They put out great coupons in Valpak mailings & app, but this one in Davenport in East Locust Street employees were not friendly about using coupons ... Rock Island & East Moline stores are much better about coupons ... You can use up to 4 coupons per order, Email coupons can only be used once or else register will reject the code ...

After 5 months thinking they would improve, i go again to order my deep sea double and i see female employee dropping it back in the fryer after being already cooked, just wrong! I rather wait 7 minutes. I'll post a picture next time without a fail. Yummmmm, double oil soaked fries. I'll keep sending secret shoppers.

This Checker's is one of the best in the Quad cities!!! Very fast service with a very friendly staff that makes sure your food is very hot and fresh!!! Especially on big orders they like to cook everything freah to ensure the food is hot when you get home! They make sure the order is right when you pull up so nothing is messed up at all! Managers are also nice and helpful they make sure there staff is well trained and fast also that the food is made with great quality!!! Other Checker's need to be like this place!!!

It was ok but the floor was extremely filthy! They need to sweep occasionally. Then the cook had no gloves and kept wiping his hands on his apron instead of a clean towel. My fish was over cooked. But the new cheese sticks was off the chain.

Lazy, disrespectful, non deserving on minimum wage employees with horrible attitudes. I ordered 4 champs with cheese and got bread with cheese. Corporate did get involved. When I called the store the girl told “it is what it is, and that’s what you get for a 1.79” she gave me the wrong number for corporate so I had to get the number from a different store, the little girl that claimed she is the manger kept telling me different times to call fo a refund and when I called the phone would be answered and hung up or just not answered. So I had a long talk with corporate and they sounded disgusted by this locations actions. I did do a pop up on announced at the store and it held the line up till I got a full refund

Love the food, best fries and shakes. Ten items for 99 cents on Sunday. Are the employees the most well trained customer service experts I've dealt with? No, but when I've taken a moment to treat them with a little respect they are very responsive and good people just trying to do the job very quickly. If there was a checkers closer to my house it is the only fast food restaurant I would ever go to again.

Great food, extremely reasonable prices for just about everything on the menu, and to top it all off, making this restaurant my favorite quick bite to grab on the go, they send out weekly coupons in the paper, offering all kinds of buy one get ones and huge savings on almost any item on the menu! Five stars in my book!

All around great review. The food tasted fresh and was served hot. The menu has a unique selection compared to other competing fast food establishments and the quality of the food, including the portion size, taste, and overall product value, is by far greater. Employees were working hard at a busy dinner time frame, and got the food to my family and I quickly as possible. Great job

For value fast food it can't be beat. Their chicken wings are by far their best products. They have tons of options for sauce for the wings. I signed up for the coupons to get great offers sent to me every week a lot of buy one get one coupons. Their chili dogs are amazing and discounted on Sundays.

Terrible! Waited 20 mins after order of 2 ice cream cones . 2 cars ahead us. We asked for twist cones but there was very little chocolate in it. They said they have to mix more chocolate. We didnt wait . Wont be going there anymore !!

Not the same as back in the day.... Now anymore your fries come greasy as hell and seem their incapable of putting a sandwich together that you dont have to reconstruct before eating. Like most fast food they need to hire better employees.

I used to like their food but it is just disgusting now. The fries are SO greasy and drenched with oil. I got a Baconzilla Burger and the bacon was hardly done, the burger was mushy and NOT all the way cooked, I spit most out. Best thing at Checkers is their drinks....but the food is a no!

Ordered the $4 meal deal extra fry. When I got my food there was no extra fry and the sandwiches were nasty. I called and told them I needed my fry and they said they needed my name and address and they will send me a free meal card. NO. I payed over 8 dollars for cold food and to have missing items. So after taking with management I went back for my food. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. The food was disgusting.

This is hands down the best Checkers in the QC. The staff is always so friendly, the orders are accurate more often than not which you don't get at many Checkers around here. I've mentioned to the managers as well how friendly the staff always is and how good everything always turns out!

Its like they started putting extra salt on everything. The fries do not need extra salt. I think they hired someone from McDonald's to season their food.
