a lot and serve u well
Had to do a return and exchange. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was mad when I went in and very happy when I left. They seem to genuinely care about the customer.
Very helpful with install MS 365
The techs are amazing. The customer services is just wonderful. I cannot tell you enough how wonderful everyone is that works in this store. The staff here is just truly amazing. 100% above and beyond.
Manager Wayne and mark and Jason are awesome! This store makes being a PC owner fun again!
Best customer service experience I've ever had! Staff is amazing, friendly, and funny.
Helped me find what I needed to find and was kind and friendly.
Horrible company, forcing people to upgrade to Windows 10. Often resulting in lost data or time. Awful. You should all be ashamed to work for a company that does this to people.
I was disappointed with the Microsoft Store. I went in and asked about a "while supplies last" deal I saw online, and the website said it was "in stock" at this location. Great technical service
I have had amazing customer service at the store and over. I find that all technicians have been very supportive. My first educational class with Chelcie was so very helpful, and she was so incredibly patient with me, as well as excited to teach me so much about my Surface Pro 4computer.
Nothing but Greatness out of this store. Staff is so supportive and patient for us "not so techie" folks! Thanks Windows crew at Christiana for always offering such amazing service!
Customer service was shotie at best. I expect more from a large conglomerate like these. Apple store have you beat
Computer issues can make anyone a cranky-pants but Microsoft handles it with ease. I brought in a laptop which I assumed had viral issues to the point of not being able to log in. But they were able to recover my data, diagnosed a corrupt harddrive, reformatted, reinstalled and could have got me going again for $49. I caved and bought their service plan for the next year so I can take it back and say fix it without being charged.
It's an ok store, the faculty are nice people.
I purchased a Surface Pro 6 and keyboard. It is a nice product.
I have problem with surface battery and no buddy help me with this issue, believe me The surface pro 4 battery doesn't stand more than 1:45 mins. Don't buy it at all. It looks good, but the battery is very bad. customer services is very poor and don't have any experience how to deal with people. I will get beck to Apple products.
Had the BEST experience yesterday! Set an appointment to consult about a cracked screen and battery that would no longer charge on my Surface Pro 4. Called Stored Representative for the trade in deal for IPHONE, If I buy Microsoft Surface. She informed you might not get 200$ as advertised, but come in we will check phone and let you know the price. I drove 25 miles to the store in bad traffic to find out my Iphone will be trade in around 12$.
Staff was very helpful and able to get my surface back up and running again in a timely fashion. Would recommend!
Good products

Nice staff. Knowledgeable for questions asked.
Great products and very professional service.
Electronics warranties are a bit of a scam.
Great store! My surface tablet malfunctioned during a regular update. The employees at the store were able to fix it, reset the device, and reinstall the update (quickly too). They were all exceptionally friendly and reassuring as well. I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend to others!
In store the help is awesome! I called to ask a few questions and I got the most depressing sounding person ever. I kinda want to give him a hug! Buck up dude!
Too many kids playing fortnite
Love the store games
Everyone was amazing and helped me with what I needed it awesome everyone was very useful and nice.
Good selection of products, great layout for trying out games, knowledgeable staff for the most part, lots of stations to try products
Ha, stores got so much to do in it, and lines are short, technology is better then apple and the tech staff is friendly. Only suggestion I have is better more updated class equipment, did notice the 2 Dell systems in the store were i7 7gen series chips and the new i7 8gen series chips are out. Also noticed the graphics cards on 5 computers were 1050 or 1060 which is also low budget. Other wise great store with great people
This was a good, no pressure experience. The sales associate was helpful and made some recommendations which I eventually followed. I didn't make a purchase from this store as I was really going to research the various Surface products available, but I feel I made a more informed decision by researching here first. The store prices were competitive and it's helpful to be able to play with the electronics before you buy it. Especially with the advances in technology, you can't really be sure about what to expect. I was worried the Surface Pro 6 keyboard would be flimsy and disconnect all the time and I am happy to say this isn't the case. I couldn't be happier with my new SP6!
Fantastic service, really nice people. Easily the best experience I've ever had at a Microsoft store.
They are always helpful!
