Amazing place

As a freshman last year I was very scared at what my college experience might be like. However, the quality of King's, not only as a college but a place to grow and form relationships with other students and faculty is great! I'm getting a great education and making friends for life. Love it!

I have heard from multiple graduates that they are underemployed. The alumni network gets you crummy sales jobs. The SAT scores are low. The kids are anti-intellectual. The school is good for accounting and nursing. That's it.

Everyone at Kings is so welcoming and extremely amicable to deal with except the Financial Aid department. They are very rude and belittling, it makes it extremely difficult to answer questions I have about my financial aid, not to mention they have lost my paperwork 3 times. Honestly, I could do a better job if I sat behind that desk. I would greatly appreciate if their attitude improved because their hostility and incompetence is not helpful in a college environment.

King's has done so much for me already. They seek potential rather than lack there of. They are in it for the students and their success. Truly a pleasure rooming with my best friend as well :)

I highly recommend that you double think your choice of college; particularly if you are planning to be in King’s College’s PA program. Most professors, counselors, and advisors are useless and practically make people drop out of the program. I’ve known students who have had deaths in the family and when they asked if they could skip a test during that time period and make up for it at a different time were given a ultimatum of either taking the test or receiving a 0. Last semester, Fall 2018, the 3rd years of the PA program were told that they accepted too many people and didn’t have enough seats in the graduate portion of the program so the ones with the lowest gpa’s will be deferred until the next year despite meeting the program’s qualifications. Also, there have been instances where students have come back into the program after failing out even though that is technically not allowed except under very few circumstances, which was not the case with those students. I could go on and on about the misgivings about King’s college but that would take me days to write so I suppose this will have to do for now. Also, the food is awful and not worth the money, you’re better off making your own meals.
