This Coffee Shop is classified in the category of Coffee shop.
They changed the place and expanded. However, they really need to have wifi in the store. Overall, the experience was nice
World class coffee at a world class price. The blends offered here vary based on availability but a knowledgeable staff will assist you on your coffee voyage. Espresso is top notch 3.5$. probably some of the best I've had. Drip coffee is $5 a cup one size fits all. Can be shared.
I have been to Blue Bottle Coffee locations in various cities from Shinjuku to San Francisco. I always make sure to visit as their quality is uniformly good, and this location maintains those high standards. My go-to drink is their latte, and the one at this location was just perfect. Highly recommend visiting this or other locations around the city!
The tables and seats were everywhere, not organized and not clean. The staffs didn’t seem to care either. Cold brew was average, matcha latte was good.
Great coffee and vibe. Not too crowded by NYC standards.
Great coffee, well made, staff were super helpful and friendly. Definitely one for the regular list
Very clean. Delicious coffee. Great fast service.
Delicious coffee, however slightly overpriced in my opinion if you compare it to other offerings in close proximity. Also tried a cookie which was a bit of a bummer. Overall, a cute place with extremely friendly staff though!
I love Blue Bottle Coffee. Great Coffee!
Coffee was luke warm at best, hot chocolate barely tasted of chocolate. Shame.
Great coffee!!! The staff was friendly and the location is optimal for tourist.
I paid $8 for a cup of El Salvadoran drip coffee. Totally worth it. (They have less expensive stuff for sure!) My friend had a cappuccino and said it was by far the best he's ever had.
Best coffee and chocolat croissant in the world!
I like this place very much. It is the sensible alternative to Starbucks.
Coffee is very good, cappuccinos are delicious. With that said, price is as to be expected, takes awhile to make drinks, and it always seems to be hot in there.
Great pour over.
A small place but packed with business people on their lunch break . All coming in for a good cup of authentic coffee to keep them awake for the afternoon. The coffee was strong but excellent . They make it to perfection and measure the exact amount . It’s an acquired taste for all the coffee lovers .
Bloody lovely!
Just Amazing Nice staff.
Delicious cold brew and nice clean place.
Probably the best coffee NYC has to offer.
Hard to find under the Rockefeller center, but the staff is friendly (even for a busy spot) and the coffee is usually excellent
Delightful macaroon. And the Kenyan pour over was nothing to scoff at either. Great find.
Kenya pour over was good not great. While the flavor was bright and acidic the mouth feel was watery and the aftertaste not ideal. I'm hoping this is an anomaly and not representative of Nestle's impact on this great coffee brand.
love hand drip
I was really bummed when I had heard that Handsome Roaster is over and Blue Bottle takes over but when I finally had the chance to visit, it did not disappoint. Delicious specialty coffee (if you never drank it without sugar, it's time to try it here), great staff. Gets busy but worth the wait.
World class coffee but little pricey. The service is great. Usually always have wait for minutes to order and to get your coffee.
It's the best thing to come out of San Francisco since medical marijuana! They serve up an amazing New Orleans Iced Coffee infused with a bit of sugar & a lot of chicory! The line moves fast, the treats are tasty & the drip coffee is a hit day or night! The granola is a weekly favorite of mine served in a ball jar or by the 1/2 lb. Great location below 30Rock adjacent to the ice rink means I can get my caffeine fix pre, post or during my work day.
Great coffee. The scone they serve however is too salty. No place to work or sit
Good coffee; however, if I say "to stay", it should be in ceramic cup.
Perfect coffee! Nice people serving you <3
Best coffee in the city.
Great!
Nice place to have a drink after viewing the memorial.
The Japanese style cold brew is so good!!! I wish it wasn’t a limited time item. All the rest of their coffee is great and it’s the best coffee shop in the neighborhood
Great coffee underneath the NBC studios.
The coffee shop is great. The coffee is good and tasty and the views are great to the World Trade Center area. Totally worth a visit.
Fantastic. Warm atmosphere and nice smell. I even thought they are baking. Also coffee tastes perfect
Velvety flat white made our day beneath the Top of the rocks. Helpful staff who know their stuff. You can buy coffee beans here too.
Excellent coffee and friendly service. As a tourist with a large and chaotic family and slow to order, they handled us as valuable customers, not a nuisance blocking the line from the grumpy regulars, which we were. The New Orleans is delicious and refreshing.
