Stopped for a quick bite with the family. Signs say "please wait to be seated" at the front so we stood there waiting. An employee walks up and asks "can I help you with something?" Weird. Yes, we've been awkwardly standing here waiting to be seated with no host or hostess in sight. Our waitress was very sweet and kind but didn't write down our order so she got quite a few things wrong. The cooks quickly corrected it though. There were several things we were just not fans of (cook coughing in the kitchen without covering up was just one of the things). I feel bad saying because it's probably a family owned joint, but the food was just not good. Cute place but mediocre service and food. I heard there's better quality food in the little downtown area of Williams.

Such a cute place. Servers were very friendly. Had the chili cheese fries, OMG, they are a huge portion and very yummy. They have Grand Canyon beer on tap. Those are good as well. Nice outdoor seating with live music.

Abhorrent service. Made eye contact with multiple staff and took more than five minutes to be seated, with nobody ahead of us an. After getting our drinks served, our waitress disappeared and we waited for another ten minutes trying to flag someone down, making eye contact with multiple people, some who were just sitting there we decided to leave. A Cool Place with a 50's theme. Bar-B-Q Sampler Platter was really good. They have some local craft beers on tap. I would recommend this place to eat.

The only good thing is their smoked brisket from their own smoker. Otherwise I can't say anything good. Over 12 empty tables/ booths yet stood in the sun for over 15 minutes to be seated. Place is very dirty, ladies room was disgusting. Quantity of food was more like a "tasting" than a serving yet the prices are high. Employees walk around looking unhappy to be there. I was excited to have an old fashioned malted but it took so long to get it I was done with my meal when it arrived and it wasn't even mixed well. There were huge globs of malt not disolved. Highly recommend they get a new manager. With tip, lunch was $30! Wish I had gone to one of the many other restaurants.

Williams Arizona is an amazing little town. Plucked right out of the 50s and set on Route 66. Cruiser's Cafe is a must stop. Food was wicked and service was awesome. Keep up the wonderful work.

We stopped in for dinner after being at the Grand Canyon all day. The staff was friendly, the service was great, and the ribs were awesome! We actually ordered the full rack and split it. It was plenty for 2 people!

Very good food and atmosphere was cool. Inside is like a 50s diner and the outdoors is a bunch of umbrella tables with the giant smoker on the patio with you! Had live music when we were there and the bbq sampler plate was really good! Also had a basket of onion rings that were fabulous! Great place and Veteran owned. Got a discount on our meal also for being a vet. Will definitely go back!

The food was really overpriced. We had looked at the menu online before going, but saw nothing unreasonable. We were shocked to find $19 burgers and BBQ Chicken.. It would have been a $12 burger at a similar restaurant like Richie's or Ruby's. That aside, service was excellent and food was delicious. The atmosphere was certainly on point. In summary, if you are prepared to spend nearly $100 after tip for a family of four, the dining experience is excellent and the food was great.

The service was very good. I had the the BBQ sweet ribs done in a real smoker out front. The meat was just the way it should be holds to the bones but pulls out clean with an excellent dry rub. Came with beans (very good), potato salad (good), Cole slaw (average) and sweet corn bread (very good). I'd say stop by the place if you're in Williams, AZ on Route 66.

Yes food was good. Husband cut his hand on door handle going into mens restroom, it was bleeding pretty bad, left blood all over restroom showed staff they gave him a bandaid never cleaned up blood and didn't even offer to comp the meal.

Very good thin slices brisket dinner plate, very tender and good flavor. Would definitely have that again. But potato salad was served at room temperature, which can be dangerous - use caution. Service seemed very haphazard on Thursday night around 9 p.m. - servers and host were kind of milling around while a line of guests watched - staff in general didnt seem to have any sense of organization or urgency...

Me and my family walked in today 5.17.19 , first of off the Male hostess seemed rude and bothered that we walked in , he walked us to the table and dropped the menus and walked off , we waited 15 minutes and no one ever came and even got out drink orders , my husband and I could not believe it , there was only 2 other people in the restaurant , we seen and could here the staff in the kitchen door way but they would not come out , and the 20min make we stood up and walked , horrible service would not recommend it to anyone! Zero stars!

Classic 50's dinner with great memorabilia of gas stations, street signs, etc it has a very nice patio just on the sidewalk, where you can listen to classic rock live music while looking the Harley Davidson's lover's passing by riding their marvelous vehicles. This is a great place to enjoy a nostalgic travel to the past, to the route 66's greatest times.

The food my husband and I had was expensive and bad: the meat on both orders was fatty and tasteless, the coleslaw was warm, not cold, and the lettuce was old. The waitress was very nice about offering me a replacement plate, so I tried the veggie burger...Unfortunately, it did not fare any better. We will not return to this restaurant ever again.