Went in with a problem on my computer that I bought this past year at the Microsoft Store. I was not pleased with my experience. The associate that I was supposed to work with had no ideas about how to fix my problem except to tell me to reset my computer. He was rather dismissive and insisted that I was wrong about how my computer updated itself to 8.1. I am rather astute about updates, researching problems, etc. my impression was that he just figured I didn't know what I was talking about. He then said he had other customers and walked away without so much as a thank you or sorry I couldn't help you. I got home and found that there is a registry error on my computer that he never even checked out...the error came up plain as day when I clicked on Adobe.
Twice I traveled to this store, asked the same pre-sales question. They said they would take my info and have a tech call me. The second time I spoke to the manager, stating he would ensure a call back ("this is unusual"). Not one follow up. I tried calling the store 4 times on different days, and was on perpetual hold, and now I have finally given up. Not worth the effort, bought another product. Gave them 2 stars since the store staff was marginally helpful on other technical questions and were pleasant to deal with, even though their follow through was poor.
Nice selection of computers and friendly staff.
GM that runs the store is terrible. would not go again stay away
Model 3 is so fancy!
Left my docking station for my 15 inch surfacebook 2 and when I called they couldn't find it or give me a used on as a replacement. Pretty sad.
Unfortunately the Microsoft Store in Broomfield closed its doors, I had to travel about an hour to get to this location. It was worth it. I was extremely frustrated with my SurfaceBook and the battery issue I was having. Jordan initially I'm sure was not the biggest fan of me
Never ever again will I give a dime to Microsoft. I bought their 2 year warranty and they refused to honor it.
The saleslady was very nice..I especially enjoyed the employee in woman's coats .
This store is wonderful. It embodies everything that Microsoft stands for. I always get quality service and they spend the time necessary to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this store and its staff. Come to Microsoft store you will not be disappointed.
Customer service exceptional! I was having a bad day, just thought things were going to get worse. I walked into the store and the random act of kindness that one of the employees did really made my entire week. This really made me want to show the same kindness to someone else, and I plan to pass it on. Thanks again Microsoft team!
We purchased a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 for our daughter while she was a student at CU Boulder. Just a month or so past her warranty, the device suffered a major hardware failure and would not start up. We left the tablet at this store and several days later, we were told that it could not be repaired and the data could not be recovered. Apparently, this is a common problem with these devices. Our daughter went back to the store to learn what her options were and asked to speak with a manager. After waiting for an hour and 50 minutes, the manager would not replace the defective device. She was required to purchase another one (although it was a slightly reduced price), it only came in a 90 day warranty. This was clearly a hardware failure and Microsoft and this store really don't stand behind their poorly made, poor quality products.
Try it before you buy it, very knowledgeable employees.
Love this store. My kids had fun just looking around, playing Fortnite and minecraft. It is a very nice environment to showcase Microsoft products. They seem to know who their customer is.
Customers beware! First, I really wanted to love this store and hoped it would be the PC equivalent to the Apple Stores. But like most things that Microsoft touches, it just "doesn't work". Here is my story and why I won't recommend this particular Store. I purchased a new HP Touchscreen from the Mission Viejo store just 12 months back. I eagerly signed up for their Signature & Premium Tech extended service plan. Several months back, I got all excited with Windows 8 & went onto Microsoft's official site to download Windows 8 Preview. If you recall, Microsoft heavily hyped Windows 8 & encouraged their users to give it a "test drive". I did just that. Although I really liked the Preview, I couldn't seem to remove it off the partition that I had installed it on. I called the MV store, explained what I did, & the customer service rep on the phone told me to bring in my desktop and they would be happy to help. When I got to the MV Store & explained again what I did, they looked at me with horror & said they will NOT touch my machine. They said that I voided their service Plan. I explained that I just spoke to someone & they indicated it could be resolved. They said they didn't care & would NOT touch it as I had completely voided the warranty and service Agreement! Really? They were extremely rude & when I got a little upset, they simply smiled (actually laughed) and told me in so many words, too bad. I told them I would never purchased another Microsoft product & as I was exiting the store, I heard two of the employees laughing and wished me "a good day". At an Apple Store, the Customer is always right & Apple employees are trained never to contradict a customer & to be polite. At Microsoft's Stores, the customer is assumed to be an idiot and they enjoy mocking & making fools of their customers. I will never step into this store again. I will never purchase any Microsoft product.
They are good to sell offer their products but to solve the problems of customers with their computers only have a technician and you have wait hours is ridiculous for a company like microsoft.
Nice store, helpful staff, and hands on demos.