Blue Bottle coffee is fantastic and have very high standards in the coffee scene. Unfortunately this location doesn’t live up to the expectations. After staying around this area for a couple of weeks this was my go to Coffee in the mornings. Some employees are rude and have an attitude problem,Baristas are slow and there’s inconsistency, this staff doesn’t meet the standard for services industry. Work somewhere else if you don’t like your job,or be respectful to customers who support your company.
Ok, long wait.... I'm a Starbucks guy
Great coffee
Cool spot.
just......so......slow. The coffee is good, but the service is the slowest service in the city, and the place is completely empty right now. it’s like watching people working casually in slow motion.
So insanely overpriced I went into deep debt after ordering an iced coffee. Have to sell a kidney on the black market to get it all back. Also quite bitter... Me AND the coffee. Just find a Dunkin donuts
Love Blue Bottle coffee. This location did not disappoint. Worth going out of the way for if you're a coffee lover. Need to find it downstairs in the dining concourse next to Rockefeller.
Great location but they rarely meet the quality of other Blue Bottles. Feels & tastes more like a Starbucks
Great place to grab a mid-day coffee and snack. Next to Ace hotel. Standing room bar available to hold your coffee that overlooks the street. To sit, walk to the Ace Hotel lobby connected to the shop.
Good drinking
The best choice for my best performance in the morning!!!
Best mainstream coffee shop one can visit. There's an emphasis on great coffee and time is taken to ensure it's done right. Only complaint would be, I think they need to make sure their staff are coffee lover/enthusiasts not sure they all are. Love the customer service just not sure they're all passionate about coffee. At $6-12 per cup, they ought to be... Also, I dislike the decision for them not to brew via Chemex, especially when they market and sell Chemex throughout the store. I'm all for pour-over but it's inferior to Chemex prep and they know it! I believe they decided this due to the breakable nature of Chemex but at this price per cup, I think patrons deserve their coffee to be brewed by Chemex.
I LOVE Blue Bottle coffee, but this location is lacking. The croissant was stale and tasted like grocery store quality. They forgot one of the three drinks we ordered and paid for. What a let down compared to top-notch quality I’ve always known from other NYC, LA, and SF locations. 4/16 update: Blue Bottle followed up with me and offered to make things right and follow up with the store. They do take feedback seriously.
Each time I go to Blue Bottle in Rockefeller Centre I am treated to the best, most personable service amongst the top echelons of artisanal coffee houses. And as for the coffee.... Consistently smooth, beautifully balanced, it never disappoints. The baked goods are also special. Quality ingredients are thoughtfully combined for some unusually delicacies such as polenta berry loaf cake. And theirs is far and away the best ginger cookie I have ever bitten into. The only negative worth mentioning is the elimination of Blue Bottle granola. Why it was discontinued I will never know. It was spectacular and it is sorely missed!
Great coffe and ambiance
Delicious
I don’t know why anyone would want to go to Starbucks when they have the option for Blue Bottle. These folks know what real coffee is supposed to taste like. I don’t come to NYC often but when I do I always try to stop here. Their Ethiopian single origin is amazing with fruity flavors. It is brew to perfection with their pour over method. I might have to get a second cup.
Great cappuccino. Recommend.
very expensive cup of coffee, but tasty flavour.
Batista would stop what she was doing and proceed to comunicate with her friend, meanwhile the line wait is 20 min long. Oh well.. great coffee tough.
not up to the san francisco standard.
Great coffee and a great atmosphere.
I usually go there for the single origin pour-overs. Sometimes it gets crowded but Baristas are very quick and responsive.. I believe this is the best place to get pour overs in this area.
Under Rockefeller center basement in a far corner. Good coffee but could be better.
Awesome coffee place with some nice tech to pay contactless and give tip with their iPad. They also drip coffee and take it very seriously. A good brew for sure if you go here. Nice clean place too. Also the staff were really nice
Tricky to find. Go inside and down the lift or escalator to get here. It is really worth finding! It is really busy at lunch, but fortunately there are lots of seats outside of the shop (inside). Great stock of drippers, filters, mugs and coffee. Superb staff and incredible coffee! Fantastic food too! Just excellent!
Incredible coffee. The place is a little hidden but it has amazing coffee. You can see them prepare your coffee. I even had a little chat with the person making my coffee. It was overall a very pleasant experience.
Reasonable price
Had great experience.
One of my favorite coffee chains has a nice location here. Delicious coffee that wakes me up when I need it.
The coffee is very good. But making the coffee is a process. It's fun to watch but don't be in a rush.
