If their tea or coffee was a person, You can be sure that person would be charismatic, valued by their friends, and a well rounded human. Not to get your hopes up, but their drinks could easily change your life. Sample the tea, enjoy the Mint Chip cold brew, and have a wonderful chat with the owners. Cozy yet airy place for reading/studying/discussions with friends. The atmosphere feels clean and well thought out. If you're looking for the best coffee shop/cafe in Honolulu, this is it.

The coffee was so smooth, probably the only black coffee I can drink and simply enjoy. A lot of different flavors that are all amazing, if you go you have to try The King. It was so good I bought an entire growler of it. When I moved to Honolulu, I was anxious about finding a great coffee spot. Ali'i is an absolute gem, with well executed familiar favorites, and creative one-of-a-kind drinks and dishes. I am a career barista and have worked in coffee at many levels. This shop has been my favorite on Oahu! I enjoyed the espresso and the friendly atmosphere of their cafe. They roast their own coffee, which takes a lot of commitment and skill. Overall, the vibe is experimental and fun, worth a try for anyone looking to be impressed by craft coffee, cool drinks, and great food.

Rustic earthy vibe! The guys are awesome and make sure your order is to your liking. You can make phone orders, perfect for people who work in Chinatown and need it on the go also good for HPU students. Cause it's right there walking distance. This is definitely a chill place to go to to whether it be for catching up with homework, reading a book or just have a drink. Not only do they have coffee, but tea, bagels, flatbread etc. More pictures to follow up.

They're worth a visit at the VERY least These guys love coffee so much they brew there own; I got mad respect for them grinding, doing something fulfilling & utilizing Capitalism to do so. I have a few growlers and keep one full in my fridge with their homemade cold brew!

I go to Ali'i Coffee every week, sometimes twice. Their cold brew coffee selection is amazing, and their sandwiches are delicious. The prices are just right, and the two owners are incredibly welcoming. Whether you're visiting or live nearby, you've gotta check this place out.

A breath of fresh air from the typical big coffee chain cafe. Authentic great tasting coffee in a warm welcoming atmosphere. Great variety in menu options for all lovers of coffee. I tried a chilled lavender infused coffee thats was simply delightful. My first choice for a coffee cafe whenever I am in O'ahu. The owners are also great providing attentiveness and dilligence in all facets but especially in customer service. Aloha!

The owners and staff are very friendly. The coffee is roasted on-premise, and is very good. For the more adventurous there's nitro brew and other exotic coffee drinks. Advocado toast is just one of a full line of breakfast toasts on offer. And in keeping, with being in Honolulu"s downtown artist district, Ali'i Coffee akways features a local painter/photographers works on their wall