Deplorable customer service from the chat to the store. Had problems with my PC, spoke to 4+ Tier 2 techs and finally spoke with a Microsoft Surface Support representative who stated that because my laptop was under warranty all I had to do was come to the store at my appointment time and swap out my laptop. When I arrive at the store, they have no record of my need for the exchange. The representative in the store said they had no notes about me exchanging it under warranty and essentially made me sit here while they "corroborated" my story. The representative at the store was more confrontational than helpful. I eventually got a replacement, but my question is, how does one of the most profitable technology companies in the world not have a streamlined process to keep records of contacts with their customer service departments. Additionally, why is the system not integrated to be accessible on different customer contact points. The transcripts are recorded somewhere, just not in a way that is easy to acces nor in a way that makes the process easy on the customer. Additionally, other employees were playing video games instead of helping clients. The overall nonchalant, apathetic, condescending and impersonal attitudes permeated the atmosphere in the store. Absolutely horrible experience!
Nice store the appointment was right on time but the diagnostic was poor. My surface pro WiFi was not working. Technician told us the WiFi card was dead and needed auxiliary or new device. Geek squad fixed easily as Wifi card was not bad. Very disappointed ☹️
This is the only REAL Microsoft store in the entire state! The other 2 locations in Denver are both just kiosks. I went here to make a return and the staff was extremely helpful. Ryan took care of me and was very quick about it as well. Can't recommend this store or company more, I was able to return an item I bought with a gift card and was given back real world money. These guys are the best!
These people are the best. Make an appointment and have all of your questions ready.
This is more a review for anyone who would ever think about defecting to Apple. My daughter has an I phone and when we purchased it we bought Apple's careplus package. What a complete joke! Goes like this: Phone breaks and we call Apple. Apple says that the warranty doesn't show up. We explain that we have a receipt that indicates we have a warranty. Oh, in that case just come down to the store and we will take care of everything. Now we drive to the store and get greeting by a gentleman who takes my name and tells me it going to be about 10-15 minutes before someone can help us. His job is to just "log" us in. About 8 minutes go by and the same guy comes back and ask's how he can help us. I then proceed to tell him what the Apple people told us and he has be hold on. We go back and forth for about 15 minutes and then he finally tells me that I need to make an "appointment" with an Apple Genius. I ask for a Manager who makes me wait for another 10-15 minutes and then he goes into the same story and reminds me that he knows how to manage his store and for me to "understand" the robotic process (robotic is my words). After being very frustrated I finally see that I am going to get nowhere and decide to leave. Just before we leave another robot informs the manager that a "Genius" can help us. Thank God! We walk over to the Genius Bar and now everything is going to be okay, right? NOT I now have to re explain the entire process and he informs me that "Apple Care" is now closed and he cannot get an approval until tomorrow. He promises me though that he will call me FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. It is now 2:38PM...I'm still waiting. To add insult to injury last night the "manager" tells me that once we get to the "Genius" bar that it only takes about 10 minutes to exchange phones. Oh, just for the record, while it may sound like I am being a pompous South County yuppie...I never raised my voice and remained professional. Apple needs to make some major changes. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. Trust me....STICK WITH MICROSOFT:)
Staff was very collaborative in helping to solve my problem. Friendly and helpful, too. Huge store and a busy place, so make an appointment. Sandra and Jenny were delightful to work with. A long drive, but worth it for face to face assistance.
Wow, had a great experience with Microsoft's Christiana store. I have an old Pentium which I did not want to give up. These guys did a superlative job to get it up and running, for a very reasonable cost. For those living in the greater Delaware area, my comment would be that this store is a great resource for fixing computer glitches. I got more than what expected. thanks !!
Problem fixed, great service, very informative, very impressed.
I was disappointed in the customer service at this store. We drove 45 minutes on the advice of our local “kiosk” store to get an Xbox looked at. We had a tech appointment, during which the technician did not even attempt to diagnose our issue. He just said he’d swap it for a new version for $139. Then they did not have our version in stock, so he sent me BACK to our original store. Once we went back to the other location, they were suprised that we were not offered another version for a nominal charge, and also indicated that attempts at a fix could have been made. The Flatirons store was able to help swap device, and were much more helpful in the end despite the original instructions to drive so far afield.