Best coffee in nyc
Good location. Kind and helpful staff. Good service. Simple aesthetic. But the prices!! $4.50 for a small cold brew. Makes Starbucks seem reasonable...
Had my first cup from here while visiting San Francisco and hands down one of the better cups of coffee I have had in the States. Each cup crafted with care and exactly how I asked. This location in the bottom of Rockefeller Center can be a bit hard to find but when you do enjoy the service, coffee, and a little snack.
This was my first Blue Bottle experience. I love the care and technique that goes into making the coffee. I am a coffee aficionado of sorts and appreciate their work. But....the coffee I got was just....meh. I got a medium roast which is what I use as my bellwether for taste. And it was OK. Not bad, but not what I was expecting. I'll try them again to make sure it wasn't a fluke.
I wish this nice cafe had more seats but everyone's great! Great spot to get some quality coffee on the go
Great service and energy from staff! My husband and I visited the Westfield location and absolutely loved the coffee! I had cafe mocha with pound cafe and he enjoyed the chocolate croissant & cafe latte which was stupendous! The next day my husband went back and the young male Latino barista remembered his name. Made us feel very valued and welcome. Very nice place! Great drinks really help cool you off in the summer time
Beware! They claim they do "double density" espresso shots... My $6 quad espresso looked like a single shot. They were nice about it and gave me another shot, but means I was still down one shot. See ya later bluebungle!
One of my favorite coffee place
Good Coffee & nice place.
Great cold brew coffee
The location gives an unparalleled view of the surrounding world trade center
Very kind and taste is best!
Great little place with reasonably priced coffee but can be a little difficult to locate if you are not a local.
good coffee in a beautiful space. would definitely recommend for coffee enthousiests and casual drinkers alike.
Well located and delicious. My only issue is how the lineup is. There should be a separate line for drip coffees as they take more time to make.
Terrible service. Extremely slow. Just stopped in for a quick breakfast sandwich which took more than 20 minutes. When I did receive it, the hot pepper that was on it made it inedible. Very inefficient operation.
Coffee good
Baristas were hands down THE MOST personable and wonderful that I've ordered from in New York. Definitely made my day and espresso was top notch as expected.
The Japanese style cold brew is so good!!! I wish it wasn’t a limited time item. All the rest of their coffee is great and it’s the best coffee shop in the neighborhood
Love their coffee!!!!
The best coffee ☕️ in the world
All of it was DELISH. They doesent skimp on the avocado for the toast, and the coffee was served in amazing glass coffee cups.
Mmmmm! So good!
The best cold brew coffee that I've yet had is from Blue Bottle! The baristas wouldn't tell me how they made it, but it was smooth, sweet, and fruity--and that's drinking it black! Give it a try! This location is small, but it's a nice place to stop if you're in Rockefeller Center.
This is my favorite coffee chain in NY! Tasty ice coffee!
Our server was super attentive and personable.
Loving this coffee. I want a reward program or something!! Good coffee!
Great liege waffle with chocolate ! But it disappointed the yoghurt, pudding are already ready so you can’t do any change ! And it is not possible to have a warm porridge !
Absolutely love their coffee. Cozy place and warm service.
Excellent coffee and very knowledgeable staff
Delicious coffee (I got a cappuccino with oat milk) and tasty treats (avocado toast - YAAASSS!). Friendly baristas and great atmosphere to hang out or get work done.
When I visit in Newyork, I always ordered ice latte. I love it!! And they offer free small badge . Cute!
The way coffee should be made. Simply Delicious. Loved it. Definitely try the pastries.
Darn fine coffee
Delicious!
Nice Drip coffee and brunch.
Prestigious Coffee Place. Absolutely Friendly staff. Real Coffee (Speciality). Delicious bites.
Great coffee. Okay location.
The size of the iced coffee is downright embarrassing. The salted caramel cookie was a treat though.
Great service and amazing coffee.
Good coffee, but no A/C (at least when I visited) and everything is a bit overpriced.
Best coffee ever!
Rediculously expensive coffee that's so.worth it. The staff at this location I particularly amazing. The way they handle super high volume with nothing easy to serve is really a masterpiece.
Great coffee and nice service. Did take a while to get a coffee but it was worth the wait!
Blue Bottle has become one of my go-to coffee shops. I always measure the quality of my latte by whether or not I feel I have to add anything to it to enhance the experience. In the case of Blue Bottle, this is almost never the case. Thumbs up.