We went to Cruiser's because it looks cool and smelt good from the street. The good is very average diner food with a limited menu. The prices were terribly high for the type and quality of food. Our service was pretty poor as well. Food took almost 30 minutes and there were only two other tables of people in the restaurant. A friend of mine ordered a chicken sandwich and couldn't even eat it because the chicken was so dry. Cruiser's is just a tourist trap. Nothing special and definitely not worth going out of your way to dine at.

Very fun decor and great location and atmosphere. Food was very good. Priced a touch high family of 4 with waters and my hubby ordered one beer $58. That was with 2 kids meals. But overall for a place to eat on vacation way worth it. We enjoyed ever bite and service was fast which was great because kids were starving.

Not a place to go to if you actually want good food. The motif is classic cars which makes it seem like this would be a fun and family friendly place but sadly, it is not. I came in with my family, and my sister in law’s family. We had two babies and they acted as if they had no idea where to put the six of us. I had gotten a snack prior and brought it in and was feeding it to my eight month old and was scolded by the waiter by saying there was “no outside food allowed” ... after making us all extremely uncomfortable about it, I left with my baby and the rest of my family reluctantly ate and said the food was overpriced and disgusting. If this establish isn’t welcoming, but also has terrible food, what good is it?

VERY OVER PRICED! NO FLAVOR. Cruise on past this place if you want food with flavor. Water soaked brisket taste like it was cooked in a crockpot. Terrible service,servers walking around with there heads in the clouds. Take a roll of toilet paper with you if your going to eat here your going to need it.

My wife had the black angus and if we could give it a zero we would. It was super over priced for the quality of the meal, ordered the steak medium well and received a well done steak food was cold and for paying 87 dollars for 4 people ( 2 were kids) it was ridiculous. Very disappointed with the service and the food. The ribs were overdone and dry, the baked beans... were not baked beans. The fries were good lol and the atmosphere was decent. When we said something to the waitress all she said was. "So nothing was great" and left on top of not being a great waitress to begin with. (Slow) anyways not impressed at all.

Now that we have found this local gem we come here for special occasions, like our wedding anniversary. We shared a rib platter, and it was more than enough for two of us. Great bar-b-q! Being musicians ourselves we always appreciate the live entertainment during lunch and dinner hours. Great local area performers! Another wonderful meal, celebrating another wonderful year. We'll keep coming back!

The food was ok, but too expensive in my opinion. 2 adult meals and a children's meal for 50$ would have been easier to spend if it was better quality. Kraft mac n cheese, a burger, and a pulled pork sandwich with hardly any meat on it and no sauce at all, side of slaw was maybe 1/4 cup possibly less. They allowed us to sit on the patio with our dog which was great and the reason we choose to eat there. Our waiter was an air head, he forgot to bring us utensils to eat with and took forever to get his attention, and I had to remind him to bring us our bill twice.

The food here is excellent one of the best places I ate at during my trip. The shop in the back is full of cool little trinkets as well as many other interesting things. If you are traveling on RT. 66 I would encourage you to stop by if you are closer than 30mins away I would suggest the burgers as well as they were excellent. The appetizers as well we're incredibly good. The servers are amazing. I would encourage anyone to come here if they can.

This is the kind of place that exemplifies what our Route 66 culture of all about. They have excellent food at decent prices, but the atmosphere is really the most outstanding part, and that's without having to visit the gift shop, which I do highly recommend. This restaurant in Williams Arizona was very cute. The menu looked great so we decided to eat there. The burgers all sounded good and seemed by the description to be extra special. Unfortunately they were a little disappointing. Nothing out of the ordinary here. The ribs were nicely smoked but a little dry. The barbecue sauce on the table was hard to distinguish from the ketchup. When the food was delivered one of our party was missing silverware. When we ask for that we waited over 10 minutes and finally had to get up and get it ourselves. Then we ask for salt and pepper. After waiting another 5 minutes one of our party got up to get it and noticed the staff fighting over who would bring it to the table. It was very slow and the staff was just standing around. Don't know if they're ice cream or shakes are any good because we chose not to spend anymore money here.

Not pleased tonight as I took my family to dine here while on Vacation. The greeter did NOT speak English. I came here thinking I would get a slice of American history and although the memorabilia will signify that, the food was below par and the service was less than that. The majority was Hispanics that were there and only seemed to be polite to the caucasian people eating there. The ribs were still sticking to the bone and did not pull off as if they were smoked. The potato salad was ok but the baked beans tasted generic and the pulled pork was not as tasty as I've eaten before. Really regret having dinner here.

We ate there this weekend, and it was a terrible experience. My niece sliced her jacket on the table it was so sharp. The service was terrible, when we inquired about the brisket missing our server said oh we are out. Why weren't we told this before we ordered! The ribs were so spicy that's all we could taste and it was like chewing leather. Our server asked if we needed a box and we said definitely not. And it never crossed her mind to ask if something was wrong since there was so much food left and we didn't want it. We will never return or reccomend.