Mari went above and beyond to help me with a recurring issue on a laptop I had recently purchased. Even though my purchase didn't go quite as planned and I ended up returning the laptop, she really embodied the spirit of customer service, making me much more likely to shop there and recommend this store to others in the future. I wish more companies, and people, were like this in this day and age - just do the right thing, and do right by people, the world will be better off for it. Thank you Mari!
I swear I don’t think I have ever had a worst customer experience at any retail store than I have encountered at this place. Zero customer service, no one even smiles, they are rude, and incredibly not helpful. I mean omg the difference between this and th service you get at an Apple store is night and day. If the heads of departments or company figures really care I invite you to call me or get in touch with me and I swear I swear I swear I can turn your business upside down for you. After 22 years of being in retail management I can tell you with accuracy who ever is in charge of customer service at Microsoft is not doing her or his job. Please take note of this :::: this is simply the result of someone just flat out not doing their job at a higher level than the untrained uninformed employees you have scattered around in your retail outlets and showrooms doing a job that they don’t even know what it entails and are hating what they do as we speak. Good luck guys .... lots of great ideas and innovation that’s going no where all because of a vision that is narrow and doesn’t include all aspects of doing business. You are so innovative but you can’t inovate in how to deal with people .... I mean commmmmon
downloaded google chrome on one of the laptops
Good service. Microsoft's profit margins far exceed so called greedy oil companies. Their products are better than Apple. Gmail better than Outlook.
Neat tech, lacked service
I got a replacement for Surface Book in 15 minutes!!! The team was just fantastic , very professional and nice! Thank you, Evan! Will come again. Cherry Creek Mall store must learn from this team how to help the customers .
Took forever to buy an item. Never received my receipt via email. Tried to call and get hold of a person at the store. On hold for 25 minutes before they hung up on me. Called back. Been on hold for another15 minutes and have just now got a person. Complete joke.
Friendly service and a lot of options to choose from. The only thing over priced is the video games. Other than that its fun to go in and try some of the tech.
It's a lot like the Apple Store but not quite as Appleish. What I saw more than anything were a bunch of kids playing video games on the computers. They might need to think about a balance between an average customer like me wanting to take a look at their merchandise and the kids who won't give up the machines so the can learn the latest Fortnight dance.
A great store. The people here are nice and helpful. I had them look at a Microsoft product I had that wasn't working and it went well. They weren't able to fix it or do anything about it but the experience didn't make me feel bad. This is how a store experience should be. I would recommend this store
Excellent customer service!
Great company, excellent service. Every time i go to this location, they take care of my needs. This time i chaged my surface pro 4 to 5, without paying a penny, all covered with my warranty.
Chain of recordings that don't know what they're doing. Trying to fix a problem from MS forced update. This is a work computer! You Suck Microsoft!!!!!!!!!
The only reason why I go to that terrible mall is this place. The staff is knowledgeable and because everyone fanboys on Apple garbage it's not ever top busy. They host some gaming tournaments which is a pretty cool place to do such and they have VR (MR) to demo.
I purchased a Surface Pro 3 and an LG ultra-wide (curved) monitor. It was the smoothest experience one could expect. The staff was friendly and took the time to process my student discount on the hardware as well and show of the 3D printer in the store. Amazing store experience. Friendly staff.
This place is the coolest store in the mall hands down. I can spend all day in there trying all the rad computers and gadgets. Plus the Microsoft employees definitely know how to treat people who come into the store. I recently had a problem with my laptop so brought in and 15 minutes later I was walking out with new laptop for free (due to me participating in the Microsoft challenge) not to mention as I waited they offered to bring me coffee, soda or water. The best part if the store is the virtual reality headset you can demo for free.
I have the one year plan for the personal training. The staff has been vey courteous, helpful and patient! It is the best value in town!! I have learned so much. I inform my friends that this is the way to go for help with the computer!!! 5 stars for this store!!
Always friendly and above average knowledge on many areas of all Microsoft Products! I have never been disappointed when making an appointment for help. Do yourself a favor and take their FREE classes, use their tech support and enjoy your computer again!
They really encourage hands on.
Awesome customer service
Very helpful fixing my computer
Love the Surface!
Had a warranty issue. Brought it in, had a little wait but was offered water as I sat. I worked with Jenny. It was a great experience. she saw my surface had died due to hard drive failure. Got it replaced, hassle free! Thanks Jenny!