Some of the best coffee in the city. Try a pour over "au lait"
This branch has been replaced by Bouchon Bakery
Pour over coffee ☕ in a cute setting adjacent to the 9/11 Memorial. High quality brew and friendly staff. Pricey but this is proper coffee.
They serve some of the best coffee in the City. You may have to wait a while, but it's worth it.
Love this company! I have been to their San Francisco location and am happy to see them on the east coast! They really know how to brew coffee and tea so it's flavorful and not burned. I hope they will open a location dc soon so I can visit them more frequently! If your a true coffee lover this is the place for you! On a side note this location does not have a allot of seatting but it is a good place to grab your coffee and go.
I really don't fit in here with the hipster crowd but they make a mean latte. Very friendly service. The latte was a good temperature and strength with a nice full rich flavour. The people making the coffee are efficient and know their stuff. I can't believe they weigh the grounds though!
Delicious tasting drinks and food. Expensive and almost impossible to find, but worth the effort. Nice staff, pretty decorations.
Clean cafe. Great latte !
Great place to have a coffee
Ordered a vegan (Almond) latte they made it right!
Menu is different and competitively affordable. The coffee is on point; needed an afternoon jolt and got it. Better than most of the coffee shops and bakery's in the area.
Very good real coffee!!! Strong macchiato like it should. They should have more pastries and it will be great.
It's a Japanese chain coffee business. I went to their Tokyo spot all the time. Good coffee. About this particular one, they still make good coffee, but it's at the first floor of Rockefeller center, it could be a little chaotic sometimes, ain't their fault thou, there are just too many people.
Note that the stores is located in the basement not the ground level. You can enter there through entrance of the building next to Morrell or Bouchon coffee. The staff there was so nice and they provided me a very nice coffee. (I am not a big fan of coffee but this is really good) I ordered the drip coffee. It was not too hot and warm enough to relieve the stress during the trip. I could know why people like this place.
Notbad
Alvira & Sara were very nice they made my day today
Great choices if coffee, will be back.
Nice coffee, I personally like the cascarra fizz on the go.
Best tasting coffee I have ever had. So smooth and creamy. The baristas were so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend :)
Coffee is good, food too. Unfortunately the service is achingly slow. The weekdays are slightly more efficient than the weekend, but if you dare to order toast with almond butter, you’ll be told that it will “take a while” as the person responsible for food scowls at the thought of another order. Don’t include breakfast items on the menu if that is the way your staff handles a simple order. Le district across the west side highway or eataly are a far better bet for equally as good coffee and far better service.
Much like cars need gasoline in order to function, I need coffee in order to continue to move (nevertheless be productive). Just like the many grades of fuel that you can put in your tank, I've always seen Blue Bottle as being excessively unnecessary, given a normal cup of joe from the office or a Starbucks grande can get the job done. However, once I put the high octane, premium deluxe java that is Blue Bottle into my fuel tank, I was a convert. Their iced coffee was absolutely sublime, with hints of chicory and a smooth rich taste in every sip. Given this richness (and the rich friends you'll need to make this a recurring order), I'm glad there's only one size for the coffee - no size indecision and regrettable overindulgence
What a great space and FUNtastic coffee...
Visiting New York. Came here with some friends. We got an espresso, a cold brew and a New Orleans iced coffee. They were all quite good.
Wow, that's good coffee. Blue Bottle is always spectacular. I'm glad that this location didn't disappoint. We had just gotten into the city and I was ready for a really good cup and that's just what I got. Love it.
I wish I could've taken their New Orleans coldbrew back home with me. One of my coffee highlights of visiting New York.
Regret to have visited only once. Its a small section at the basement of the Rockefeller. Ask the staff for the Men's Toilet and you wont miss this spot. We tried the Bella Donovan and the Kenya -- so good! There are no seats here so we drank the coffee and shared the slice of really good poppyseed cake at the space outside which was fulled with tables and chairs. Made a mental note to come back amd bring home some beans but tge hectic itinerary didnt bring me back to the Rockefeller.
I had a best coffee at blue bottle, San francisco, but nothing from this location unfortunately.
Great Espresso
I was hoping to find a place to get some work done while in-between meetings but this wasn't that great. When you enter the building take the stairs down. Since it's downstairs there is no natural light. The place was quite busy and loud during the afternoon. No wifi and no power outlets (from what I could see). There are no restrooms inside, but there are public restrooms outside around the corner.