Scratched my computer
worked with Ryan to fix my x-box. EXCELLENT customer service! Exceeded my expectations
They get to you pretty quick
They are really accommodating to their guests and customers. I sometimes go there for their ASUS gaming arena. They provided drinks and gaming material of the like. There was a really cantankerous lady the other day, but despite that they still served her with help. The service isn't deadpan or feign like other stores. The staff is relatively young a lively. They we're very fun to hangout with. I'd recommend checking out this stores events, will bring my friends again in the future. The exuberant staff and professionalism of the entire store really interested me.
Very great help. My windows crashed and I wanted some help, the man walked me through the process of how to do a windows recovery to fix my computer. Very great staff.
Spent about $3,000 on a brand new Surface less than 2 months old and the surface pen tip broke. They would not cover it under warranty. And they would not let me return the pen for an exchange for a new one either. And I drove 2 hours to get to this store. Way to go Microsoft good job taking care of your business customers just to save a couple of dollars in parts
Purchased $200 Xbox headphones for my son from this store. They stopped working within the first year and (realizing the return policy of this store had passed) I attempted to follow the manufacturers warranty process. The instructions provided in the product led to a dead end to obtain a return authorization form. Then (hoping Microsoft would stand behind a product they sold) I called the store to let them know the problem and to ask if they would return/exchange. Even after explaining my problem to them all they said was “you need to contact the manufacturer directly” even though I explained very clearly this was made impossible by the manufacturer. Such disappointing service. It’s no wonder apple is eating them for lunch...
Don’t waste your time with Park Meadows store. Terrible customer service. Better off going to Best Buy or other electronic outlets.
We bought our son a Surface Pro 4 for college and it died just out of warranty. Took it to the Microsoft Store in Park Meadows Mall to see what if anything could be done. Ryan K was outstanding and extremely knowledgeable about the Surface Pro products. He performed some quick checks and was able to get us a replacement Surface Pro. This was the best experience I have ever had. Microsoft absolutely stands by their great products and have earned a customer for life! I can't forget to add a great review for the folks that greet customers when they enter the store. Spoke with one member on the phone the night before going up to the store and she was extremely helpful and got me set up for my appointment. I arrived early because traffic was actually bearable on the I-25 and the member who met me at the entrance was actually able to cancel my original appointment time and get me in early. This was the best.
Got my laptop serviced by the service desk here. Make an appointment and it's very simple to get in and be helped. Allison was the best employee I've ever worked with!
Bait and switch!! Beware “John Paul”... worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a Microsoft store. High pressure robotic management (like a used car dealer), no interest in serving customers.
Horrible experience. I won't be shopping here again. This is a perfect example of why big box stores are taking over and it's really a shame.
Everytime I go I learn something. Staff is always super courteous. Explain things clearly
Great store and knowledgeable help for training with patience for older folks.
The best
Fantastic atmosphere AND customer service! I'll be coming back here for sure! Standard Microsoft prices but a TON of diversity in products!
Had a problem with my SurfaceBook. They looked, replaced with no issue. It was either under the warranty (bought three months ago) or maintenance plan. Noy sure, but efficient process, which helps since it's a work day.
Very helpful courteous and fast
It's sad here. More employees than customers in the store.
very nice n quite expensive stuff n u can try or play games demos
In store the help is awesome! I called to ask a few questions and I got the most depressing sounding person ever. I kinda want to give him a hug! Buck up dude!
He
Too many kids playing fortnite
Loved it
Respectful and helpful employees I found everything I needed there
No staff hovered but they could have been more attentive. Wanted to buy a Xbox One coins card, and we had to initiate a look of being done and ready to check out. These computer based stores now don't have a noticeable cashier area.
Other wise great store with great people
Beware when bringing your computer in for assistance. Even after asking for files to be backed up, and paying for it, they wiped my hard drive. (Thankfully I had my own independent backup). They were otherwise helpful in fixing my Windows 10 installation issues.
When discussing the store and not what they sell, this location goes above and beyond to assist with any issues I might be having, short of giving me my money back for a device that has given me problems for a while. I don't want to involve my bad experiences with Surface devices since they aren't relivant to the review of the store. The store is great: -Good service. -On-time assistance -Respectful employees
Too much Fortnite
Nice selection of computers and friendly staff.