The coffee was so yummy, no burnt flavor and truly about the flavor of the coffee vs. Needing to put anything in it. This location has a pretty special view and the brown butter blondie with sea salt was the perfect small bite!
Wonderful staff - knowledgeable, friendly, softly spoken, and happy to talk details with blends & techniques. Compostable takeaways. Tasty new orleans. Nice place for reflection.
Great coffee i tried their cappuccino and it was super Delicious.
Amazing coffee! I got the New Orleans iced coffee - one of the smoothest, best-tasting cold coffees I have had. Great service!
Fresh, fresh, fresh, flavorful coffee. Even the regular roast coffee is a delicious standout compared to any, and I mean ANY, coffee vendor out there. Oh, I wish BBCoffee expands beyond the NYC market because BBCoffee mail-order is just not the same. If there's a way I can give more than 5-stars, I would.
Quiet little shop, great coffee, great service. No complaints for this one.
Great iced coffee. Not too bitter unlike many others.
It’s what you would get at an ordinary Starbucks. Service was fantastic and footsteps from the WTC memorial.
Great coffee, but a bit pricey...
The coffee tastes good but the art is not so great lately. It’s like they cannot be bothered. And it’s the most expensive latte in the area.
absolutely the best coffee i have ever had. the new Orleans is so good. its strong and has a very mild and spicey taste. one cup of coffee from blue bottle and im wired all day. she staff is always very cool. they listen to you order and don't rush to take the next order which i love. i love that it isn't coffee like a fast food place, it's a chain that sells coffee the way it's supposed to be. i love the options of just picking up an iced coffee to go too. blue bottle is amazing and i can't wait to see them move into their new space. the lines are always long, itll be nice that they have a bigger place and probably have a bigger selection of snacks and maybe sandwiches, who knows. just really excited for them.
the location is awesome
A bit on the pricy side, but it’s totally worth the money. Their cappuccino is one of the best in the world!!! I go to Blue Bottle quite often.
Service is really slow. This is at the central business district and I have been waiting for 15mins for a cup of coffee.
Best Mocha
I don’t drink coffee but the got chocolate is nice and the place is pretty.
Great brand of coffee, lovely service at Rockfelere store
Super expensive and it takes them 15 minutes for 1 latte... when store is not busy. Will not come back.
The New Orleans is heaven! This particular location is always crowded with workers in the area and tourists alike. Nine times out of ten, you'll have to wait longer than you'd probably like to be serviced. However, the staff is friendly and the coffee is damn good! Again, THE NEW ORLEANS IS HEAVEN!
This is a new location of Blue Bottle Coffee that is part of the World Trade Center-Westfield Mall. The location is quite nice -- large, spacious, and plenty of seating, and it looks to be quite popular among the workers and tourists in the area. Service is nice and quick. I am partial to the New Orleans-style iced coffee.
Such a neat store setup and delicious coffee! Blue bottle is some of my favorite coffee in NYC and beyond.
The macchiato and orange pastry were very good. I also tried the Oji but was not very impressed. The shop is beautiful. The staff are very knowledgeable. There is always a line and no wifi so cannot work.
Coffee was fantastic, and the sandwich was amazing. I almost didn’t want to drink what I got because it looked so pretty. Decent view from the window to boot.
Great coffee! I do think that this location is rather small and has heavy foot traffic.
try a flat white with oat milk.
The Latte was excellent and the Rwanda was light and smooth.
Very hard to find. It is on the basement floor. There is no site to sit, but you can sit the outside of the cafe. There are lots of seat. The coffee was great. I don't know why bluebottle do not make more shop in NY
Coffee pretty sour 3 stars for the atmosphere
The ONLY coffee in NYC.
Is a bit overpriced and even the lightest roast is still too dark for my taste
High quality coffee with different milk alternatives and quick bites to grab and go.
very good coffee. the big line was mitigated by two cash registers, very cool
Awesome option to Starbucks, really good coffee selection and the baristas are real.
Love this place, and its surroundings! Staff are always friendly and upbeat, each cup is brewed fresh, the Myanmar is phenomenal!
Best caffe in town and some sweet treats! Excellent way to start the morning! Real nice staff!
Extremely friendly staff, always serves exceptional coffee above downtown NYC standards.
Better than U know who?
Didn't see a single blue bottle, but the coffee was delicious.
Good coffee and good service
I love the service in NYC Blue Bottles. Great breakfast sandwichs as well.
Just went here briefly for a break after a looong day walking. Even though it's close to the memorial sites, it wasn't crazy packed, but do expect a line if you are just there for the restroom. The atmosphere is pretty chillin, I bet a'lot of tourists comes here to relaxe their sore feet;-) I ordered a cold brew and it tasted great, my girlfriend ordered a flat white. It got us going for another several hours out there in NYC. Want good coffee with experienced baristas, then this is the place to hit!
Great coffee!
nowhere to sit but overall excellent service and drinks
It's a small coffee place. Nice and clean. Drip coffee here is great and they usually offer 3 choice of coffee beam. It's the real drip coffee, not the those pre-made coffee in other coffee place.
Coffee is still paramount at Blue Bottle, which is a marvelous thing. It's true that the shop at the World Trade Center is one more location in the ever expanding Blue Bottle empire, but here as everywhere else, the impeccable standard Blue Bottle has set remains, and the people truly care about their craft. Not only are they talented, but very friendly and welcoming as well. Although this is not a bargain coffee, and its airy, gorgeous, and simple Japanese inspired interior carries with it a reputation, it truly is a friendly place where one wants to spend time. And of course, what's in the glass is truly superb (the glassware is as well). I will keep coming back.
Great ambience and coffee
Best Coffee EVER. The baristas there know their coffee! Finally a place that not only serves but talks coffee. I love this place!
Great coffee good atmosphere
Best BB team in the city — they are knowledgeable and professional as expected, and exceptionally nice and personable!
Consistent
Love to have this coffee outside of SF! Great in every city so far
4/6/19 3:33pm. It's been over a half hour now and I still dont have my cup of drip coffee. I get it if this was a hipster cafe In a hipster city. But this is in downtown New York. Unacceptable. I heard they had excellent coffee but guess I wont know now. Ambience is great at the least. I'll stay a few more minutes see how it goes, I did pay for my seat after all
This is coffee shop is located underground in the Rockefeller Plaza. Walked into a this tiny shop with a long queue of business-dressed customers. There's no seating; just a grab-n-go. The line does go by reasonably fast. I got the cold brew and it comes pre-mixed with sugar and milk. I wanted to omit the sugar and milk, but they said they can't do that so I just settled with the mixed. It's not the best cold brew I've had, but not the worst. It def tastes different as I taste unfamiliar nuances (chocolatey too?) that I've not found in other cold brews. I just wouldn't get it again due to the steep price.
Latte recommended
The fizzy coffee is interesting and not bad
Great place to grab lunch, unfortunately the walk from my job is a little further that the time I have. But when I can I live blue bottle coffee
Love the pour
Good coffee, but painfully slow
A busy place with a business style crowd though very friendly staff and the coffee is really good. A little small though
Best coffee in downtown manhattan. Bar none.
What a unique experience. The first cup I had was the Donovan. I thought they spiked the coffee. The second cup was the Ethiopian, it was medium with hints of cinnamon and something familiar that I can't place. It was the first black coffee I actually enjoyed in a long time.
Place to go for a perfect cup. Latte, drip, or espresso.
Service was fast and very friendly, they take the time to get a good brew consistently. Breakfast Sandwich was a bit on the salty side, but worth if you like the heat. The spicyness comes from some sort of red sauce, which makes pairing with the drip coffee a bit odd.
Good environment and nice coffee server. More products of blue bottle compared with other blue bottle shop.
It's the best coffee franchise in existence in my opinion. Excellent caffe latte. They truly put Starbucks to shame.
As a tea drinker, this place has a deliciously smooth black tea. It is a little pricey for the portion you get, but it really is one of the most refreshing cups of tea I've had. Space is a little tight and seems to be busy at all hours, but I suppose that is a testament to how good the place can be. I'd love to try their cold brews and the waffle that they offer as a snack on the side. I will certainly be back.
Having not had Blue Bottle since my trip to San Francisco, I had to visit this shop for one of their spot on pour overs. I enjoyed a single origin African bean. This cafe is small and in the underworld of Rockefeller Plaza. If your in this area, stop in. It's worth it.
Absolutely delicious. My favorite coffee in the world.
Nice freshness for to go orders It was nice, l will come again sometime
Pricey but good
Love Blue Bottle, but this place was so hard to find because my cousin and I were told it was in the mall (we spent 30 minutes in the mall trying to find it to no avail, only to stumble upon it as we walked to the 9/11 Memorial). Great service and space - so brightly lit and lovely to read or study in!