The staff was not helpful at all and don't care if you are having issues. They didn't even know how to use their system to swap a device. Had to call the 1-800 number because we bought a device from Microsoft online and it just stop working after a month I was told we would get a new one because it was under warranty. Go to the store and the sales rep called me a liar and said they don't carry new ones in the store only refurbished. So instead of them calling their corporate office to check they just told me to call them and didn't want to help.i also watched them try helping two others on problems with their devices and they couldn't even help them out. When I asked for the supervisor that ran that area they told me I already talked to the manager and there is nobody else just call the 1-800 number. Good luck to whoever goes there because obviously their stores are only ran by employees with no management skills or customer service or they don't care they already got your money when you bought the device.
Model 3 is so fancy!
Excellent Service...
I ordered a pc with Office Professional. The one they gave me just had Office. It was clear that I ordered Professional. They will not refund me for the Office, and I must pay an additional $400 to get Professional. They were quite rude when they told me this. I am returning the PC, which was a Dell, and I will buy another brand. I will never ever buy a Surface, as this company just screwed me.
Good
Microsoft store is amazing! Also very nice and very kind staff!!! Very professional and very helpful!!!
Left my docking station for my 15 inch surfacebook 2 and when I called they couldn't find it or give me a used on as a replacement. Pretty sad.
Apple or Android yes
Unfortunately the Microsoft Store in Broomfield closed its doors, I had to travel about an hour to get to this location. It was worth it. I was extremely frustrated with my SurfaceBook and the battery issue I was having. Jordan initially I'm sure was not the biggest fan of me
Surface laptop is soo expensive despite that it was out a year ago.
Great personal attention and tech services along with their sales
Never ever again will I give a dime to Microsoft. I bought their 2 year warranty and they refused to honor it.
The saleslady was very nice..I especially enjoyed the employee in woman's coats .
Awesome experience. Sales Persons were VERY knowledgeable and let me play with nearly everything in the store. Could spend HOURS here!!!!!
Friendly service, and got me on to my New Surface 3, really quickly.
Great experience. Have bought from them twice and I will continue to do so. Bought a computer recently, when they rang it up it was a higher price than the website but I showed them their website and they changed the price no question.
Super helpful and friendly staff!
BIG variety
I love my Surface laptop. My csa way super helpful. They got me set up very quickly. The only drawback is that the store in the mall, a gun free zone. Commercial areas that are gun free constitute 42% of all all active shooter events since 2001. I felt at risk the whole time I was there. Thankfully I do the rest of my shopping elsewhere.
Good store, great deals
Nice store, helpful staff, and hands on demos.
(Translated by Google) The place is fun for the kids and the staff are very helpful (Original) المكان ممتع للاطفال والموظفين متعاونين جدا
Staff was very collaborative in helping to solve my problem. Friendly and helpful, too. Huge store and a busy place, so make an appointment. Sandra and Jenny were delightful to work with. A long drive, but worth it for face to face assistance.
Problem fixed, great service, very informative, very impressed.
They only get 4 because the latest update bricked my surface pro. Aside from that they were very nice
Thank you Mari!
downloaded google chrome on one of the laptops
Good service. Microsoft's profit margins far exceed so called greedy oil companies. Their products are better than Apple. Gmail better than Outlook.
I got a replacement for Surface Book in 15 minutes!!! The team was just fantastic , very professional and nice! Thank you, Evan! Will come again. Cherry Creek Mall store must learn from this team how to help the customers .
Minecon event was great for the kids
Actually, they stand behind thier hardware. Thumbs way up for them having a retail location.
I live Michaelsoft
A great store. The people here are nice and helpful. I had them look at a Microsoft product I had that wasn't working and it went well. They weren't able to fix it or do anything about it but the experience didn't make me feel bad. This is how a store experience should be. I would recommend this store
Service tech Mike was very nice and gave us excellent service.
Friendly staff.
always busy, helpful staff

Have driven a pretty good distance to the store more then once. have NEVER been disappointed with the staff and service. I find them much more down to earth and willing to do whatever it takes to solve the problem then the folks at the Apple store. The only down side I can come up with is there is not store closer to me.
These guys are pretty cool I guessssss ;)
Fantastic atmosphere AND customer service! I'll be coming back here for sure! Standard Microsoft prices but a TON of diversity in products!
Short wait time. No condescension for a simple fix.
Nini, ni una cosa ni la otra!! Prefiero BEST Buy!!!