I love my out milk latte more than anything else ! :)
The best coffee
Delicious coffee and friendly service in a wonderful setting.
Super strong coffee. Also, the barista actually weighs the coffee grinds before brewing your coffee, so you know you're getting a delicious espresso
Cool staff, extremely knowledgeable, best tasting drip coffee I had in years. Thanks!
great coffee and very nice view!
Cold brew was really good. Have nice interior but no outlets for chargers and somewhat limited seating.
Amazing coffee and service! I don’t mind Paying for quality! These beans don’t give you gas lol!
Good coffee but they’re super slow!!!! If I’m in a rush, prefer Nobletree or one of the other shops near WTC. Waiting 15 min for a latte is a bit much.
A little bit of a wait as they prepared my cup of Bella Donavan but it was worth it . Fantastic cup. Place was crowded with mostly locals. Check it out.
Great Coffeeshop.
Great customer service. yummy coffee.
Hi there! Sure, I can explain my rating. I was here yesterday and I'm here again today (my boyfriend likes the coffee). There is zero friendliness from staff. I don't know their working conditions, I'm aware of that. There was no "hello", or "good morning", or "have a nice day", which are pretty basic for human interactions. Attaching a picture so you can see it's not even busy. Again, I don't know how the employees are treated and therefore they might be passing along their frustration. And that was the reason of my 3 stars.
Wonderful coffee. A real treat.
Coffee tasted good, the temperature was perfect.
Excellent coffee excellent new location
Small place but great coffee! Use the tables set in the Concourse area as no seating is available inside
One of the best coffee here!
Good coffee and friendly stuff .
Delicious coffee
Loved the ice coffee
Wow! Yes this was the word that I uttered when I took the first sip of coffee. I always visit this place when somewhere near it. Highly, Highly recommended!
Best latte I’ve had In Manhattan by far, and that’s not easy given the strong competition from numerous artisanal coffee shops.
Amazing selection of coffee. The offer pour overs and espressos. Highly recommend the Guatemala blend.
Catered to the bustling office crowd, Blue Bottle runs like a well oiled machine with 2 production and ordering lines set up, well done. Service is fast and coffee very well prepared. I'm impressed they weigh each shot before preparing the coffee. We've tried a few variations here and all were made with skill. The cafe is small but very clean and bright.
It is a small coffee shop right across from 9/11 memorial. Not necessarily the best place to seat and read. I found my decaf Americano way too strong. I had to cut in half with water, they didn't have anything savory either, only sweets. No WiFi either what I guess would make people linger for too long?
Excellent coffees. Always get them when I’m in San Francisco and New York. Probably can’t find any other better ones!
Best coffee place in the area by far.
Good quality, standard
Tasty
Overrated coffee place, in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, they brew amazing coffee in front of you even if you get simple ones, and the service is super nice even if they must be super stressed. However the underground loud location is crazy and even hard to find. It's always packed.
Enjoy Good coffee and perfect service ;)
The coffee was good - higher than the average. We took the cappuccinos, the bariatas looked like they know what they are doing. There weren't lines during the times we visited the place.
Some of the best coffee in NYC
Latte was a bit cold and a bit weak for my taste but nice cafe and great location
Slowest store in town. Terribly bad. The worst barista, coffee sucks. I had this same coffee in another store and it was delicious. Not this trainee unprofessional rookie milky with almost no coffee in it. Hated it. 30 minutes of my life wasted.
Courtada is amazing
Nice coffee, very nice crews
Great coffee, beautiful pastry and wonderful service from Daniel this afternoon in Blue Bottle!
Coffee stands on its own. Staff were knowledgeable, passionate, and kind. Pedrum and the Barista are awesome. Highly recommended.
This is my favorite coffee shop in New York, always a good service, quality of coffee is excellent as well, free WiFi,highly recommend
Literally THE best latte I’ve ever had. Beautiful view of the World Trade Center. Friendly staff. Decent prices. WORK OF ART!
One of the best coffee of New York. The location in the Rockefeller Center is the best. The people who work there are friendly and kind!
Very good very clean.very friendly.
If you need a REAL coffee you should go there.
Best coffee in USA.
Six out of five stars. Blue Bottle coffee is fantastic, possibly the best. Served at five-star restaurants in San Francisco, by Food Network stars, no less. My favorite blend is Hayes Valley espresso. Super smooth. Most shops are on the West Coast, but we're lucky to have a couple in NYC--one under Rockerfeller Center, one near that, plus, I understand, one in Cambridge, MA--if so, to which I'm headed! Buy the beans or for the best-ever, stop in for a freshly brewed coffee, latte, affogado, etc. In a word, yum.
It's a blue bottle coffee, just delicious coffee and latte. However, this one is a bit tricky to find, in westfield, but not really. Situated in front of the 9/11 memorial, you need to go out from the Westfield if you come from the Oculus.
Excellent coffee prepared by coffeeicianados!
Love the pour over selection here
Ridiculous expensive lattes but so delicious. This place is always busy during the morning and lunch time but if you are at racafelle center you must try their lates. You won't be disappointed.
Loved it
This is my favourite spot for a latte while in Rockefeller area. Always busy cause they make a great latte. There are tables available out in the common area to sit and enjoy your brew.
Fine place to sit. They have a good choice of coffees and some snacks too. Restrooms included. On the other hand, staff is just ok.
Very friendly workers. My wife got the 3 Africas coffee and it was delicious. There was a line out the door, but it moved quickly. You will see them if you walk past the Starbucks and the table seating area there. There is a ladies room all the way in the corner that's about 20 feet away. When I informed the worker how it was hard to find the shop, he let his boss know but she told me about they are limited to the tiny sign because of Rockefeller management. You can see the worker in my photo posted here. He had a great personality as did the others in the photo. Don't mistake the ladies picture for bad service she was very nice as well! My photo just caught her off guard.
Best coffee around WTC but pricey
Great coffee. If it’s warm out–my go-to is a single origin cold brew mixed with a New Orleans cold brew with a splash of oat milk instead of the cream... legendary. If it’s cold out–pour over... legendary. The coffee tonic is also a strange, but great change–up. Yea it’s a good coffee shop right next to where a million people work, so if you roll through at 8:30 there will be line. Staff is great and the breakfast sandwich is horrible don’t ever get it especially not with bacon, so that they don’t run out and I can definitely get mine. The runny egg smh..
I'm some what of a loyal customer but I get drip coffee all the time & tip quite well plus never complain about the price but today my thermos was done early, so go for a refill & was told no hot water & check back plus the coffee bean was also out as well plus the store won't carry my blend anyway so why go back !!!!! gotta find another store or something different 12/6/17 Revisited the site today & they surprised me with a pack of my favorite coffee three Africa's wow I was surprised thank you very much for that & you now made me a customer for life
Great cappuccino! Definitely coming back
I'm not that big of a coffee drinker but this place gives you one of the most richest and boldest flavor coffee I've ever had the staff is very knowledgeable on the style and flavor notes of the coffee. I enjoyed my cup of coffee at Blue Bottle Coffee.
Good coffee
Amazing coffee, and even better staff. Efficient and friendly.
Great place. Amazing view but I felt the space was a little cramped
Nice please
Latte and hot chocolate for to go
Still solid.
Went here and it is a hidden gem but, the coffee is amazing, worth the $$. trust me you'll like it.. The new location is cool too!
Staff is friendly, coffee is tasty, but it can take a while to get your coffee sometimes.
Excellent food and coffee. REALLY SLOW!
Great little coffee shop, very unique experience, awesome environment and costumer service from all employees, batista are very professional. Fast service. Only thing... need to get better coffee beans.
Delicious coffee and beautiful shop!!
One of the best I've had in NY
Absolutely great coffee. Store is not spacious but staff is very efficient. We had a coffee from Kenya, drip, and a hot chocolate. Both were awesome.
One of the best ones!
Blue bottle is really high quality coffee with minimal pretension and fair prices. Admittedly, this location in Rockefeller Concourse isn't quite the easiest to find, as it's not in the same small proximity as the majority of other stalls. If you're looking for it and you found starbucks instead, turn 180 so starbucks is to your back, and walk counterclockwise around the concourse. Blue Bottle will show up on your right near the womens' restroom. Service here was great - I got the prepackaged new orleans style coffee because it was hot out and I was in a rush. The coffee comes in one of those middle-school style milk cartons but I was offered a cup with ice and a bag, which I appreciated. The chicory flavor comes through very well, it's smooth, and not oversweetened. And if you opt to forgo the cup with ice, you get your full flavor iced coffee without dilution! Solid coffee, nice service, I'll be back.
Great coffee!
Great prices and coffee, but the lines tend to be long unless you go at awkward times in the afternoon.
great coffee! cool ambiance and decent prices (go to dunkin if you want cheap lol)
Try the one that comes with little bit of condensed milk.
